  • Fundamentally Important Ideas of Socio-Integrative Approach in University Education

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.

    Abstract:
    The main problem of maintaining efficiency in the conditions of teleworking is that for enterprises and workers who previously did not have experience of working from home-office, this situation is a certain stress. The authors of the article presented the organizational mechanism of team management in the conditions of remote work, as a set of tools for making managerial decisions. One of the main aspects of the mechanism is to improve the efficiency of motivating employees, while it is recommended to use the investment motivation model.

    Abstract:
    Based on the analysis of the contemporary state of the development of the system of motivation and stimulation of labour of the personnel, the directions of improving of such processes are defined in the article. It is stated that the effective reparations management benefits to both employer and employee. Employees receiving fair salary, generous bonuses and remunerative incentives in exchange for their work will linger to their jobs, keep high performance and morale. It is noted that the issue of fair labour remuneration is highly relevant these days. The fact that the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, allowing to solve this problem, has been developed in Russia is highlighted in the article. Author concludes that the effective reparations management contributes to employee’s involvement thus leads to the company’s success.

    Abstract:
    In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the article is due to the problems that have arisen in the context of the increasing threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) and the transition of universities to distance learning. The article is devoted to the introduction of distance learning technologies at Kemerovo State University and describes the results of research related to the study of students’ attitudes to distance learning at the Institute of history and international relationship. This study was conducted on the basis of a survey of 60 students to identify the effectiveness of distance learning in the subjects "Foreign language" (English), "Practical course of the second foreign language" (German), "The second foreign language" (German). Based on the analysis of students’ responses and the synthesis of domestic and foreign literature, comparative study of the theory and practice of implementing distance learning by the best universities in the world, as well as taking into account personal experience of teaching a foreign language to students of Kemerovo State University, the authors concretize the conceptual apparatus of distance learning, reasonably identify the positive and negative aspects of the new learning system using electronic technologies for the educational process at the university.

    Abstract:
    The graduate course has become an integral part of the contemporary higher education system, and the personality of the graduate student is scrutinized as a comparatively new phenomenon which is of utmost importance for the organizing of educational process. In order to investigate the professional direction of master's degree students and to identify its level (intensity) a pilot study was conducted which took the form of questionnaires and interviews. As a result, there were revealed five groups of master's degree student in accordance with their professional orientation levels. Understanding and accepting the fact of motivational heterogeneity of graduate students at non-linguistic faculties leads to reconsideration of the part subjects not participating directly in building profession-related competences play, and should be taken into account when personalizing studies during the master’s course.

    The results of a diagnostic study of teachers of the Department of natural Sciences in the process of their remote work with students are present in the article. The study was aimed at identifying the main problems faced by teachers of higher education institutions when working remotely. Based on the results of the research, a program of psychological and pedagogical support for creating a safe educational environment was formed in order to eliminate emerging problems and effectively implement professional activities. The program is based on the results of a diagnostic study of the digital educational environment, analysis of the necessary professional qualities of teachers for safe inclusion in it and its application.

    The article is devoted to the entity and origins of an educational deprivation in military higher education institution. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for cadets to overcome deprivation in the educational environment of a military university is presented. The following methods were used in the study: survey, comparison, and observation. 498 cadets (including 283 first-year students and 215 fourth-year students) took part in an empirical study of deprivation at FSBEI of HE "Military Academic Center of Air Force "N.E. Zhukovski and Yu.A. Gagarin Air Force Academy" of RF Ministry of Defense (Voronezh). The theoretical analysis of the problem and data of an empirical research allowed to draw a conclusion on a possibility of overcoming an educational deprivation and its effects on the basis of a humanization and humanitarization of military education.

