    Abstract:
    Проведенный в данной работе анализ показал, что сложились объективные предпосылки для рассмотрения вопроса формирования цифровых межкультурных компетенций педагогов и обучающихся. Современный российский педагог работает не только в среде цифровой, но и поликультурной. Это обусловливает требование одновременного владения им как цифровыми, так и межкультурными компетенциями, т.е., по мнению авторов, речь должна идти о цифровых межкультурных компетенциях и цифровой межкультурной компетентности педагога. В статье рассмотрены цифровые компетенции российских учителей, составляющие, структура ИКТ-компетентности учителя, предложенные ЮНЕСКО, европейская модель цифровых компетенций педагога. Сделан вывод о формировании цифровых межкультурных компетенций и цифровой межкультурной компетентности педагогов и обучающихся как необходимого условия современного этапа развития системы образования в нашей стране.

  • Pedagogical Conditions Aimed to Involve the Blind and Visually Impaired Students into School Extracurricular Activities

    Abstract:
    The basic problem of the visually impaired students’ integration into different spheres of public life through educational practices is considered in this scientific article. The purpose of the work is designing of specially organized pedagogical conditions for disabled students’ involvement into extracurricular activities. Key issues of the maintain of the school extracurricular activities are identified, basic examples of school activities in the frame of Federal State Educational Standards are presented. Special pedagogical conditions are usually identified after having studied the students’ readiness for creative activity, their participation in the school events, after having penetrated into the students’ problems and preferences. The article involves results of the research held on a bias of Grot boarding school. 215 students of the 5th–12th grades participated. These special conditions should help to the involvement of the disabled students into educational process, the main goal of which is upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person. A set of the best pedagogical conditions is proposed in the article. The development of mixed aged communities at school and providing pedagogical assistance in their productive work is analyzed. The content of the school community activities is often connected with the solution of the participants’ personally important problems. There’s sense in the students’ being involved into working out and discussing a plan of extracurricular activities, it’s vitally important to support and initiate their ideas. It’s necessary to make a spectrum of different methods of education work wider and to involve students to design them. Development of the teachers’ professional competence and building relationships with the students on a bias of human values are urgent for the successful solution of educators’ tasks. The article concludes that the proposed set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the successful socialization of schoolchildren and the development of their life competencies.

В исследовании представлен анализ результатов тестирования уровня планиметрических представлений старшеклассников, осуществляемого на основе специально разработанных тестов-мониторов по основным базовым теоретическим блокам курса планиметрии. Данные тестирования сопоставлены с результатами ЕГЭ за 2020–2021 гг. На основе полученных данных определены имеющиеся дефициты в предметной подготовке обучающихся и составлены рекомендации по их устранению.

    Представленная автором программа направлена на повышение психологической компетентности педагогических работников в коммуникативной сфере и, как следствие, повышение уровня безопасности психического развития обучающихся. Ожидаемый результат достигается через повышение уровня психологической культуры педагогов, развитие навыков эффективного общения и сотрудничества со всеми участниками образовательного процесса, овладение способами разрешения конфликтов и навыков эмоциональной саморегуляции. Основными используемыми в рамках освоения программы формами работы с учителями являются психопросвещение, психопрофилактика, тренинги и психологические практикумы релаксации, групповая и индивидуальная работа, психоконсультирование. Успешное освоение программы педагогами определяется результатами психодиагностических проб основных психологических профессионально значимых показателей психологической компетентности, а также посредством мониторинга психологической безопасности образовательной среды.

