    Abstract:
    The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children showed a positive result.

    Abstract:
    Currently, university teachers have many questions about the introduction of individual educational trajectories (IET) into the educational process of universities. Unfortunately, the introduction of such educational technologies is often interpreted by researchers without a proper understanding of the principles and foundations of pedagogy, such as from simple to complex, individual approach to learning, etc. All this is due to the fact that most often the development of the introduction of IET in universities is carried out by people who do not have a professional pedagogical education or at least sufficient experience in professional pedagogical activity in universities, or even in general, who simply seek to make money on it. As a result, the introduction of individual educational trajectories turns into a process of far-fetched provisions that are incomprehensible to teachers and have nothing to do with the development of higher education, and, accordingly, are not perceived by the teaching staff of universities. At the same time, the necessary technical and software for the implementation of IOT is often missing. And this gives rise to numerous problems in the development of domestic higher education in modern conditions and negatively affects the increase in its effectiveness. This article attempts to deal with the essence and problems of the implementation of IET in universities from the standpoint of pedagogy and practical pedagogical experience.

    The article focuses on the need for career guidance in rural schools, the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship, the results of the «school cooperation» project in the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that today modern youth does not see the possibility of self-realization and a decent lifestyle in rural areas, in their small homeland. The development and promotion of the «school cooperation» project provides an opportunity for young people, students of rural schools to realize the possibilities of doing business in rural areas (and/or in cities) by engaging in cooperative entrepreneurship. Using the method of descriptive analysis of the data set and numerous surveys of rural schools, district administrations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other regions of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that modern youth does not seek to stay in rural areas. The monitoring made it possible to come to the conclusion that in many regions of the republic there is a personnel shortage of individual specialists. Results. Based on the data obtained, the directions of cooperation and the possibility of implementing the «Accelerator of School Cooperatives» project were proposed, which was highly appreciated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, corresponds to the goals of national projects and subprojects. Popularization and development of cooperation will make it possible to create a full-cycle cooperation in the future. The materials of the article will be useful to the heads of district administrations, heads of secondary schools for the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship and the organization of student cooperatives in the regions.

    The relevance of the monograph section is determined by the demand for scientific developments at the present stage aimed at combating poverty.     The article considers the intelligent automation of decision-making and management procedures that is being implemented in many areas of socio-economic practice, including financial and credit business processes, in trade and e-commerce (customer profiling, marketing micro-targeting), telecommunications, industry (technological control, robotics, neurocontrol, strategic planning and forecasting), intelligent automation also came to business management, to public administration. It is claimed that automation of personnel management is expanding (monitoring compliance with requirements, profiling and assessing KPIs, predicting conflicts and violations), unmanned vehicles and other neural network automation are used in medicine, the transport industry and agriculture; smart technologies come to education (in Moscow, a system of predictive analytics of the digital footprint of students is being tested to optimize and target educational services, help orientate in the future profession). The use of cognitive technologies in the creation of expert, advisory systems, decision support systems provides not only convenience and savings in time and effort, but gives rise to a variety of organizational, economic, ethical, social problems, giving rise to new risks. This study provides an overview of intelligent technologies that are used in social management, threats associated with the practical use of intelligent automation tools and decision support, ways and measures to reduce some of the risks associated with these threats.
