    Abstract:
    The article considers the organisational and pedagogical conditions of formation of general professional competences of a future teacher in the process of mastering additional educational programmes. The author reveals the essence and content of the conditions through the formation of motivational interest in students, ensuring the integration of basic and additional educational programmes, early involvement of students in pedagogical activities. The solution of the problem of formation of general professional competences of the future teacher is considered possible within the framework of implementation of quasi-professional approach in training, which is integrated in the educational environment of the university as a set of methods and techniques of training, forms, means aimed at the formation of pre-professional mobility of students. This approach is possible through the integration of additional courses (electives, studios, creative workshops, clubs, etc.), the introduction of interactive methods, group training and research activities, practices with different purposes as a foundation for laying the basic general professional competences of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions are a necessary component of the process of professional training of students. They should be taken into account in the organisation of the pedagogical process, which will further ensure a high level of adaptation to professional activity.

    Abstract:
    The sustainability of the agri-food system is key to long-term food security. The objective of this study is to identify factors that can hinder the achievement of sustainability of the agri-food system and to determine the most important prospects for its development. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and special methods, among which is the method of standardizing indicative indicators of food security, based on calculating the deviation of actual values from their threshold values. The object of study is the agri-food system of the Republic of Mordovia. The study identifies key limitations to the sustainability of the region’s agri-food system, including the unsatisfactory state of fixed assets, insufficient innovative activity of the republic’s agricultural producers, and the complicated situation with food waste processing. Measures to neutralize these threats have been proposed, primarily in the field of digitalization of the industry.

Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP subjects within the framework of the execution of the State Contract dated April 25, 2022 No.05.2022.244.02.003.021 for the performance of works (provision of services) under the project "Information, analytical and technological support for the formation and functioning of a network of federal innovation platforms in the advanced educational ecosystem of the Russian Federation". The authors consider projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions implemented in the field of "pedagogical education", as well as in other interdisciplinary areas related to the professional development of teaching staff.

    The chapter examines the importance of critical thinking in the modern world and its development among schoolchildren, especially in the context of reading literacy in literature lessons. The author presents the technology of critical thinking as an effective method for analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing information, and provides examples of its use in teaching literature. In today's world, where information surrounds us from all sides, the ability to think critically is becoming a key skill for a successful life and professional activity. It is especially important to develop this skill among schoolchildren, since their ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing world depends on it. The chapter discusses the application of the Cinquain method in the educational process, its usefulness for the development of creative thinking, critical analysis and communication skills. The advantages of using this method in literature lessons are considered and examples of its implementation in the educational process are offered. The author also presents the practical experience of a teacher in literature lessons at the middle level: a lesson summary, examples of cinquaines compiled by students in the classroom.

    Tourism is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The basis of the territorial planning structure of tourism is formed by the tourist and recreational support frame, which ensures the integrity of the tourist space. Its development is of great importance for the socio-economic sphere of the regions. The purpose of this study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of the stages of development of theoretical and methodological geographical research on the dynamics of territorial tourist and recreational systems (TRS) and their spatiotemporal development process. The concepts and essence of the evolution and dynamism of TRS, as a process of gradual irreversible changes affecting their sustainable functioning, providing the evolutionary prerequisites for the development of the system, were considered; it was determined that the basic concept for research is «recreational system». The theory of development of territorial recreational systems as a subject of scientific research of recreational geography and one of the main forms of organizing recreation and tourism is substantiated. The proposed scheme of the tourist and recreational framework of the region based on the economic and environmental frameworks allows us to form an understanding of the full functioning of the entire tourist and recreational sector for subsequent effective management in the face of modern challenges. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study was the works of both domestic and foreign scientists who formed a new scientific direction – recreational geography. The research was based on approaches and views about the key factors and processes influencing the formation and existence of two types (subject- and object-centered) models of recreational systems that are capable of preserving the integrity of the system and strengthening its structure. Results. The recreational-geographical periods of the evolutionary development of territorial-recreational systems in the development of recreational space are analyzed, the methodology and theory of geographical research are determined, and the dynamics of tourist-recreational systems in their spatio-temporal process of development are considered. A system of concepts of this scientific direction has been formed, based on the anthropocentric nature of recreation and tourism systems. A cluster approach has been developed as a promising way to create new tourist and recreational structures with innovative directions in designated ecological and economic zones of a tourist and recreational type. Conclusions. The recreational-geographical stage of the evolutionary development of the functional structure of the tourist-recreational system in the development of recreational space is associated with the emergence of recreational geography and the beginning of the formation of a new scientific direction that studies recreational resources, the structure and features of the functioning of territorial recreational systems (TRS), recreational territories and their properties. The use of breakthrough innovative technologies in the tourism and recreational sector, attracting investment and improving the tax system of organizations engaged in the innovative tourism sector, radically change the functional and territorial structure of tourism and recreational systems, increasing the efficiency of interaction between Russian and foreign tourism enterprises and educational cluster centers for the purpose of exchange modern technologies, training in the tourism industry.

