    Abstract:
    Podcasting, a digital educational technology based on the use of authentic and educational podcasts, is described in this study as a way to enhance learning and increase student motivation. Considering the educational value of podcasting from the point of view of its integration into modern pedagogical paradigms, the author justifies podcasting in second language learning in non-linguistic higher educational institutions, highlighting the criteria for its effectiveness: accessibility and thematic diversity, usability, development of metacognitive and language skills. The chapter presents the results of a quasi-experiment involving 146 students that aimed to identify students' attitudes towards podcasts before and after their introduction into the educational process.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations for supporting the professional self-determination of high school students, modeling the reflexive technology of the process of supporting professional self-determination and its implementation in the space of an educational organization. The idea of the study is that the result of supporting professional self-determination of high school students is an understanding of personal characteristics considered in line with reflective activity, and most importantly, the acquisition of self-determination skills. The purpose of the study is to create and describe the theoretical and conceptual foundations of the model of reflexive technology for supporting the professional self-determination of high school students in the framework of secondary education. Research results show that the development of students' reflective skills and the preservation of a sustainable professional interest occur as a result of the implementation of reflective technology. The author comes to the conclusion that self-promotion in professional and personal terms can be considered the meaning of the process of supporting the professional self-determination of high school students.

    Women's education is the most important direction in solving the «women's issue», especially relevant for the XIX century. The peculiarity of the formation of women's education in Russia consisted in its benevolent support from the highest state authorities. Evidence of this is the long-term activity of the Department of the Institutions of the Empress Maria. The purpose of the study is to establish the importance of the Department as a unique structure in the formation and gradual development of women's education in Russia, to identify the effectiveness of the measures taken. Sources of research: state documents published in the XIX – early XX centuries, reports of institutions and organizations, reviews, various kinds of journalistic materials.

Subject of the study: participants in the employment of educational organizations, their interaction through digital platforms. Research methods: systematization, classification, analysis of legal documentation. The study confirms the relevance of the topic, clarified the concept of "graduate of an educational organization", formed a classification of graduates of educational organizations, systematized the material on digital platforms for the employment of graduates in the Russian economic space, proposed the direction of "supervision as mentoring" for the development of the process of employment of graduates in the Russian educational process.

    В Петербургском государственном университете путей сообщения Императора Александра I особое место занимает патриотическое воспитание студенчества. Коллектив кафедр гуманитарного цикла вуза активно формирует основы корпоративного патриотизма, помогает студенчеству понять специфику будущей профессиональной деятельности, рассматривая корпоративный дух как своеобразный «цемент», который формирует будущих профессионалов, воспитывает чувство любви к Родине, формирует общечеловеческие ценности. В вузе используется особый подход в воспитании через студенческое самоуправление, формирование социокультурной общности студенчества посредством личностно-ориентированных технологий и многих других компонентов в воспитательной работе профессорско-преподавательского коллектива. Работа в этом направлении позволяет молодым людям найти свое место в современном обществе, чувствовать себя ответственными гражданами России.

    В современном обществе, где важнейшим ресурсом является знание, постоянное повышение квалификации и профессиональное развитие становятся необходимостью для специалистов любой отрасли. Особенно это актуально для педагогической сферы, где требуется не только углубленное знание предмета, но и умение адаптироваться к новым образовательным технологиям и социокультурным изменениям. Одной из ключевых задач постдипломного образования (ПДО) педагогов является подготовка к социальной адаптации. Специализированные программы ПДО помогают преподавателям осваивать новые методики работы с детьми из разных социальных групп, расширять свою культурную компетентность и находить эффективные формы взаимодействия с коллегами и родителями учеников. В этой статье мы рассмотрим возможности ПДО для социальной адаптации педагогов и выясним, какие факторы могут оказывать влияние на её успешность.

Выявлена необходимость особого внимания к изобразительной, декоративной и прикладной деятельности школьников, что непосредственно формирует у подрастающего поколения высокое патриотическое сознание, возвышенные чувства верности своей Родине и возрождает культурно-исторические и гражданско-патриотические традиций. Культурно-исторический опыт народно-прикладного искусства, накопленный столетиями, считается с одной стороны уникальной школой патриотического воспитания, а другой стороны достаточно действенной, особенно в отношении развития вкуса и формирования оценочных критериев.

    Abstract:
    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    Предметом обсуждения в статье является сущность рефлексивной компетенции вожатого как условие соответствия педагога дополнительного образования современным требованиям. Обосновывается актуальность готовности вожатых к изменениям в новых условиях. Рассматриваются взаимосвязь требований постиндустриального общества к образованию и деятельности вожатого, необходимость рефлексивной компетенции при организации воспитательной работы в детском оздоровительном лагере, ее особенности. Рефлексивная компетенция вожатого определена как рефлексивные навыки, складывающиеся на основе личностного и деятельностного компонентов, как способность вожатого выстраивать свою профессиональную деятельность в соответствии с актуальным запросом общества. В статье отражены результаты исследования уровня развития рефлексии по личностному и деятельностному компонентам у современных вожатых.
