    Abstract:
    In modern conditions, the role of intellectual capital increases. Personal and collective intelligence become the determining factors of strategic development of the educational organization. This, in turn, requires strategic development of intellectual capital. The work deals with the components and content of the process of such development. The concept of educational intellectual capital is given and it is shown that the strategic development of educational intellectual capital should provide the necessary compliance and understanding of the external environment. Types of educational institutions are selected, different in strategic orientation for the development of their educational and intellectual capital.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to understanding the role of digital resources in the modern educational space. It is shown that the development of education is inherently associated with the introduction of computer technologies in the educational process that expand the boundaries of cognitive activity of students. However, despite the presence of positive aspects, there are a number of problems related to the use of technical means, and requiring their solution. The main attention in the work is accentuated by the fact that the development of science in the field of high technologies has a huge influence on the development of education. In this regard, views are expressed on the search for new approaches to teaching in the modern digital society.

Розовым, важнейшими принципами которой являются ориентация на самостоятельную работу студентов и активные методы обучения. Автор отмечает, что феномен электронного обучения (e-Learning) и его основная разновидность – Интернет-обучение (On-line Learning) – приобретают особую актуальность, постепенно утрачивая в российском профессиональном образовании эксклюзивный характер.
