The study of underwater sports broadens the readers' horizons and enriches their understanding of the possibilities of active recreation and maintaining health through unique ways of interacting with nature. The article examines the history of the emergence and development of underwater sports, describes the main directions and their features, and introduces the reader to the necessary technical equipment used in the sport. The authors pay special attention to safety issues and environmental ethics in underwater sports.

В данной статье авторы обращают внимание читателя на спортивный снаряд «Йок» (супер-йок или коромысло), как на одно из основных зрелищных стронгменовских упражнений в виде спорта «Силовой экстрим». Также авторы рассматривают историю появления «Йока», от «Переноски холодильника» до современного состояния и о том, как идея из простого упражнения на переноску эволюционировала, пока не стала одной из визитных карточек силового экстрима.

The article examines the history of the emergence and development of extreme Strength, describes the main exercises used in this sport, the authors introduce the reader to the necessary technical means and equipment used in sports. The authors pay special attention to safety issues during training and performance at competitions, in order to comply with personal safety measures and prevent injury.

In the article, the authors consider the types of punishment for doping in sports in the Russian Federation, from the point of view of criminal law. Particular attention is paid to the difference between a simple violation of sports rules and a real crime, and who exactly is being held accountable (coaches and doctors, not athletes). The authors analyzed judicial practice for the years 2022-2024: special attention was paid to the fact that there are very few real sentences, and punishments are most often mild (fines or suspended sentences).
