Потребность в появлении спортивно-образовательных кластеров определяется возрастающей конкуренцией в спорте, современными запросами на повышение результативности спортивной подготовки, возросшей необходимостью объединения потенциалов организаций и их ресурсов в рамках организации межведомственного и межотраслевого взаимодействия. В статье представлены методологические подходы, положения которых должны лежать в основе организации спортивно-образовательных кластеров, предложено авторское определение понятия «спортивно-образовательный кластер».

    В статье рассматриваются ведущие психологические детерминанты адаптации студенческого контингента технического вуза к условиям образовательной среды на начальном этапе обучения, описываются объективные и субъективные факторы, оказывающие влияние на протекание данного процесса. Проведен анализ содержания психологических концепций зарубежных и отечественных ученых по проблеме адаптации студентов к учебной деятельности. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования уровня выраженности психологических предикторов (субъективное благополучие, самооценка, состояние удовлетворенности от составляющих образовательного процесса, характер межличностных отношений, структура коммуникаций, поведенческая активность) адаптационного потенциала у студентов 1–2 курсов технических специальностей.

    Abstract:
    Currently, university teachers have many questions about the introduction of individual educational trajectories (IET) into the educational process of universities. Unfortunately, the introduction of such educational technologies is often interpreted by researchers without a proper understanding of the principles and foundations of pedagogy, such as from simple to complex, individual approach to learning, etc. All this is due to the fact that most often the development of the introduction of IET in universities is carried out by people who do not have a professional pedagogical education or at least sufficient experience in professional pedagogical activity in universities, or even in general, who simply seek to make money on it. As a result, the introduction of individual educational trajectories turns into a process of far-fetched provisions that are incomprehensible to teachers and have nothing to do with the development of higher education, and, accordingly, are not perceived by the teaching staff of universities. At the same time, the necessary technical and software for the implementation of IOT is often missing. And this gives rise to numerous problems in the development of domestic higher education in modern conditions and negatively affects the increase in its effectiveness. This article attempts to deal with the essence and problems of the implementation of IET in universities from the standpoint of pedagogy and practical pedagogical experience.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

In addition, the new realities of life force a person to engage in his education throughout his life. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the «flipped classroom» technology is actively spreading in teaching methods and needs to be improved.     В статье рассмотрена специфика воздействия технологии больших данных в управлении доходами гостиничных предприятий на необходимость понимания менеджерами гостиницы современных экономических концепций, способствующих формированию компетенций в условиях постоянно возрастающего количества информации о спросе и предложении конкурентов, а также возросшей ценовой волатильности. По мнению авторов, необходимо полнее учитывать персональную поведенческую составляющую в гостиничном бизнесе, сочетать алгоритмизированную и интуитивную составляющие, в связи с тем, что информация о доходах и ценах на гостиничные услуги становится все более неструктурированной с появлением новых источников данных.

Устанавливаются этапы развития формы бесшовной одежды в ключе технологий обработки сырьевых ресурсов животноводческой и растениеводческой отраслей, технологизации производственных процессов и их концептуальной интеграции с инновационными методами формообразования. Определяются основные методологические принципы изготовления бесшовной одежды, которые могут послужить основой для развития новых технологий формообразования. На основе систематизации теоретических и экспериментально-практических данных демонстрируются особенности и рекомендации использования технологии FDM-печати при дизайн-проектировании монолитной формы одежды, которые могут использоваться в образовательных и практических целях.

    The article deals with the problem of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals. The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers. Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research. Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlined Conclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.

  • About the Results and Conclusions of Checking the Level of Formation of Textual Competencies of Younger Schoolchildren in Their Native (Chuvash) Language

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate approaches to the development and description of tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language, to present the results of checking the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in their native Chuvash language. The main research methods: analysis of the methodology of formation and monitoring of general communication skills of younger schoolchildren, the results of All-Russian testing works of students in the 4th grade of the Chuvash Republic in Russian in order to identify difficulties, diagnostics of the level of formation of textual competencies in the native language of students in grades 1-4 of Chuvash schools. The importance of primary education and the importance of language learning, including the formation of textual competencies in younger schoolchildren, is pointed out. The main problems of providing the Chuvash primary school with didactic materials for the development of native speech, as well as tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies are highlighted. An assumption about the expediency of creating and tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies within the framework of the development of a set of didactic materials on the Chuvash language for grades 1-4 is put forward. Research results and conclusions. The necessity of developing verification works designed to ensure the unity of the educational space of the Chuvash Republic for teaching the Chuvash language, including by providing educational institutions with uniform verification materials and uniform criteria for evaluating educational achievements, is substantiated. The purpose and objectives, the methodology of developing diagnostic materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies are clarified. The materials and results of diagnostics of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language are described. The ideas and provisions implemented in the materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies in the Chuvash language were successfully tested in grades 1-4 in a number of Chuvash schools, and also approved by teachers.

  • Using a Situational-Game Approach at the English Lessons in the Secondary General School

    The article considers the features of using the situational-game approach as a means of forming lexical skills in English language lessons at the secondary school level. The aim of the work is to study the use of a situational-game approach in teaching English to develop the lexical skills of a student studying at a secondary school, to propose and test methodically during the experiment techniques that should increase the effectiveness of teaching. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were formed: to develop a set of exercises for teaching grade 6 students foreign language vocabulary using a situational-game approach; to apply a situational-game approach in English lessons. The theoretical significance of the work consists in a systematic approach to teaching lexical means, formulation of requirements for working with these means at the stages of training and output to speech, development of new ways of generalization and activation of lexical material. The practical significance of the work is connected with the fact that the results of the study can be used directly in the educational process when teaching foreign language vocabulary in the conditions of secondary school, contributes to improving the efficiency of the process of teaching the Russian language. The article presents examples of the use of situational-game approach in English lessons in the 6th grade of secondary school. During the experiment, all the goals and objectives were achieved, and the expediency of the proposed set of pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the system of formation of lexical skills in schoolchildren by using a situational-game approach in the process of learning English was confirmed. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the use of a situational-game approach when studying vocabulary in English lessons gives a positive dynamic, and also solves all the tasks.
