    Abstract:
    The metaparadigmal approach to the analysis of conditions for the formation of social and cultural activity serves as a methodological basis for the study of modern transformations in the field of women's recreational leisure. Using this approach, new experimental data on effective conditions for the formation of subjective activity of women of the second period of adulthood, showing the importance of not only conditions, but also means of pedagogical regulation of social activity of women of mature age are presented in the article. The sources and incentives of manifestations of subjective activity as a complex structural formation of the individual that determine the selective, creative orientation of women in the field of recreational leisure are studied in detail. Ways of involving female workers of local self-government bodies in the system of healthy lifestyle and recreation practices were tested.

    Abstract:
    The article touches upon some actual issues on the organization of extracurricular students’ self-guided work in teaching English at non-linguistic specialties at the university and its impact on the learning process intensity. The article discusses the methodological foundations of the intensification of extracurricular students’ self-guided work. The purpose of the article is to consider the current issue caused by the need to apply in modern education such new forms of organization of students' self-guided work that can be effective and contribute to increase of students’ educational motivation and active cognitive activity. It is proposed to combine established, structured topics with controversial topical issues in teaching professionally-oriented English to students and take this principle into account when developing educational materials for extracurricular students' self-guided work and include them in a separate section when writing textbooks or teaching aids. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, comparison. Research result. It was found out that creation and application of practically-oriented teaching materials require greater individualization of tasks, greater freedom of research, orientation toward the professional competencies formation, and an increase in students’ creative activity. It is concluded that practically-oriented approach in the organization of students' self-guided work in teaching English can be one of the ways to improve practical language skills and an incentive for students’ personal qualities formation.

  • The Organization of Correctional Work with Primary School-Aged Children with Different Types of Dysgraphia

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the current problem – the organization of correctional work with primary school-aged children with different types of dysgraphia. The authors of the manuals used in the process of correctional and developmental work with primary school-aged children with different types of dysgraphia are indicated in the article. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the organization of correctional work on dysgraphia with primary school-aged children and to consider the specifics of identifying certain errors in writing, using traditional diagnostic methods, e.g. «Testing writing skills» by I.N. Sadovnikova and «Study of the writing process» by L.V. Venediktova and R.I. Lalaeva, as well as important pedagogical conditions, according to which correctional and developmental work becomes more effective. In effect, the success of correctional and developmental work with dysgraphia depends on pedagogical conditions: for mixed forms of dysgraphia, a differentiated approach will be used; close interaction of a special needs teacher, teacher-logopedist and primary school teacher, expressed in the fact that they are guided by a unified approach to practical work with primary school-aged students. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation and descriptive. The data from experimental and development study of writing skills in primary school-aged students with different types of dysgraphia, a detailed description of the stages of the study, as well as the analysis of the study results are outlined in the article. The authors come to conclusion that it is necessary to cooperate the teacher-defectologist, teacher-speech therapist and primary school teacher for the effective organization of correctional work with primary school-age children with different types of dysgraphy.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is detremined be the necessity to form a new structure of educational activities of universities, focused on the preparation of competitive graduates, whose competencies meet the needs of the modern stage of the changes of technological structures in the economy and the formation of a new post-industrial society. The analysis and generalization of theoretical approaches and practice of educational activity organization in contemporary higher educational institutions is carried out and possible ways of educational process modernization with application of competence approach to definition of educational process results are defined. The prerequisites for changing the educational paradigm in the Russian higher school are studied and the levels of competencies formed in the traditional educational process based on the concept of «supporting education», as well as the levels of competencies that can be formed in students while organizing the educational process using the concept of «innovative education» are determined. The interrelation of higher school teachers' information competence with the possibility of increasing the education system innovative ability is revealed. The ways of creating information and methodological system to support the training environment that accompanies the learning process, using the capabilities of the Internet are proposed in the article. The article describes four blocks of the educational process modernization, combining the basic tools for the innovative educational process implementation at the University, and lists the main conditions for the implementation of the proposed innovations in University practice. Innovative type of teaching methods at the University should be based on the fundamental condition of students' innovative methods of thinking and activity mastering – the principle of the Trinity of educational, research and project activities of students, both independent and in a single team with teachers. The main goal of all methodological technologies is to involve the student in the learning process, to make him an active participant in the learning process, to form his independence, interest in the active acquisition of knowledge, skills of self-education and research abilities.

    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation.     The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized.     Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

    The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.