    The article presents the theoretical justification and practical implementation of an educational environment aimed at developing the methodological competence of future teachers. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate, practically define and experimentally create an educational environment aimed at developing methodological competence in future primary school teachers through game practice. Research methods: a) theoretical: analysis, synthesis, interpretation of scientific literature on the research problem; b) empirical: pedagogical experiment. The article describes approaches to defining the categories “competence”, “methodological competence”, “gaming practice”. The study shows the feasibility of using innovative games in teacher education and formulates the requirements for the development and implementation of innovative games. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove the effectiveness of using innovative games as a means of developing students' methodological competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of conditions for the use of innovative games in the methodological training of students - future teachers. The conclusions based on the results of the empirical study give reason to talk about the advisability of using elements of game practice in order to develop the methodological competence of future teachers.

    The issue of learning motivation is one of the most important in psychology and pedagogy. The importance of this issue is determined by the fact that the motivation of learning is a decisive factor in the effectiveness of the educational process. Formation of interest in learning is the result of the whole educational process at school. Despite the improvement of the teaching system, the use of methods of problem and developmental learning, the accumulated experience and materials on the formation of motives for learning activities of schoolchildren, there is a difficulty in the effective formation of interests in learning, especially among adolescents. The chapter reflects the issues of motivation of modern schoolchildren and students of secondary professional institutions. The author has made an attempt to analyze the problems on the basis of the study of questionnaires of three adolescent groups. The factors influencing motivation through the perspective of peculiarities of adolescence are analyzed.

    The article touches on the fact that for a long time, engineers designing products had no information about how those products then performed in real life. For them, the products were sent like «to the dark side of the moon». Managing the complete life cycle of a product from idea to decommissioning remained an idea from the realm of science fiction. Now everything has changed. Industrial enterprises introduced the technology concept of a «digital twin», a computer image corresponding to a specific physical product. From now on, if a product is equipped with sensors (at the design stage or during modernization), it is possible to organize a full-fledged feedback loop. The product will collect data from the real world and transmit it to the digital world.

    Abstract:
    Culinary and gastronomic code of modern culture, represented in a polymodal text, namely in demotivators, is of particular interest from the point of view of axiological perspective. The relevance of this topic is connected with the study of the creolized text and the ways of explication of modern values in the verbal and visual components of the demotivator. The material for the study is demotivators of culinary and gastronomic topics that are freely available on the Internet. A distinctive feature is a verbal / non-verbal indication, firstly, of the cultural component of the region; secondly, of the way of representing professional activity or any distinctive character trait. The main method is a comprehensive analysis of a demotivator. “Tradition – innovation” dichotomy is realized in demotivators. If the verbal component of the demotivator contains an indication of a foreign dish, then the visual component includes typical, traditional dishes for a particular culture. Conversely, traditional names of dishes or food products receive an “innovative” interpretation. Professional activity is a distinctive feature in the design of the dish, the method of cooking and the contents. There is an appeal not only to the background knowledge about the stereotypes of the professional sphere and nutrition practices, but also to the general cultural background.

  • New industrialization of Russia through new ways of attracting investments

    Based on the analysis of specific legislative initiatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, it has been proved that the method of economic incentives for organizations with private capital to increase investment by changing the income tax rate depending on the share of reinvested profit is sharply inferior in terms of economic efficiency to the method based on changing the VAT rate. The shortcomings of the initiative (with "manual control") of the Government of the Russian Federation to reduce the VAT rate by 20 points for organizations of the ship repair industry are revealed. Based on the official data of the Federal Tax Service, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, an analysis was made of the effectiveness of the “manual control” investment mechanisms in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the new direct action mechanism to stimulate investment activity. Three options for the implementation of a new mechanism were analyzed, which would further increase the volume of private investment in the industry of the Russian Federation up to 1 trillion rubles per year. To do this, it is necessary to reduce the VAT rate by 2–5 points for industrial organizations that reinvest more than 50% of their profits, and to compensate for shortfalls in federal budget revenues from VAT, increase the federal income tax rate by 0,2–0,5 points. At the same time, it is not necessary to increase the base income tax rate. It is proved that the new mechanism does not require "manual control" and can be used in the form of a direct action law, which brings the system of encouraging investments in industry to a qualitatively different (higher) level.

  • Analysis of high school students' perceptions of tutors in the educational process

    There is a growing need for high-quality education that prepares students for the complex challenges of the modern world. As a result, the use of tutoring services is becoming increasingly common in the education system. However, it is necessary to study the opinions of high school students about the role of tutors and the use of their services in the educational process to determine the effectiveness of this approach. The relevance of this research lies in determining high school students' perceptions of tutors' role in the educational process. High school students are a key group of tutoring service consumers, and their opinions about tutors' role in the educational process may influence decisions about using such services. In this study, a survey method was used. The survey questions addressed students' opinions about tutors' role in the educational process, as well as their personal experience with using tutoring services. The analysis of the data showed that high school students generally have positive attitudes towards tutors and consider them important helpers in the learning process. Most of the survey participants noted positive results from using tutoring services, such as improved academic performance and confidence in their knowledge. However, some drawbacks of using tutoring services were also identified, such as high cost, mismatch of the tutor's and student's knowledge levels, and insufficient effectiveness in some cases. The use of tutoring services can be an effective tool for improving academic performance and motivation among high school students, but the drawbacks and limitations of this approach should be taken into account. The results of this study can be useful for school administrations, parents, and high school students in making decisions about using tutoring services in the educational process.

