Special attention is paid to the technologies of project activities, psychological support and interaction of the school with external social institutions (universities, enterprises). The importance of creating an individualized educational environment for the successful professional development of adolescents is emphasized.

    Abstract:
    Inclusive socio-cultural practices in the field of art are an extremely effective tool for the development of inclusive culture in Russia. Such practices have a synergistic effect: in addition to their main function, they have a positive impact on the development of the moral component of the country's population, and on the acquisition of subjectivity by people with health deficits. It should be emphasized that inclusive socio-cultural design in the Russian Federation is based on certain principles that have their own characteristics. For the most correct understanding of the features of inclusive socio-cultural design, an analysis was carried out, as a result of which it was possible to establish certain relationships and conclusions presented in this study.

    Abstract:
    The proposed chapter examines the possibilities of using project activities based on digital technologies to increase motivation and practice-oriented approach in the process of learning a foreign language by students of the Master’s degree program 22.04.01 Materials Science and Technology studying at the Advanced Engineering School (AES) of Microwave Electronics, created on the basis of MIREA – Russian Technological University. The study was conducted based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and the generalization of methods related to the organization of students’ project activities in the process of professional foreign language training, as well as teaching foreign languages at the university using digital tools. The results consist in studying the experience of using these technologies in educational practice and describing the forms of working with them.

    This article presents an author's method of art coaching, developed and tested since 2015. It explores the theoretical foundations and practical application of the method, which combines the structured approach of classical coaching with creative techniques of art therapy. The structure of an art coaching session, the specifics of applying the method in various areas (individual counseling, family relationships, business environment), as well as its effectiveness in solving strategic and creative tasks are examined. Special attention is paid to the scientific justification for using creative thinking to activate subconscious resources and find non-standard solutions.

    Abstract:
    The article highlights the results of the implementation of the innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" in the general education system of the Republic of Tuva from 2014 to 2019. The purpose of this work is to review and summarize the regional experience of implementing the project to attract men to teaching. The study addresses the following objectives: studying the gender composition of the teaching staff in Tuvan general education schools; generalizing the methods of ethnopedagogical education used by male teachers in the educational process and popularizing them; assessing the effectiveness of the innovative project based on the analysis of the obtained monitoring data. The author used the methods of content analysis, generalization and systematization of statistical information to identify the gender composition of the teaching staff of Tuva and the prospects for the inclusion of male teachers in the educational and upbringing space of the republic, taking into account the ethnocultural characteristics of traditional education. The innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" is aimed at preventing offenses among students, mainly difficult teenagers, using the traditional culture of Tuvans. The implementation of the project has shown a decrease in the number of offenses, a decrease in the number of children under supervision in those schools where men hold the positions of deputy directors for educational work, teacher-organizers or mentors.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

This article examines the phenomenon of the cinematic image as a complex artistic structure capable of performing not only an aesthetic, but also a psychocorrectional function. The research is aimed at identifying the mechanisms of the impact of cinematic images on the psychoemotional state of the viewer and analyzing their potential use in the framework of psychotherapeutic practice.

  • Student partnership project as an effective method of adaptation of foreign students in the Russian cultural and linguistic environment

    Abstract:
    This study examines the potential and significance of the partnership project method in facilitating the adaptation of international students, as well as the development of their external connections and social environment within the context of Russian society. The paper presents a student partnership project organized by the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language at Perm State Medical University and the Department of Foreign Languages at HSE University Perm. The project is executed through practice-oriented inter-university collaboration. Its objectives address interconnected challenges: firstly, the Indian student community in Perm remains isolated and inadequately integrated into the city's cultural and linguistic milieu. Secondly, residents of Perm and students at local universities have limited understanding of the living and educational experiences of the substantial number of international students residing in the city. The significance of the inter-university project lies in providing Perm and Indian students with opportunities to engage with one another, exchange cultural knowledge, establish both friendly and professional communication, and collaborate on the creation of a joint creative product.  This initiative fosters interethnic dialogue and enhances the communication skills and intercultural competence of future professionals.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

  • Methodology for implementing an interdisciplinary project based on no-code technology in the process of teaching students of the master's programme "Multimedia design"

    Abstract:
    Teaching Internet technologies to Multimedia Design students contributes to their success in the labour market, provided that the project method and other similar approaches are used in the learning process. The article analyses the experience of teaching modern Internet technologies to students of the Master's programme "Multimedia Design" at the Art and Graphic Faculty of the Pedagogical University. Research methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and pedagogical experiment. It was established that the problem of teaching students in creative training areas technical skills required for creating Internet products can be solved by using no-code technology and the individual project method. Using creating a website for a randomly selected customer and developing one's own art and pedagogical Internet project as the example, we analysed the application of the individual practice-oriented project method. The results allowed us to draw conclusions that creating digital products without writing code enables students to perform completed Internet projects using special services and platforms, and the method of individual practice-oriented project allows them to perform personally significant Internet projects and helps to increase motivation for learning and the formation of universal and professional competences. The results of the study can be used in teaching Internet technologies to creative students.

    The results of the application of ecosystem connectivity in research on the management of infrastructure projects in the transport sector are presented based on management theories and energy management theories. Given the understanding of the project ecosystem, its tasks are defined within the framework of different approaches to understanding the project life cycle. The purpose of the study is to determine the list of economic subjects of the project (stakeholders) and factors influencing the economic efficiency of infrastructure projects in the transport industry.     The gap between qualification of university graduates and real market demands, which has been observed over the last decades, reveals the challenge of deploying project-based educational technologies in higher education. The chapter is aimed at analyzing findings of applying a project-based approach in higher education in Russia. The study was carried out over the period of 3 years involving interviews of freshmen. The research discloses the major benefits and possible hurdles engaged in the process of introducing project-based technology in Russian higher education. The most significant positive results noted by the respondents, were the acquisition of team work experience and development of communication skills. Among the problems associated with the implementation of project tasks, the greatest challenge is presented by the task of building communications with outside organizations. A conclusion was drawn that the key obstacles for first-year students are linked to secondary school education. This can be explained by the current dominating role of traditional teaching methods at schools discouraging the development of practical skills. The study has shown that gaps in school education can be largely solved already in the first year within the framework of project-based learning. The above given evidence makes it possible to conclude that it is necessary to introduce various forms of project-oriented activities into the school curricula. Findings of the empirical research carried out in the study have major implications for teachers in higher educational establishments who are involved into guiding project-based activities of first year students.

    The research is devoted to the main issues of designing the author's portfolio of students in the process of studying at the senior courses of the university and the transition to the professional activity of a designer. Under the current conditions, the portfolio is considered not only as a technology for evaluating educational results, but also as a starting point for further individual trajectory of professional growth, and a means of professional identification of design students when changing social roles during the period of graduation from higher education, and as a design object to which aesthetic and functional requirements are imposed. The study reveals the content of the main stages of project activity in the work on the designer's portfolio. As a result of the research, methodological recommendations on designing a portfolio as a design object in the process of professional development of design students of senior courses of the university were improved.

    The chapter raises the current topic of graphics design for gaming applications and board games. The place and role of games in the social mind as a means of communication and receiving emotions is considered. The object of research is game design. The practical part of the game graphics design project is substantiated. The logo, characters, graphics and the structure of the internal content of the game are being developed. The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of project activities for creating a game design. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set: analyzing the types of project presentation of materials for visualization of game graphics; identifying the features of design technologies; analyzing the graphical support of the game space. As a result of the study, a graphical visualization of a computer game was performed. The result confirms the idea of the growth of digital technologies in the training of graphic designers. Scientific result: graphic accompaniment of games.
