    Abstract:
    The chapter highlights innovative models for the formation of training of engineering personnel in the higher education system of the Russian Federation, identified on the basis of an analysis of materials from federal innovation plans. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research Agreement on "Identification of best practices based on the results of expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation platforms" with LLC "Financial Expert Systems". Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP entities within the framework of the execution of the State Contract dated April 25, 2022 No.05.2022.244.02.003.021 for the performance of works (provision of services) under the project "Information, analytical and technological support for the formation and functioning of a network of federal innovation platforms in the advanced educational ecosystem of the Russian Federation". The authors consider projects of federal innovation platforms of institutions of higher education, implemented in the field of engineering education, as well as in other interdisciplinary areas related to the training of engineering personnel in modern conditions.

    Abstract:
    The article examines such features peculiar to children with cerebral-organic ZPR, as a decrease in mental tone, insufficient analytical observation, difficulties in updating existing knowledge. The results of the implementation of the technique "What is missing in these drawings?" in the version of R.S. Nemov are described. The presented results are summarized on the basis of the maximum and minimum quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with ASD. The results of this technique make it possible to differentiate 5-6-year-old children with cerebral-organic SPD into groups. This technique can also be successfully used by parents.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in chemistry lessons at school. The theoretical foundations, forms and methods of ICT implementation are considered: virtual laboratories, interactive tables, multimedia presentations, electronic textbooks and online platforms. Special attention is paid to the impact of ICT on the educational process: increasing student motivation, deepening understanding of complex topics, developing independent work and solving emerging problems. Practical recommendations on the choice of tools, teacher training and support from the school administration are provided.

    Abstract:
    The lexical approach is the most widespread method used in teaching a foreign language nowadays. The key principles of lexical approach are emphasized in the chapter. In connection with the variety of opinions about the use of this method, the authors analyze the positive and perceived negative aspects of the approach. The important issues that teachers face in their classes with undergraduate students of technical specialities in the university are analyzed. The main rules for preparing and conducting classes with undergraduate students are suggested. On the basis of the conducted research a set of exercises of different types aimed at the development of professional vocabulary and lexical competence in general was developed. The results, which have been tested in the groups of undergraduate students are described and analyzed and their effectiveness has been proved.

  • Development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in group work

    The work is devoted to the study of the features of development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in club work. Within the framework of research activities, not only the acquisition and comprehension of new knowledge occurs, but also its application in solving practical problems. Currently, there is a search for forms and content of development of motivation of adolescents for research activities. In the course of the work, theoretical, empirical (author's questionnaire, testing, pedagogical experiment) methods, methods of processing the research results were used. The diagnostic program of the study included 6 methods in order to study the features of motivation of adolescents for research activities. The study involved 6th grade students. The program for developing motivation in adolescents for research activities in club work included different forms of work: student conference, work in microgroups, classes with elements of training, business game, etc. It is noted that the development of motivation for research activities in adolescents in club work will be more successful if the individual and age-psychological characteristics of adolescents (motivation, research activity, openness to new things, etc.), their interests are taken into account; providing an individual approach, creating situations of success, self-affirmation and self-expression. The results of the study, the motivation development program can be used in the work of the psychological service, class teacher, education advisor, head of the scientific circle at school in an institution of additional education.

    Abstract:
    The article explores the use of interactive game-based technologies in teaching Russian to elementary school students. It examines the theoretical foundations and practical application of game-based methods for developing students' lexical and grammatical skills. The results of a pedagogical experiment, aimed at comparing the effectiveness of traditional and game-based teaching approaches, are presented. Based on the data obtained, it is demonstrated that game-based technologies enhance motivation, improve material retention, and foster children's communicative abilities. Practical recommendations for incorporating game-based technologies into the educational process are provided.

Based on the study of the sociolinguistic situation in the areas of compact residence of the Dolgan people, the analysis of the socio-cultural and linguistic factors in the functioning of their native language, the difficulties of organizing the teaching of the Dolgan language in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were identified.     The paper describes the research conducted by the team of the English teachers of English for Humanities Dpt. of Southern federal university. The investigation aimed at the study of effectiveness of learning English terminology for special purposes by the non-linguistics university program students with the help of IT-technologies. In the experiment the online course "Legal Communication: Legal Writing and Oral Communication in the Practice of Law", developed by the interdisciplinary team of university teachers of the Faculty of Law and the English teachers of English for Humanities Dpt. on the Moodle LMS. Interdisciplinary approach applied in the course of investigation embraced the main principles of two sciences: methods of teaching foreign languages and terminology study. The results obtained show that both the usage of educational IT-technologies and the educational IT- products increases the students’ motivation for learning the language of their future profession if the content of the educational IT- products is thoroughly developed on the main subjects of theoretical and practical terminology study: the description of the history of formation and development of a language for special purposes, the linguistic and extra-linguistic factors that influenced its development, its vocabulary, style and genres, the techniques of appropriate use of terms in the special context.

    The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

    The article explores the prospects of using virtual reality (VR) technologies in the process of extracurricular education for school children studying the Chinese language. The potential of VR to create an interactive language environment that enhances motivation, improves retention, and deepens understanding of the material is analyzed. The study includes an experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of VR technologies compared to traditional teaching methods. The experiment's results show that the use of virtual reality significantly improves the acquisition of the Chinese language among schoolchildren and contributes to the development of individualized learning approaches.
