The relevance of the topic is due to the need to bring into compliance the content of the education of children with severe visual impairments with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for blind students (option 3.2). At the present time, teachers of schools for blind children continue to experience difficulties in adapting the content of education in this subject. The aim of the article is to analyze and summarize the existing typhlopedagogical experience of teaching this group of children and to determine the directions for adapting the content of teaching literary reading to blind elementary students. Methods used in this study include analysis, description, and comparison. An analysis of the typhlopedagogical heritage suggests that teaching reading to blind elementary schoolers has a number of peculiarities due to the negative impact of visual impairment on their speech and cognitive development, motivation for activity; this can be overcome by adapting the content of education. In their turn, the directions of adaptation can be reached by adjusting the contents of textbooks, enriching the children’s sensory experience, developing their speech and thinking, and using a differentiated approach in teaching by redistributing educational material and developing assessment criteria that are appropriate for the blind students’ needs. The results of this study have important meaning for employees of schools for visually impaired children because they allow to implement a differentiated approach in teaching and to adapt the contents of the Literary reading school subject according to the special educational requirements of children.

- Abstract:
- Consideration from critical positions of numerous researches and scientific and methodical works of scientists and experts in the field of innovative activity revealed the fact that among the least studied problems can be attributed to the effect of innovations and innovations. The purpose of this study is the theoretical justification and methodological solution of the complex issues of innovation effect. There are several reasons for this. At least five of them can be formulated as follows: first, there are no large-scale studies on the cycle of effects on the stages of the innovation process. There are practically no theoretically verified methods of calculating the value of the effect; secondly, in the scientific economic literature prevails one-sided view of the competitive relationship between the subjects of innovation. The system of specific communications, which is built on the basis of the effect of innovation and includes both competition and cooperation, is not taken into account; thirdly, there is a small share of research and, as a result, there is still little known about the mechanisms of diffusion of innovation, the ratio of creativity and imitation in the absence of a quantitative assessment of the effect of innovation; fourth, there is no clear understanding of the forms of relationships between certain types of innovation effect and the competitiveness of goods and enterprises; fifth, the experience of functioning of developed countries in the conditions of innovative type of economy shows that economic knowledge should become qualitatively different, oriented to a new idea of innovation not as a goal, but as a means of enterprise development in a market economy. The paper uses General scientific methods of cognition: induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of comparative, multifactorial, functional and situational analysis, statistical groupings and expert-analytical methods.

- Abstract:
- This section focuses on issues of improving the methodology of Russian language teaching and efficiency of teaching Russian in a multicultural environment with the use of elements of spiritual (including folklore) culture in educational institutions of the Mari El Republic (humanitarian gymnasiums, secondary and higher educational institutions). The authors of the section demonstrate the features of using folklore in the main areas of activities (both class and extracurricular) of experimental network platforms (FIRO) and the pedagogical workshop (Prosveshcheniye Publishers) and conclude that such projects, aimed at the sociocultural adaptation of Russian youth and their socialization and culturalization, are extremely important in the aspect of harmonizing interpersonal and intercultural relations in the modern Russian society. By referring to several facts of traditional Russian culture in their teaching of Russian as a foreign language, the authors of the monograph (E.A. Plotnikova, M.N. Pirogova) have received a certain positive response. It is evident that at the initial stage of learning, the students should acquire a kind of linguistic minimum, which includes knowledge about the culture of the country, its traditions, the distinctive features of verbal and non-verbal communication, etc. In such cases, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, including olympiads and quests, usually provides positive results.
