    Fundamental analysis, traditionally used to evaluate individual companies, needs to be rethought in the context of modern complex business ecosystems. The authors explore the transformation of fundamental analysis methods necessary for an adequate assessment of companies whose value and viability are closely linked to their position in the ecosystem, analyze the limitations of traditional approaches and propose an expanded methodology that takes into account network effects, interdependencies between ecosystem participants, as well as the impact of external factors such as regulation and technological change. The chapter aims to identify key indicators that are characteristic of the ecosystem approach and should be included in the traditional fundamental analysis. The aim of the work is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of such an integrated approach to improve the accuracy and validity of assessing the value of companies in the context of ecosystem development. As a result, a new business valuation framework is proposed that provides a more complete and accurate view of the value of companies in today's ecosystem-based economy.

    The purpose of the study was to evaluate the content of the «goals – objectives – methods – means» of state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation related to the transport accessibility of territories, in accordance with the requirements of the program-oriented approach. To identify the problem area, the state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District in the areas of development of the transport complex, transport system or transport infrastructure for compliance with the requirements of the main goal were taken. The SMART methodology was used to assess the compliance of government programs with the requirements of a program-oriented approach to management. The results of the SMART criteria assessment showed that the state programs adopted at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District related to the transport accessibility of territories do not fully meet the criteria presented and have a number of disadvantages.

    In the modern conditions of training of teaching staff, the development of students' educational motivation is of particular importance. One of the effective tools for its formation is the competence-based approach, which is focused on the development of professionally significant knowledge, skills and personal qualities. In the chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the competence-based approach, its impact on the educational motivation of students of pedagogical specialties, as well as the main factors that contribute to increasing motivation for learning. The methods and technologies aimed at developing educational motivation within the framework of the competence-based approach are analyzed, including practice-oriented learning, project activities, interactive forms of work and reflective methods. Examples of successful implementation of the competence-based approach in the educational process of pedagogical universities are given. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated about the importance of the competence-based approach for the formation of sustainable educational motivation and recommendations are given for improving educational programs.

    The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous improvement of the management system of state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of estimated performance indicators and identification of existing problems. The object of the study is the state unitary enterprise of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Kaluga Region Kaluga MTS (hereinafter abbreviated as MTS). SE KO «Kaluga MTS»). The subject of the research is the management system of the Kaluga MTS State Enterprise. The theoretical basis of the research was domestic and foreign scientific periodicals, textbooks, and materials from scientific and practical conferences and monographs. The information base was the official website of the enterprise, its financial statements and reports of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kaluga region.     Abstract:
    The article highlights the results of the implementation of the innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" in the general education system of the Republic of Tuva from 2014 to 2019. The purpose of this work is to review and summarize the regional experience of implementing the project to attract men to teaching. The study addresses the following objectives: studying the gender composition of the teaching staff in Tuvan general education schools; generalizing the methods of ethnopedagogical education used by male teachers in the educational process and popularizing them; assessing the effectiveness of the innovative project based on the analysis of the obtained monitoring data. The author used the methods of content analysis, generalization and systematization of statistical information to identify the gender composition of the teaching staff of Tuva and the prospects for the inclusion of male teachers in the educational and upbringing space of the republic, taking into account the ethnocultural characteristics of traditional education. The innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" is aimed at preventing offenses among students, mainly difficult teenagers, using the traditional culture of Tuvans. The implementation of the project has shown a decrease in the number of offenses, a decrease in the number of children under supervision in those schools where men hold the positions of deputy directors for educational work, teacher-organizers or mentors.

  • The use of professionally oriented texts in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language

    The article raises the issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language to foreign citizens in Russian universities. Russian Russian as a foreign language is defined in the article, and the most common methods used in teaching Russian as a foreign language are outlined. It is emphasized that the importance of the text-based approach in teaching Russian to foreign citizens has increased recently. The important role of the text in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language is argued. It is noted that the text-forming approach highlights the text as the main unit of learning, that working with the text contributes to the formation and development of skills of all types of speech activity (reading, writing, listening, speaking), as well as develops grammatical skills, increases learning motivation. The interpretation of the concept of "text" by modern scientists is analyzed, the role of text in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language is determined. Much attention is paid to the study of work with scientific and professionally oriented texts, which is due to the special focus of these types of texts, which contribute to the formation of a theoretical framework of concepts, the integration of the meaning of all linguistic units, and the development of creative and cognitive abilities of foreign students. An example of complex work with professionally oriented text is given. The main types of tasks performed when working with text are systematized. It is summarized that working with the text forms general professional and universal competencies, contributes to the development of the use of professionally significant vocabulary and terminology in the process of communication.

