    Статья посвящена исследованию взаимосвязи права и образования. В работе выявлены факторы, влияющие на эту связь, проблемы, возникающие при ее реализации, а также рассмотрены практические аспекты правового образования и защиты прав обучающихся и педагогов. Результаты исследования показали, что взаимосвязь права и образования является важной для формирования гражданской позиции в обществе, а повышение уровня правовой культуры обучающихся и педагогов необходимо для достижения этой цели. Для улучшения взаимосвязи права и образования предлагается интегрировать правовое образование в образовательные программы и использовать современные технологии для его повышения. В качестве перспективных направлений дальнейших исследований предлагается глубокий анализ методик правового образования и механизмов интеграции правовой составляющей в образовательный процесс, а также разработка эффективных мер для защиты прав обучающихся и педагогов.

Статья раскрывает значимость деятельности юридической клиники как для населения Российской Федерации, так и для студентов – будущих квалифицированных специалистов в сфере юриспруденции.

    В научной литературе и нормативных документах отсутствует единое понятие региона. Однако региональные исследования независимо от их объекта требуют уточнения определения понятия «регион», так как именно правильное категориальное определение данного понятия позволяет говорить о точных границах исследования и, соответственно, выводах о преодолении региональных дисбалансов, которые формируются в их результате. Цель исследования заключается в определении факторов, оказывающих влияние на формирование содержательной характеристики региона как социально-экономической системы. В результате автором предложен системный поход к рассмотрению региона, который определяет его в качестве постоянно развивающейся однородной системы, с многофункциональной ролью, выявлены новые факторы влияния, обозначенные хронотопными свойствами и темпоральными особенностями.

    There is a growing need for high-quality education that prepares students for the complex challenges of the modern world. As a result, the use of tutoring services is becoming increasingly common in the education system. However, it is necessary to study the opinions of high school students about the role of tutors and the use of their services in the educational process to determine the effectiveness of this approach. The relevance of this research lies in determining high school students' perceptions of tutors' role in the educational process. High school students are a key group of tutoring service consumers, and their opinions about tutors' role in the educational process may influence decisions about using such services. In this study, a survey method was used. The survey questions addressed students' opinions about tutors' role in the educational process, as well as their personal experience with using tutoring services. The analysis of the data showed that high school students generally have positive attitudes towards tutors and consider them important helpers in the learning process. Most of the survey participants noted positive results from using tutoring services, such as improved academic performance and confidence in their knowledge. However, some drawbacks of using tutoring services were also identified, such as high cost, mismatch of the tutor's and student's knowledge levels, and insufficient effectiveness in some cases. The use of tutoring services can be an effective tool for improving academic performance and motivation among high school students, but the drawbacks and limitations of this approach should be taken into account. The results of this study can be useful for school administrations, parents, and high school students in making decisions about using tutoring services in the educational process.

    The article presents an analysis of the formation of educational motivation of younger schoolchildren in conditions of different technical equipment of the educational process. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that in the modern world there is an active development of new technologies. Competent use of technical equipment in the educational process can only develop students' interest in obtaining knowledge, thereby increasing their level of educational motivation. The purpose of the study is to study the formation of educational motivation of younger schoolchildren in conditions of different technical equipment of the educational process. The authors hypothesized that younger schoolchildren studying in conditions of good technical equipment of the educational process have a higher level of motivation for educational activities. The sample set of the study was made up of students of the 2nd and 4th grades of budgetary educational institutions “secondary school №. 124”, “secondary school № 30”. The stages and the complex of psychological techniques are described. Features of conducting and results of the study of educational motivation of students of schools with different technical equipment. The study was conducted by testing the typology of teaching motives, assessing school motivation and its level in elementary school students. In conclusion, the article presents conclusions about the presence of differences in the educational motivation of students in different conditions of technical equipment. It was found that students of the 2nd grades in the conditions of modern equipment of the educational process are more motivated to study.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

    Abstract:
    September 2020 was the 10th anniversary of the dual education system in Russia. Germany (German school) is considered to be the ancestor of dual education. Its elements can be found in the systems of professional education in many European and Asian countries [2]. Today the dual system of professional education has received worldwide recognition – it is the most widespread and recognized form of personnel training, which combines theoretical training (in our country – 40%, in Germany – 20–25%) in an educational institution and industrial training (75–80% at the enterprises). This model of training is used in specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, and is financed jointly with business, which is interested in qualified personnel, and the state. The new training system should "arm" the graduates with three main competences, behavioral and personal qualities: Decision-making skills (Soft Skills); professional qualities (Hard Skills), because unprofessionalism is ruining Russia; modern technologies (Digital Skills).

    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation. The research materials are historical facts, scientific articles, dissertation studies, data of practitioners and experts, opinions of the leaders of education development in Russia and other authors.

    The relevance of the research is due to the objective need for further implementation of the achievements of the theory of problem-based learning in the educational process of secondary school through the development of new, more advanced, technological maps of the English lesson that meet modern conditions and regulatory framework. Based on the analysis of scientific publications, it was revealed that at present there is a lack of practice-oriented methodological recommendations based on the technology of problem-based learning for English lessons in general educational organizations. Studies aimed at introducing problem-based learning in English lessons do not always take into account the specifics of meeting the requirements for the development of the technological map of the lesson, including the provisions of the Federal Educational Program of Basic General Education and the updated requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education, which entered into force on September 1, 2022. Therefore, the authors have developed a technological lesson map, which is based on the theory of problem-based learning and includes the most effective components of linguistic and pedagogical models of problem situations. Evaluation of the implementation of the research results according to the methods of E.V. Mukhacheva and L. Michelson proved that the technological map of the English language lesson developed on the basis of problem-based learning in secondary school contributes to the achievement by students of educational results in the academic subject "English" required by the Federal Educational Program of Basic General Education and the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education.

    В монографии впервые за историю юридической науки два крупных юридических явления, правообразование и правотворчество, проанализированы с позиции двух непротиворечащих друг другу подходов – нормативного и социологии права. Сделан глобальный для науки вывод о постепенном сближении правообразования и правотворчества. Впервые процесс институционализации норм в правовые решения описан комплексно. Доказано, что для лучшей его характеристики подходит именно термин «правотворчество». Проанализировано соотношение правотворчества с близкими понятиями, такими как нормотворчество, законотворчество и т.д. Он проанализирован не только с точки зрения содержания самого термина, но и с точки зрения функций, которые правотворчество выполняет. Это дало возможность выделить три функции, описанные в работе. Обосновано предложение принять Кодекс о правотворческой деятельности на уровне Российской Федерации. Непрерывный процесс зарождения, юридизации и совершенствования норм права описан в рамках шести стадий. Анализ феноменов правообразования и правотворчества с позиций социологии права дал возможность выявить соотношение, диалектику взаимодействия и синергию обоих явлений как процессов, при этом в ходе исследования снова выявлена тенденция к их сближению. Монография будет полезна для студентов, аспирантов юридических специальностей, курсантов юридических вузов МВД, научных и педагогических работников и просто интересующихся развитием юридической науки лиц.
