    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to psychological practice project development, analysis of psychological factors and characteristics of women victimized behavior in situations of domestic violence, aimed at studying the phenomenon of victimized behavior. An analysis of the basic phenomenon was carried out, a design toolkit for psychological practice was developed (a mind map of the concept, a sketch of the persona of a potential client), a schedule of thematic consultation meetings between the psychologist and the client was drawn up, and the organizational and managerial conditions for implementing the practice were determined.

  • Ritual functions of clothing in the memorial rites of the Chuvashs

    Abstract:
    Clothes perform many functions functions. One of them is the ritual function, according to which it becomes an important tool or object of various magical practices. In this article, using the example of the сhuvashs of the Volga-Ural region, the functions of the deceased’s clothes in the customs and rituals of the memorial cycle are considered. On separate thematic blocks, the role of clothing as a ritual item at large commemorations, at the fortieth day commemoration, as well as at general summer commemorations was investigated. The article is based on published works on the history and ethnography of the chuvashs of the 19th – early 20th centuries, archival sources, as well as field materials of the author collected in different years in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Tatarstan. It has been revealed that in the funeral rites, clothes appear and are actively used as a substitute for the deceased, as well as an offering addressed to the deceased on behalf of living relatives. Thanks to these qualities, clothing is one of the important and universal means of communication between the world of the living and the world of the dead. Rites with clothes in memorial rites have been preserved and exist in modern ritual practice. Such stability, on the one hand, is due to the deep archaic and conservative funeral rite as a whole, on the other hand, the comparative stability of this ritual to modern innovations.

  • Formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren as a didactic problem (regional aspect)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents a complex of formative capacities for volunteer activities for the development of university students. Based on the methodology of a holistic approach to the analysis of the pedagogical process in the sphere of student volunteering, as well as empirical data from a survey of students and experts on volunteering, the authors propose a construct of the pedagogical functions of this sphere within the framework of a three-component structure of functions – developmental, educational and upbringing. The developmental capacities of volunteering are represented by such functions as: identification, referential, integrating, cognitive, orientation, reflective, communicative, empathy, facilitation, catharsis, functions of self-disclosure and self-consciousness. The educational component of volunteering includes the functions of social competence, as well as civil, legal and cultural competence, a team-building function, the functions of project modeling, professional adaptation, professional testing, professional-practical, career and self-education functions. The upbringing influence of volunteering is expressed in such functions as: social-motivating, innovative-initiative, harmonizing, human-istic, labor, value-worldview, spiritual-moral, functions of hardiness, self-organization, self-determination, and self-formation. The study concluded about the leading role of the moral function of volunteering for students’ self-realization.     The article presents the author's view on the organization of extracurricular educational work at the university. The authors believe that the main purpose of this type of activity is the personal and professional development of students, which is achieved through the creation of conditions for their active life, civic self-determination, creative development, professional formation and individual personal self-realization. The important role in the systematization and organization of extracurricular educational work of such methodological documents as Educational work schedules and Work programs of education according to educational programs is noted. The article presents a functional model of the organization of educational work on the example of the Volgograd Institute of Management – a branch of the RANEPA. The IDEF0 notation was used to build the model. As a result of the development of the "As is" model, factors were identified that were not previously taken into account, but have an impact on the process of implementing extracurricular educational work.

Modern approaches of researchers note the importance of determining the readiness to perform maternal functions in the younger generation and carrying out a set of activities that enrich students with knowledge about motherhood and child rearing. The purpose of the work is to determine the pedagogical aspects of the organization of work on the formation of readiness to perform maternal functions among girls in higher education institutions. The study emphasizes the importance of carrying out work in this direction, notes the leading role of psychological disciplines, namely the organization of classroom work, consisting of lectures and practical classes, extracurricular activities and independent work of students.     This study is devoted to the study of the fundamentals of legal regulation of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia, as well as the role of the state in the regulation and implementation of this institution. The author considers the system of normative legal acts and acts of interpretation operating in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), the main directions of state policy, tasks and functions of public authorities directly involved in the implementation of legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). During the study of these issues, the author analyzed scientific literature, judicial practice, as well as materials of judicial statistics showing trends in the development of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia and the practice of its application. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the need to improve the regulatory framework of this institution, including taking into account the adjustment of the distribution of functions between public authorities, which will increase the effectiveness of the implementation of bankruptcy procedures in practice.

    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    The article is devoted to the problem of formation of readiness to perform maternal functions among students of a higher educational institution. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and possibilities of museums in solving this problem. The material for the study was the content of events held on the basis of the National Museum of the city of Cheboksary, namely tutor workshops. Based on the use of methods of theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem, as well as systematization and generalization of work experience, the pedagogical potential of the Chuvash National Museum in the formation of readiness to perform maternal functions among students was revealed. The article emphasizes the importance of carrying out work in this direction, notes the leading role of museums in solving the problem of forming constructive maternal behavior in girls. The museum is considered as an educational center designed to implement the process of transferring cultural norms and experience of generations that are in demand in society at a certain stage of its functioning. The article describes the experience of introducing the tutor workshop “Motherhood” into the work of the national museum. The conclusions emphasize the importance of involving students in the work of a tutor workshop aimed at forming a value attitude towards motherhood.

