    The article examines the dual aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks on human psychological security. On the one hand, AI technologies can serve as a powerful tool for improving mental health by offering personalized solutions and support in crisis situations. On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered.   • Development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in group work

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the features of development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in club work. Within the framework of research activities, not only the acquisition and comprehension of new knowledge occurs, but also its application in solving practical problems. Currently, there is a search for forms and content of development of motivation of adolescents for research activities. In the course of the work, theoretical, empirical (author's questionnaire, testing, pedagogical experiment) methods, methods of processing the research results were used. The diagnostic program of the study included 6 methods in order to study the features of motivation of adolescents for research activities. The study involved 6th grade students. The program for developing motivation in adolescents for research activities in club work included different forms of work: student conference, work in microgroups, classes with elements of training, business game, etc. It is noted that the development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in club work will be more successful if the individual and age-psychological characteristics of adolescents (motivation, research activity, openness to new things, etc.), their interests are taken into account; providing an individual approach, creating situations of success, self-affirmation and self-expression. The results of the study, the motivation development program can be used in the work of the psychological service, class teacher, education advisor, head of the scientific circle at school in an institution of additional education.

    Abstract:
    The article explores the use of interactive game-based technologies in teaching Russian to elementary school students. It examines the theoretical foundations and practical application of game-based methods for developing students' lexical and grammatical skills. The results of a pedagogical experiment, aimed at comparing the effectiveness of traditional and game-based teaching approaches, are presented. Based on the data obtained, it is demonstrated that game-based technologies enhance motivation, improve material retention, and foster children's communicative abilities. Practical recommendations for incorporating game-based technologies into the educational process are provided.

Based on the study of the sociolinguistic situation in the areas of compact residence of the Dolgan people, the analysis of the socio-cultural and linguistic factors in the functioning of their native language, the difficulties of organizing the teaching of the Dolgan language in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were identified.     Abstract:
    The paper describes the research conducted by the team of the English teachers of English for Humanities Dpt. of Southern federal university. The investigation aimed at the study of effectiveness of learning English terminology for special purposes by the non-linguistics university program students with the help of IT-technologies. In the experiment the online course "Legal Communication: Legal Writing and Oral Communication in the Practice of Law", developed by the interdisciplinary team of university teachers of the Faculty of Law and the English teachers of English for Humanities Dpt. on the Moodle LMS. Interdisciplinary approach applied in the course of investigation embraced the main principles of two sciences: methods of teaching foreign languages and terminology study. The results obtained show that both the usage of educational IT-technologies and the educational IT- products increases the students’ motivation for learning the language of their future profession if the content of the educational IT- products is thoroughly developed on the main subjects of theoretical and practical terminology study: the description of the history of formation and development of a language for special purposes, the linguistic and extra-linguistic factors that influenced its development, its vocabulary, style and genres, the techniques of appropriate use of terms in the special context.

    The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

The potential of VR to create an interactive language environment that enhances motivation, improves retention, and deepens understanding of the material is analyzed. The study includes an experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of VR technologies compared to traditional teaching methods. The experiment's results show that the use of virtual reality significantly improves the acquisition of the Chinese language among schoolchildren and contributes to the development of individualized learning approaches.

The relevance of the study is determined by several circumstances. Firstly, it is the market of anti-UAVs that has been studied to a lesser extent than the UAVs themselves.     Due to the aggravation of sanctions by unfriendly states towards the Russian Federation, our country is closely facing the need for total import substitution and the introduction of an innovation management system. One of its key tools today is the implementation of priority national projects in business entities. Project management is becoming a priority area of activity in almost all sectors of both production and non-production structures. The direction of culture in the previously planned economy at the state level was often financed according to the system of the «residual principle», which could not but affect the final results.     Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.