    This article deals with the current state and development of the economic mechanism of private enterprise in Kazakhstan. Recent trends have been identified in the economic mechanism of private enterprise, based on the application of scientific knowledge, comparison, analysis and systems approach. The result of the study is the formulation of the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of the state and integration subsystem of the economic mechanism of private entrepreneurship, providing various support measures and contributing to sustainable economic development of the government.     The article is devoted to the consideration of regional innovation clusters in the context of a circular economy implementation. Using the example of the titanium industry, the author analyzes the titanium regional innovation cluster, identifies and studies the conditions, factors, and directions for implementing circular economy policy in the cluster. The analysis of titanium production waste was also carried out. It is concluded that the necessary conditions are created in the cluster and the main factors of the circular economy are implemented and the effectiveness of its use is observed.

A study was conducted to identify the incidence rate and to determine the effectiveness of the introduction of a special complex for the elderly, statistics were collected together with general practitioners and general practitioners of clinics in Vladivostok. Conclusions were drawn that a special set of exercises has no contraindications and is generally available to the elderly.

  • Use of the Complex Motivation Principle in Teaching Foreign Languages to Pupils at the Initial Stage of a Comprehensive School

    The article discusses the issues of teaching a foreign language through the prism of the complex motivation principle. The motives of students at the initial stage of training in mastering a foreign language are analyzed. Some possibilities of using the complex motivation principle are given. Observations of students’ activities as well as their survey are presented. A classification of students’ motives based on their answers is proposed. Based on the results of observations of students’ educational activities, as well as their motives, recommendations on the organization of educational activities of teachers using the complex motivation principle are put forward. For the optimal use of the complex motivation principle, the teacher’s actions are described. Among them: to find out the goals, motives and needs of students, to form their intellectual need for knowledge, to take into account the degree of interest and responsibility of students and to correlate the possibilities of various linguodidactic means with the motivational sphere of students. A number of games aimed at the formation of lexical skills and the development of speaking skills, bearing in mind the various motives laid down in the essence of these games, assuming that the game is the leading type of activity are proposed. Method of research. The research is based on methods of collecting information, namely, monitoring the pedagogical process, analysis of scientific literature on the topic, the method of expert judges, a survey. The results of the study were subjected to qualitative analysis and experimental verification. The results of the study proved the effectiveness of the proposed classification of motives for optimizing the educational process of teaching English. After using motivational tasks, the overall level of students' learning, interest and motivation to learn, and the ease and accuracy of performing speech actions increased.

    This work is aimed at identifying the features of attention stability in older preschool children with different levels of speech development, which occurs in the form of experimental actions. The project will include problem definition, the search for its solution via conducting techniques, analysis of documents, observation, reading psychological and pedagogical literature. The proposed forms of work are relevant, since early diagnostics at the stage of preschool and school education are aimed at identifying children who belong to a low level of attention development (its properties). This level of attention development affects the child's successful acquisition of educational skills and learning material at the initial stage of training. Conducted independent research allows you to answer problematic questions.

  • German Contribution to Archeological Study of the Golden Horde Ukek: A Review of Ethnographic Sources

    Abstract:
    The article presents a chronological overview of the study of the Uvek settlement. Arguably one of the oldest cities and major political and economic centers of the Golden Horde, Ukek stood at the intersection of the Northern branch of the Great Silk Road and the Great Volga Trade Route, providing trade caravans and embassies a safe way across the Volga on their further journey to the Crimea or Scandinavia. It is noted that having been weakened by the decline of trade and the plague outbreak, Ukek was completely destroyed by Tamerlane and soon forgotten. It is safe to say that much of the credit for conducting research of that archaeological site belongs to researchers from countries other than Russia. The aim of the article is to reveal the role of German researchers in the study of Ukek. Methods of research. The author provides a timeline of the research of the Uvek archaeological site carried out by German archeologists. Having consulted various sources, primarily academic papers, the author has been able to collect information about the German researchers of Ukek and analyze their academic contribution. It is noted that the first scientific publication about Ukek was published in German as German researchers revealed the connection between Ukek and the Uvek settlement and started the first excavations there. As a result of the analysis, the article concludes that German archeologists, being at the origins of the research of the Uvek archaeological site, contributed to the formation of the traditions of the archeological schools of Volga region. The author emphasizes that the course of the study of the Ukek heritage is important for understanding the cultural and historical processes in the Volga region that facilitated academic links between this region and Europe.