  • «In Dreams the Soul Travels Everywhere, and Sometimes Back to Our Small Native Land»: the Language of Dreams of Representatives of the Chuvash and Mari Diasporas of the Moscow Region

    The article deals with one of the most interesting and fairly unstudied functions of the ethnic language in the conditions of the internal diaspora – the language of dreams. Based on the data of her own field research, the author’s goal is to identify the topics and situations in which the representatives fix their dreams in their ethnic languages. In the present article the author uses the data obtained as a result of the sociolinguistic surveys conducted in two diasporas of the Moscow region: the Chuvash diaspora (the sample was 100 people) in 2014–2017, and in the Mari diaspora (the sample included 106 people) in 2019–2021. Both surveys were devoted to identifying and describing the functioning of the ethnic language, its interaction with the Russian language in the context of the multilingual and multicultural space of the Moscow region. The results, obtained in the surveys, reveal that 27% of respondents in the Chuvash sample and 49% in the Mari in the first generation have dreams in their respective ethnic languages. These dreams are closely correlated, according to the respondents, fluent speakers, with the subject of dreams and are associated with relatives and friends in their small homeland (often with deceased ancestors), with a certain place or event in the small homeland. In addition, dreams in «their» language also come in emotionally loaded situations, for example, in a state of stress. Respondents with a poor command of an ethnic language (natives of urban settings, as well as the majority of second-generation representatives in the sample) practically do not record dreams in their ethnic language. The author concludes that this particular function is deeply connected with some other functions, such as a communicative or a sacred one in addition, it reflects certain linguistic ideologies that are discretely dominant in these linguistic communities.

    The article is devoted to the study of the role of fiction in the field of education and upbringing. The most important functions of literature that are essential for education (more broadly – the educational environment) are indicated. The works of Chuvash writers, which are included in textbooks-readers on native (Chuvash) literature of basic general and secondary general education, are selectively analyzed. In this article, fiction is considered not so much as a subject of study of literary criticism and criticism, but rather as a socio-cultural phenomenon that has the ability to directly influence the emotional and sensory perception of a person. Fundamental to this scientific research is the descriptive method, which includes techniques of interpretation, comparison, generalization. As a result of the conducted research, it was summed up that verbal creativity always reflects the worldview and feelings of the writer and his people. The following article concludes about a work of art, its representation through the prism of a certain aesthetic microcosm, with its own rules and laws. That is why the work of literature is considered fiction and fantasy of the writer. But on the other hand, in his works the author recreates a certain life situation.

  • Features of the Application of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Methods in the Work of a Psychologist With Adolescents

    The article is devoted to the using of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy methods in the work of a psychologist with adolescents. Based on the analysis of literary sources devoted to the development of mental activity, emotional sphere, behavioral characteristics of adolescents, the use of methods of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy is reasoned and justified. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for using the method of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, psychoconditioning and psychocorrective work with adolescents. The following research methods were used in this work: analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, study of the resources of educational Internet portals, materials of scientific and practical conferences and forums. As a result of the study, the following features of psychosocial development of children in adolescence, their connection with mental activity, emotions and behavior were identified, effective diagnostic methods and techniques, techniques for tracking automatic thoughts and images, techniques for changing dysfunctional beliefs (role-playing, cognitive conceptualization, etc.) were clarified. The methods of work proposed in the article can be used in the organization of preventive, counseling and correctional work with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders, with low educational motivation, problems in the personal, emotional sphere and socialization. From what has been said, the conclusion suggests that an important condition for psychotherapy and correction of adolescents is the work on changing dis-functional beliefs, automatic thoughts, negative emotional states, destructive behavior in adolescents. In our opinion, it is the methods of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy that contribute to the resolution of age-related problems of adolescents: they will help to cope with stress, anxiety, increase self-esteem, improve relationships with peers and adults.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the issues of training specialists in the field of environmental safety in universities in the context of the implementation of the transition to the Federal State Educational Standard higher professional education 3++ training direction «Technosphere safety», the introduction of the professional standard «Specialist in environmental safety (in industry)», taking into account changes in regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental safety. The purpose of the research is to determine the current requirements for the system of training specialists in the field of environmental safety, taking into account changes in the legislation regulating this area. The following research methods are used in the work: the study and analysis of regulatory legal acts, domestic literary sources, resources of departmental and educational Internet portals in the field of environmental safety. As a result of the study, it was revealed that fundamental changes in regulatory, administrative, economic, control and supervisory management methods and the use of state online services in the field of environmental safety in the Russian Federation determine the specifics of the content of theoretical and practical training of environmental specialists. It is concluded that the professional standard for specialists in the field of environmental safety, introduced in September 2020, the requirements for the content of bachelor's and master's training in the direction of «Technosphere safety» should be the basis for the development of the Main educational professional program by universities (the choice of professional competencies, the formation of the curriculum, the formation of practice programs, the final certification program).
