The functioning of innovative enterprises, their essence and content
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Aleksandra O. Verenikina
- Work direction:
- Глава 2
- Abstract:
- Modern trends in the development of the world economy «force» the enterprises of the Russian Federation to look for new ways to activate their production capacities. The core of this revitalization is innovation activity. Innovations permeate all types of society's activities and are the main factor and incentive for the development and competitiveness of the country. The Russian economy has a high innovation potential, but the level of application of this potential and mastering of innovation processes is still not high enough. Innovation management is perceived by many specialists with distrust, which makes it difficult to choose a development path for the growth of innovation activity. In enterprises focused on the creation and implementation of innovations, this problem is very relevant. The study of the essence of innovative enterprises, the peculiarities of their functioning will improve the quality of their management, and, consequently, will increase the level of economic development.

Production of anti-unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as part of the innovation management strategy at enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Aleksandr I. Kashirin, Ilia V. Poletaev
- Work direction:
- Глава 7
- Abstract:
- The chapter discusses the managerial aspects of the development of new technologies at enterprises of the Russian defense industry in the digital economy. The relevance of the study is determined by several circumstances. Firstly, it is the market of anti-UAVs that has been studied to a lesser extent than the UAVs themselves. Drones, both as a military solution and as civil technologies, are currently in the focus of attention of the scientific and professional community. At the same time, systems aimed at countering UAVs do not receive due attention. Secondly, for military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation, the market of anti-UAVS is of great interest: since UAVs themselves are being adopted almost everywhere, it can be expected that in the near future the market will require appropriate solutions aimed at countering these systems. Thirdly, the international arms market itself is in a constant state of change, and these changes should receive proper scientific assessment.

Program-Targeted Support for the Implementation of Priority National Meso-Level Projects (on the Example of the Promotion of the National Project "Culture" by the Institutional System of the Tula Region)
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov
- Work direction:
- Глава 9
- Abstract:
- Due to the aggravation of sanctions by unfriendly states towards the Russian Federation, our country is closely facing the need for total import substitution and the introduction of an innovation management system. One of its key tools today is the implementation of priority national projects in business entities. Project management is becoming a priority area of activity in almost all sectors of both production and non-production structures. The direction of culture in the previously planned economy at the state level was often financed according to the system of the «residual principle», which could not but affect the final results. In the system of new approaches and values, the situation is beginning to change. The Culture project is among the leading national projects. The author examines its program-targeted (as well as financial and rating) support on the example of the institutional system of the Tula region. Statistical and monographic data, the legislative base of the federal and regional levels are taken as the basis of the research. From the point of view of the system. A multifactorial analysis of the promotion of the priority national project «Culture» in the Tula region is given for complex, process and situational approaches. The trend and mental characteristics of local territories are taken into account when carrying out systematic work on project management.

- Авторская монография
- Abstract:
- Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back. Time has come and the question if our children would be blessed by the enlightened future? Alternatively, there will be no future at all – the solution of this question depends on us.

Adam Smith's Concept of Division of Labor and Motivation
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 5
- Abstract:
- The chapter addresses two main issues. The first focuses on how A. Smith defines possible advantages and risks inherent in division of labour and reconstructs the ways in which he attempts to make use of some of the effects of specialized labor to curb these dangerous consequences. The second is Smith's understanding of human motivation, which is rooted in the human need for sympathy and recognition. Human kind desires nothing more profound than the approval of their counterparts and their own remorse. This fundamental need controls human actions, both between close relatives and strangers. This shows that, although, according to Smith, a commercial society produces many unstable consequences, this division of labour creates a situation in which well-educated politicians and men of letters can, nevertheless, curb the worst tendencies of such a society.
