- The book examines the current state and problems of bioheuristics development, biographical and memetic algorithms, the issues of finding optimal solutions by trajectory algorithms and bioheuristics of multicriteria optimization. Ant and swarm bioheuristics, their features and modifications are presented. Hybrid formic and hypeuruistic swarm segmentation algorithms of complexly structured images are considered as applications. The monograph is interdisciplinary, it is addressed to masters and graduate students studying the theory and practice of creating intelligent information systems and technologies, as well as specialists in the theoretical foundations of computer science, software engineering, system analysis, information management and processing, information systems and processes, bioinformatics.

Unlike the old «phased» approach, Scrum allows you to achieve your goals with less effort and cost in a shorter time and the final product is of high quality. The students set a goal to master the topic being studied with definite results and start moving towards it, breaking the path into sprints.

- Abstract:
- The author of given article deals with some issues on the professionally-oriented English vocabulary teaching to university students of non-foreign language faculties. The skill development of applying mnemonics by students is suggested as an intensive means of learning lexical units by students at the English language classes aimed at considerable expansion of their vocabulary at less time and efforts consumed. Phonetic associations, thematic cards and the "Snowball" can be the main means of implementing mnemotechnics in English classes for students of non-language faculties at the university. The results noted by the researcher indicate the feasibility of using mnemonics when working on vocabulary.

The use of modular technology in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++

- The article shows the problems of developing educational programs and curricula in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FES of HE 3++). Federal Law №273 «On Education in the Russian Federation» states that the introduction of basic educational programs implies the use of structures for the design of educational activities, based on the principle of a modular understanding of the basic educational program. and curriculum design. The article proposed one of the options for the formation of such modules in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++. With this approach to educational programs formation in various areas of training students of higher education institutions, problems can be solved in the development of basic educational programs of previous FES of HE++, the labor costs of the teaching staff in developing various educational and methodical documentation can be optimized, the requirements of employers for the effectiveness of training future professionals can be taken into account.

Problems of teaching Russian in schools for blind and visually impaired children

- The article deals with the state of both the general and the special methods of the Russian (native) language. From the standpoint of current requirements, the state of the methodology of teaching Russian language in typhoid pedagogy is analyzed, in particular, the work of such typhoid pedagogues as M.I. Zemtsovoy, V.A. Mylnikova, N.S. Kostyuchek, I.L. Morgaylik, as well as I.P. Chigrinova. The work identifies the range of problems to be solved. As an answer to one of such questions, a route for linguistic competence formation in blind adolescents in the process of learning Russian is proposed, aimed at the development of functional literacy and the implementation of correctional and developmental activities.
