    Abstract:
    Abstract. This article examines the need to align the content of professional training for a future children’s choir director with the specific features of professional activity in the field of supplementary education. Based on an analysis of the Professional Standard “Teacher of Supplementary Education for Children and Adults”, as well as relevant pedagogical and methodological literature, the labor functions required for the future teacher’s professional activity are identified. The relationship between these labor functions, the principal professional tasks of a children’s choir director, and the content of future specialists’ training is established.

    This work provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of institutionalization of a specialist's personal brand in the field of choreographic art as a strategic resource that determines the trajectory of professional development in the modern cultural economy. The author explores the transformation of this phenomenon from a peripheral element of self-presentation to a system-forming imperative, which is driven by a combination of factors: the high density of the cultural services market, which requires the differentiation of actors through the construction of unique identities; the fundamental shift in audience expectations towards building an emotional and meaningful connection with the creator; and the expansion of digital communication channels, which democratize access to audiences and impose new requirements on the authenticity of content. The central thesis of the study is the formation of a qualitatively new model of professional subjectivity that emerges at the intersection of artistic creativity and symbolic economics. Within this model, artistic value ceases to exist in isolation from its market and media dimensions, seamlessly integrating into the brand structure and becoming the core of a convertible intangible asset. The study explores the mechanisms by which reputation capital is transformed into tangible economic and social benefits, including investment attraction, contractual agreements, and the creation of loyal audiences. Thus, the text substantiates the dual navigation of a modern professional in the field of choreographic art, who is forced to synthesize artistic meanings and aesthetic innovations with the skills of effective self-representation in order to achieve sustainable success.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается правовой статус руководителя бюджетной организации и его роль арбитра, обеспечивающего соблюдение трудовых норм перед всеми заинтересованными лицами. Перечислены нормативные основы обязанностей руководителя и виды ответственности. Особое внимание уделено императивным требованиям статей 57, 72, 74, 113, 122, 136, 163, 261 Трудового кодекса РФ, регулирующим содержание и изменение трудового договора, изменение организационных условий труда, привлечение к работе в нерабочие дни, предоставление отпусков и выплату заработной платы. Рассматриваются уголовная и административная ответственность за правовой нигилизм руководителей. Научная новизна заключается в обосновании концептуальной связи между уровнем правовой дисциплины руководителя бюджетной организации и формированием социального доверия граждан к институтам государственной власти. Доказывается, что правовой нигилизм в государственном секторе ведёт к дестабилизации легитимности власти. Исследование базируется на судебной практике 2025–2026 годов.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам изучения дисциплины «Юридическая риторика» в вузах правового профиля. Рассматриваются методы преподавания с использованием проблемного метода на примере ролевой игры «Судебный процесс», а также формирование правовой культуры средствами юридической лексики и терминологии. Цель – показать взаимосвязь юридической риторики с культурой речи и правовой культурой студентов. Методологию составили теоретические (анализ, синтез, моделирование) и эмпирические методы, проблемный метод, системно-деятельностный подход. Научная новизна заключается в междисциплинарном подходе и анализе взаимосвязи юридической риторики, культуры речи и правовой культуры. Особое внимание уделено активности студентов и формированию их правовой культуры. Роль юридической риторики заключается в расширении представлений о чёткости и однозначности юридических терминов, формировании правового мышления и качественного образования будущего юриста. Результаты могут быть применены в учебном процессе при изучении дисциплин «Юридическая риторика» и «Культура речи юриста».

    Статья посвящена цифровой трансформации процесса взаимодействия с государством физических лиц, занимающихся предпринимательской деятельностью. Автор исследует правовую природу автоматизации регистрационных действий и переход на электронный документооборот между предпринимателями и государством. Особое внимание уделяется перспективам создания единой цифровой среды. На основе анализа действующего законодательства, включая Федеральный закон «О государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей», Федеральный закон «О проведении эксперимента по установлению специального налогового режима «Налог на профессиональный доход», выявлены ключевые аспекты цифровизации предпринимательской деятельности. Статья содержит анализ современного подхода к государственной регистрации и перспективы совершенствования нормативного регулирования легитимации предпринимательской деятельности в контексте развития единой цифровой среды. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке законодательных инициатив и в правоприменительной практике.

    Abstract:
    В статье проводится комплексный социально-правовой анализ режима «Налог на профессиональный доход» (НПД) в Российской Федерации по состоянию на 2026 год. Исследуется трансформация экспериментального налогового режима в фундаментальный элемент национального рынка труда, охватывающий более 15,2 млн граждан. Основное внимание уделяется междисциплинарным проблемам на стыке трудового и предпринимательского права. Рассматриваются риски «прекаризации» занятости – формирования слоя населения без стабильных социальных гарантий, оплачиваемых отпусков и больничных. Анализируются системные барьеры в банковском секторе (115-ФЗ) и сложности судебной защиты интересов самозанятых. Особое место занимает вопрос «ловушки бедности», создаваемой статичным лимитом дохода в 2,4 млн рублей, который в условиях инфляции стал препятствием для легального масштабирования микробизнеса. Обоснована необходимость институционализации статуса самозанятого, внедрения механизмов обязательного гибкого социального страхования и профессионализации судебных споров.