    Today health & wellness coaching requires new approaches and effective solutions; in order for the client to comply with the instructions and adjust the lifestyle so that it contributes to his recovery, the skill of self-regulation, which is one of the components of emotional intelligence, is necessary. Despite the fact that the ways of regulation and the regulation itself belongs to medicine, the models of self-organization, for example, the experiencing of a body metaphor, is a branch of practical psychology. Therefore we have chosen endocrine disorders to examine as a system-forming unit for the organization of human behavior patterns. That is why, as a sample, we were interested in people with endocrine disorders; the physiology of human activity involves two ways of regulation – neural and humoral ones. The humoral one is determined by the presence or absence of neurotransmitters, which act as hormones and are considered in the endocrine system. According to this, a sample of people with endocrine diseases will have difficulties in self-organization processes. Due to cognitive theory, which studies ways of storing and processing information in the human mind, a metaphor is «the one of the main ways of understanding the world, when we think about one sphere in terms of another, thus classifying reality» [22]. Since the first sphere of human experience is one's own body, there are figurative and schematic concepts in mind that are recognized as some understandable and familiar structures because of previous body experience. And further they are applied to abstract concepts as well. In the process of recognition, in addition to comparison with familiar images, we can also see a comparison with the body, the signal from which can be positive, neutral and negative, which determines the emotional coloring of the resulting image. In this study we will test the effectiveness of working with the body metaphor in health & wellness coaching with people facing endocrine disorders through the development of their emotional intelligence. To take part in the study we invited 60 men and women aged 20 to 35 years upcoming outpatient treatment in the field of endocrine disorders. The respondents have completed our coaching program including the body metaphor method, and the following measurements were taken before and after the program: the test of emotional intelligence (the technique of Nicholas Hall) Author: E.P. Ilyin (2021); Body image questionnaire (OBI). The results of the study show statistically significant changes according to the Wilcoxon T-test (p < 0.05), which confirms the effectiveness of using methods of body metaphor in the development of emotional intelligence in people with endocrine disorders.

    The lexical approach is the most widespread method used in teaching a foreign language nowadays. The key principles of lexical approach are emphasized in the chapter. In connection with the variety of opinions about the use of this method, the authors analyze the positive and perceived negative aspects of the approach. The important issues that teachers face in their classes with undergraduate students of technical specialities in the university are analyzed. The main rules for preparing and conducting classes with undergraduate students are suggested. On the basis of the conducted research a set of exercises of different types aimed at the development of professional vocabulary and lexical competence in general was developed. The results, which have been tested in the groups of undergraduate students are described and analyzed and their effectiveness has been proved.

    Higher education is the most important factor in the country's economic development, meeting its needs for professionals trained in universities who are capable of implementing the strategy of technological leadership and making the national economy effective and competitive in the context of political and economic sanctions against Russia. Much attention is paid today by higher education authorities to organizing educational work in universities and involving students in various «activities», which is often done in universities even by removing students from classes. However, due to political and economic sanctions against Russia, the national economy is experiencing a major shortage of professional personnel, which can and should be replenished by university graduates. As a result, higher education authorities and Russian universities should currently pay special attention to the development of higher education as professional education. Unfortunately, administrative and economic methods prevail in matters of the content and organization of higher education in universities, reducing the effectiveness of the development of higher education, namely as professional education. This is due to the fact that the management of universities is forced to pay more attention to financial issues in order to optimize and reduce costs, receive (earn) money through grant activities, implement business contracts, change staffing by increasing the intensity of teachers' work, etc. The study of the situation with Russian higher education, including the method of included observation, allows us to identify problems in the field of training modern professionals in domestic universities. At the same time, the «new model» of Russian higher education, which is planned to be implemented in universities by higher education authorities in the near future, from the standpoint of its possible effectiveness raises many doubts that it will ensure the predictive development of higher education as professional education and will allow meeting the needs of the national economy in the professionals it needs. As a result, the issue of solving all the problems identified in the work, both in higher education itself and with higher education itself, becomes relevant. Based on the analysis, including the conclusions of experts and specialists in the field of higher education development, the needs of organizations for university graduates, a number of measures are proposed that allow, to a certain extent, to solve the existing problems in the area under consideration.

In the experiment the online course "Legal Communication: Legal Writing and Oral Communication in the Practice of Law", developed by the interdisciplinary team of university teachers of the Faculty of Law and the English teachers of English for Humanities Dpt. on the Moodle LMS. Interdisciplinary approach applied in the course of investigation embraced the main principles of two sciences: methods of teaching foreign languages and terminology study. The results obtained show that both the usage of educational IT-technologies and the educational IT- products increases the students’ motivation for learning the language of their future profession if the content of the educational IT- products is thoroughly developed on the main subjects of theoretical and practical terminology study: the description of the history of formation and development of a language for special purposes, the linguistic and extra-linguistic factors that influenced its development, its vocabulary, style and genres, the techniques of appropriate use of terms in the special context.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the results of a study on the content of the concepts «STEM and STEAM-approaches», «STEM-literacy», prospects, and features of their implementation in education. The mission, goals and conditions for the implementation of approaches to training have been identified. The fundamentals of the concept of STEAM education as an integrated interdisciplinary project-based, practice-integrated learning, the leading activities of which are research, design and universalization, are presented. Design technologies and gemification as a means of STEAM learning are considered.
