  • Organization of methodical work in pre-school educational institution at the current stage of education development

    Abstract:
    In present article the main requirements to the organization of methodical work in the pre-school educational institution are considered. The author identified the problems associated with professionalism and interest of teachers in the work, as well as possible ways of solving these issues by introducing non-traditional methods and forms of interaction with the team. The work contains examples of the most modern ones of them: dispute, business game and team building. The article also examines the main criteria for assessing the effectiveness of methodical work in pre-school educational institution.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to understanding the role of digital resources in the modern educational space. It is shown that the development of education is inherently associated with the introduction of computer technologies in the educational process that expand the boundaries of cognitive activity of students. However, despite the presence of positive aspects, there are a number of problems related to the use of technical means, and requiring their solution. The main attention in the work is accentuated by the fact that the development of science in the field of high technologies has a huge influence on the development of education. In this regard, views are expressed on the search for new approaches to teaching in the modern digital society.

    Abstract:
    An emergence of abstract mathematics and philosophy in the VI–IV centuries BC is considered in this article as the third information revolution (IR) associated with the transition of human practice to a higher level of complexity. The author traces in detail the history of philosophy and mathematics as educational disciplines. The problem of renewal of the curricula on philosophy for non-philosophical faculties is clearly posed in the work. The article also proposes a scheme of programs on the course of the philosophy of mathematics.

  • On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

    Abstract:
    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

    Abstract:
    In present article valuable components of social potential are considered. The authors note that special attention should be paid to the study of the educational potential of modern youth as a resource and reserve, which determines the future state of society. In work on the basis of the authors researches the comparative analysis of basic vital values, educational potential of three groups of the youth of the Volga region – studying, working, jobless is carried out. As a result, the conclusion is presented, which consists in the allocation of groups of young people who have a great educational potential (entrepreneurs and students).

    In this monograph the issue of the education system modernization is being considered. Special attention should be paid to legal education, which is suppoused to be responsible for the formation of legal consciousness of future lawyers, which determines, first of all, the level of any legal system development. The process of the legal awareness formation in students in a university is quite complex and time-consuming process. Competence approach, firmly established in modern education, allows to form professional skills of bachelor's degrees in jurisprudence, thereby forming the legal consciousness and legal culture of the future specialist.

Employers ' requests for training of specialists due to the ever-increasing demands of the market. In modern conditions the labour market permanently updates its requirements to the quality of graduates of educational institutions. The challenges posed by employer to educational institutions, lies in the fact that the future specialist must be suitable not only on educational performance but also on psychological, individual, management and most importantly on professional qualities, are widely demanded at the present stage.

    The work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the concept of primary military-environmental adaptation of military students. A brief description of the main directions of scientific analysis of the problem in the works of some domestic and foreign military teachers. The aim is to give a comparative description of the key approaches formed within the domestic and foreign socio-pedagogical schools. The most characteristic and typical problem sides of development of a complex of social and humanitarian disciplines by cadets in the system of higher military engineering education, including foreign military personnel, trained in military universities, are formulated. An attempt is made to outline the main problems and outlines of further research in this direction.

    The article is devoted to the understanding of M. K. Mamardashvili's views on the problem of teaching philosophy in higher educational institutions, the analysis of the role of philosophy in modern society and in the education system. It is shown that, despite the presence of philosophy as an obligatory discipline of the basic part of the curriculum, it is possible to state the absence of an integral image of its teaching. The main attention is focused on changing the status of philosophy in the educational process.

    In this work the question of educational and methodical ensuring discipline «Choral solfeggio» in the Higher educational institution in the direction of preparation «Conducting» is brought up. Various methodical approaches in a number of not numerous grants addressed to choral conductors, in particular the last years, based on use of constructive and «live» material in teaching this discipline, and the works devoted to the main forms are analyzed: intoning, acoustical analysis, dictation. The purpose and problems of a course as link between basic discipline of solfeggio and practical skills of a choral class reveal, and also two positions in teaching «Choral solfeggio» are presented.
