- The article deals with the problem of support and accompaniment of gifted children and youth by introducing a course of classes on the development of cognitive abilities that develop personality, taking into account the professional orientation of students, into the training program of the State Autonomous Educational Institution of Additional Education "Center for gifted children "Poisk" in Stavropol. The course program "Intellectual Labor Techniques" provides psychodiagnostics and further development of cognitive abilities, taking into account the interests, aptitudes and personal characteristics of gifted children and youth. The purpose of the research is to study the impact of purposeful formation of cognitive abilities on the personal development of gifted children and youth.

- Abstract:
- A scientific analysis on the problem of gifted children is presented, and both positive and negative age-psychological features of gifted primary school children are thoroughly characterized. Psychological and pedagogical support aimed at identifying and taking into account characteristics for a specific age, peculiarities of child’s intellectual and personal development is considered an effective method of pedagogical activity in the work with gifted children. A meaningful characteristic of psychological and pedagogical work with children in each problematic sphere is given. Among them: motivational, social, emotional, will and cognitive spheres.

- Abstract:
- A teacher working with gifted children should take into account the peculiarities of motivation of gifted students, strive to activate it and maintain it at the proper level in order to increase the effectiveness of professional activities. The article presents four types of gifted children, identified based on the level and type of motivation. The characteristic of behavioral features and specifics of educational activities of representatives of each type is given. Examples of psychological and pedagogical support that are most effective for each type are pointed out.

- The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.

- Social design is considered as the basis for professional growth of a social work graduate. In this article, the importance of project activities in the current standard as a universal competence of a social work specialist is demonstrated. Based on the specifics of social work, a project is defined as an author’s version of solving a social issue. The topics of students’ projects based on the results of social diagnostics in an evolving society are presented. The features of social modeling in social design are considered. On the example of the Moscow region, the possibilities of forming an innovative education strategy in which design acts as a tool for social development are shown.

- The article on the example of history, social science and law, analyzes and systematizes the authors' experience in the field of olympiad training of students. The important role of competent scientific consulting and mentoring in the system of olympiad training is emphasized. - The work was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of agricultural systems of the North Kazakhstan station, and the research on the rational choice was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of agricultural systems of the Kursk Federal Agricultural Research Center. The investigation was based on the results of the authors own research, as well as the analysis and generalization of current scientific literature. As a result of the generalization, the most effective conditions for the application of such technologies, contributing to the rational use of available resources were identified. Criteria, standards, and requirements for the effectiveness of the most important technological methods of modern agricultural technologies were formulated. Approaches to automation and an algorithm of their rational choice were developed. The work on designing scheme and the structure of the database support system for agricultural producers on the rational choice of highly adaptive technologies for the cultivation of key crops was carried out.

Model of Methodological Educational Support of Etiquette Behavior Skills Formation in Senior Preschoolers in the Conditions of Preschool Educational Institution and Family

- The article is devoted to the organization of educational work on the etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers, which is aimed at awareness and implementation of children's etiquette norms (appearance, table etiquette, speech etiquette, behavior in public places), contributing to the favorable entry of preschoolers into society and successful interaction with people surrounding them. The purpose of the article is to consider the model of methodological educational support of etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers in the conditions of preschool educational institution and family. Methods. A pedagogical experiment, in which 56 children of six years of the preschool educational institution №51 «Zorenka» of the city Khimki, Moscow Region took part, was conducted. Parents were also surveyed for interest in the etiquette behavior skills formation in children. Research results. In the course of the study, the average level of etiquette behavior skills formation in children was observed. The survey of parents showed little interest in etiquette behavior skills formation in children. For the purpose of successful formation of etiquette behavior skills in senior preschoolers in the conditions of preschool educational institution and a family the program of methodical support was organized. Conclusion. Repeated diagnostics of the level of etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers revealed a more pronounced positive dynamics in the level of etiquette behavior skills formation in children.