    Автором подчеркивается, что в современных условиях глобализации и трансформации ценностей актуальной проблемой является организация приобщения обучающихся с ОВЗ к ценностям отечественной культуры. На основе анализа нормативно-правовой базы, современных представлений о воспитании автор раскрывает различные аспекты создания образовательной организацией программы духовно-нравственного развития, воспитания обучающихся, делая акцент на ее содержательные моменты. Делается вывод о том, что эта программа является обязательной частью адаптированной основной общеобразовательной программы и задает вектор организации воспитания в неразрывном единстве урочной, внеурочной и внешкольной деятельности.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the specifics of the educational institutions' activities on establishing language rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students on the example of the National presidential boarding school for gifted children. Active debates of the issue of learning native languages, reducing the hours for teaching national languages in the curriculum of secondary schools, downplaying spiritual and moral education and “giving up positions” to the process of digitalization, the search for solutions and new models of “national schools” determines the relevance of issue studied. It is noted that due to the fact that Russia is a multi-ethnic state and almost all schools are multilingual and multicultural as a result of the dynamic process of migration of parents, schools have to solve the problems of implementing educational programs independently. Also, it is emphasized that since the process of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students of different nationalities, their relationship with each other entails conflicts and withdrawal to the world of social networks and adolescent groups, educational activities require a careful study. Therefore, the attention of researchers to the problem of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students causes interest in the problem of managing this activity. The ai, of the article is to develop and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective management of educational institutions’ activity on establishing linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students. Research methods: study of the literature on the issue studied, the pedagogical experience of the author and teaching staff of schools, analysis of educational programs and curricula. Results. As a result of the research, we identified the main gaps in the existing system of management of educational activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students, the lack of a flexible management model with an adaptive organizational structure of management and appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. An effective model for managing the school's activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students is proposed in the article.

    В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с вопросами использования активных методов обучения в условиях «цифровизации», и пути их решения. Автор подчеркивает, что данный вопрос на сегодняшний день актуален в вузах, так как преподаватели и студенты достаточно активно используют интернет-ресурсы в процессе обучения, при этом онлайн-обучение является наиболее активным видом обучения среди студентов. Автор также отмечает, что сегодня очень мало говорится о том, как наиболее эффективно использовать познавательные возможности студентов в образовательной деятельности, в том числе и использование онлайн обучения. Автор приходит к выводу, что вопросы интенсификации обучения сегодня решаются недостаточно активно, что является главной проблемой и препятствием в качественном совершенствовании учебного процесса в отечественных вузах.

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the implementation of a model of inclusive education in general education organizations and the construction of an educational route for students with disabilities. It is through the substantive and organizational sections of the adapted basic general education programmes that special conditions are created and observed to ensure that children with special needs and disabilities have equal access to quality education in general education organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development and the recommendations of psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions. The main aim of the study is to systematize and improve the professional competencies in supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups on the development of adapted basic general education programs of educational organizations. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the following analytical methods have been employed: retrospective analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of periodical press and proceedings of scientific conferences on the subject; as well as practical methods (including own experience of working in the fields of specialized education and advanced training). In addition, BE of FVE “Chuvash Republican Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia” proposed a program of advanced training “Organizational and Substantive Aspects of Inclusive Education,” based on legal, theoretical and methodological principles. The results of the conducted study show that supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups – are gaining significant practical knowledge of developing adapted basic general education programmes. It can be concluded that the planned results of the program suggest elimination of professional deficiency concerning the organizational and substantive issues of constructing an educational route for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education, as well as development of adapted basic general education programs of an educational organization.

  • The Role of the On-Line Multi-Media Library "Eco-School" in Extracurricular Activities of Students

    The experience of the urban secondary school on the development and implementation of its own model of the on-line multi-media library of environmental orientation as one of the clusters of multifunctional school information and library center is presented in the article. The purpose of the article is to consider the purpose, objectives, principles, expected outcomes of implementing this model, its structure, components, material and technical parameters and conditions of forming of networking cooperation between educational institutions, ready-to-use possibilities of multi-media library «ECO-school». The authors outline that in general, the multi-media library «ECO-school» is defined as a sphere of media education with special means and methods to ensure the educational process aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of students’ individual trajectories and expanding the digital space of extracurricular activities on the basis of networking cooperation. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, and comparison. The model developed by the MAEI "Secondary school №26" in Ulan-Ude of the Republic of Buryatia is considered in the article. It is based on the principles of introducing electronic resources based on the school library as a factor that directly affects the quality of education. It is concluded that on the one hand, the multi-media library provides remote access to information resources belonging to other subjects of the information space represented on the Internet. On the other hand, the multi-media library «ECO-school» forms information resources created directly at the school or by members of the network community. In addition, the article provides brief guidelines for the application of the on-line multi-media library resources in students’ extracurricular environment-related activity.