    The article presents an analysis of the formation of educational motivation of younger schoolchildren in conditions of different technical equipment of the educational process. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that in the modern world there is an active development of new technologies. Competent use of technical equipment in the educational process can only develop students' interest in obtaining knowledge, thereby increasing their level of educational motivation. The purpose of the study is to study the formation of educational motivation of younger schoolchildren in conditions of different technical equipment of the educational process. The authors hypothesized that younger schoolchildren studying in conditions of good technical equipment of the educational process have a higher level of motivation for educational activities. The sample set of the study was made up of students of the 2nd and 4th grades of budgetary educational institutions “secondary school №. 124”, “secondary school № 30”. The stages and the complex of psychological techniques are described. Features of conducting and results of the study of educational motivation of students of schools with different technical equipment. The study was conducted by testing the typology of teaching motives, assessing school motivation and its level in elementary school students. In conclusion, the article presents conclusions about the presence of differences in the educational motivation of students in different conditions of technical equipment. It was found that students of the 2nd grades in the conditions of modern equipment of the educational process are more motivated to study.

    The chapter presents the data of empirical research about the formation of educational and dominant motivation of elementary school children. The connections between the peculiarities of the motivational sphere and the conditions of its development in elementary school age – the styles of pedagogical leadership of the class and the family parenting styles are considered. The trends in the development of motivation of elementary school children in the system of the additional education are analyzed using a children's music school as a case study. It is shown that the success of a child's education in a children's music school is directly related to the diagnostics of musical abilities (the choice of an educational program); development of musical abilities; the formation of special skills and abilities; personal development (including the formation of a motivational system).

    It is well known that sperm is a unique cell with a function to be done by itself outside the body and this function is second to none for species’ continuity. The sperm mission of reaching the ova and is affected by both chemical and physical factors influence its ability to survive, move and fertilize the ova. Vibration as an environmental external physical stressor that affect semen viscosity and accordingly semen velocity, is reported to be prevalent among drivers occupied in industrial jobs whose inability to produce natural sperm compared to other occupation will be reviewed in this paper. We will also review the effects of mechanical vibrations with a special attention to shaking semen samples in assisted reproductive technologies in vitro. The effects of whole body exposure to vibrations on reproductive indices will also be investigated.

    The article reveals the features of the use of Web 2.0 services in the educational process in order to organize the individual educational trajectory of students. This learning path contributes to the disclosure of students' individual abilities and opportunities in the field of mastering educational programs, taking into account their psychophysical characteristics. As a result of the use of Web 2.0 services, students form a certain range of cognitive actions that reveal their individual characteristics of studying a particular subject.

In all recent conceptual documents, legislative acts, federal and regional programs, the issues of promoting the preservation and development of the Russian language and culture are given a central place.     Abstract:
    The chapter describes the problems of teaching propaedeutics of childhood diseases, which were discussed at the third All-Russian conference «Knowledge of propaedeutics is the basis of clinical thinking of a pediatrician." The characteristics of modern textbooks on this discipline, published in Russia in the last 15 years, are given, their advantages and disadvantages are described. The educational and methodological manuals and workshops published in SPbGPMU on separate sections of the program at the Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases are described. Discussions are presented on the methodology of teaching practical skills, innovations in teaching and traditional work at the bedside, methods for assessing the physical development of children and childhood nutrition. It is emphasized that the formation of a student's motivation for learning largely depends on the personality of the teacher, his human qualities, charisma, competence and empathy.

    Abstract:
    Currently, considerable attention is paid to the role of the substantive-spatial environment in the functioning of educational institutions, from preschool institutions to higher educational institutions. The aim of the exploratory study was to examine teachers' perceptions of the substantive-spatial environment of secondary school. The study was conducted by online polling in Google form using a pilot questionnaire that included questions-statements regarding various aspects of the school's substantive-spatial environment. The respondents were 39 school teachers (33 women and 6 men). When processing the results, φ*-criterium of the Fisher angular transformation was used. The results of the study showed that the teachers showed the greatest unanimity, characterizing in general their positive attitude towards design innovations at school, and equally unanimously they did not agree that the substantive-spatial environment of the school was indifferent to them; it was shown that about two-thirds of the surveyed teachers showed interest in improving various aspects of the substantive-spatial environment of the school, which made it possible to identify their preferences in the design of the school interior (living plants, places for quiet rest, color scheme, etc.); it was noted, although less common, but also found in teachers, resistance to design innovations in the school substantive-spatial environment, varying from neutral to conservative.