    Abstract:
    Правовая культура охватывает как внутренние механизмы восприятия права (правосознание), так и реальные поведенческие практики, является фундаментом гражданского общества и правового государства. Правосознание является психологической основой правовой культуры, через которую индивид оценивает справедливость и обязательность норм. Высокий уровень правосознания необходим для развития гражданского общества и правового государства. В отличие от формализма европейского подхода, российское правосознание базируется на категориях справедливости, совести, доброты и искренности. Выявлено, что для российского гражданина определяющей правосознания является категория справедливости, основанная на традиционных нравственных ценностях. Особое значение придается профессиональной правовой культуре юристов, которая должна интегрировать теоретические знания с морально-этическими нормами, эмпатией и критическим мышлением. Эффективность деятельности правоохранительных органов и судов, а также соблюдение профессиональной этики напрямую влияют на уровень доверия граждан к праву и преодоление правового нигилизма. В качестве мер по совершенствованию профессиональной культуры юристов предлагается не только непрерывное обучение и переподготовка, но и внедрение системного психологического сопровождения, расширения программы обязательной диспансеризации на адвокатов, нотариусов и частнопрактикующих юристов с включением оценки когнитивных способностей для предотвращения профессиональной деформации.

    The current stage of society's development is characterized by the rapid digital transformation of all spheres of government activity, which fully applies to the law enforcement system. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have become an integral attribute of both armed conflicts and the daily operational and official activities of law enforcement agencies. The emergence of new threats related to the illegal use of drones, on the one hand, and the expansion of the functionality of their legal use to solve law enforcement problems, on the other, necessitated a fundamental revision of approaches to training personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Of particular importance is the issue of including competencies in the field of operation of unmanned systems in the system of professional service and physical training, which requires both theoretical understanding and practical implementation at the level of departmental regulatory regulation.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования критического восприятия информации в условиях цифровой трансформации мирового сообщества и роста манипулятивных стратегий в глобальном медиапространстве. Авторы обосновывают актуальность обучения критическому чтению англоязычных текстов как важнейшего фактора информационной безопасности личности и профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется анализу лингвистических механизмов воздействия (кликбейт, эмоционально окрашенная лексика, апелляция к авторитету, навешивание ярлыков) и их влиянию на восприятие информации в условиях языкового барьера. В статье доказывается, что формирование навыков критического чтения на иностранном языке является эффективным инструментом противодействия дезинформации и укрепления социальной устойчивости в эпоху глобальных информационных вызовов.

    The chapter presents an innovative experience of modeling the process of professional training of students through the introduction of reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks. The key element of the model is reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks, where the visual clarity of pictographs helps the student not to keep a difficult situation in mind, but to constantly perceive it figuratively. The potential of this approach for enhancing reflection, visual representation of pedagogical situations and integration of theoretical knowledge into professional skills is substantiated. The chapter analyzes the features of the development and application of visual task models, their role in the transformation of educational and professional activities into quasi-professional ones.

    The chapter addresses the formation of foreign language professional competence among engineering students in a non-linguistic university. Based on the analysis of current research, the structure of the competence is specified for technical profiles, including linguistic, professional-discursive, sociocultural and strategic components. The authors propose an educational technology grounded in the principles of professional orientation, integrativity and reflexivity, comprising diagnostic-motivational, formative, productive-communicative and reflexive-evaluative stages. The experience of implementing the technology with first-year students at a technical university is described, demonstrating increased motivation and the development of basic prerequisites for professional foreign language communication. The chapter is intended for foreign language teachers, researchers in language pedagogy, as well as master's and doctoral students in education.

    The chapter examines the historical, cultural, and architectural significance of the Roman Pantheon as one of the best-preserved monuments of antiquity, featuring a unique design (a dome 43.57 m in diameter with an oculus 9 m in diameter), a rich history of transformations (its conversion into a church in 609, the removal of bronze materials by order of Pope Urban VIII for St. Peter's Basilica and for cannons at Castel Sant'Angelo, as well as the installation and removal of Bernini's «donkey ears» in the 19th century), and a mythological and legendary context (the disappearance of Romulus, the origin of the oculus, and the tale of Bayard). Special attention is devoted to the tomb of Raphael Sanzio with its epitaph, the commemorative plaque for the paving of Piazza della Rotonda, and the tradition of scattering rose petals on Pentecost. The material is presented within the context of the professional training of future tourism industry specialists, for whom knowledge of ancient art constitutes a significant component of professional competence, enabling them to successfully address the challenges of designing and conducting excursion programs.

  • Ways to prevent emotional burnout among teachers of technical universities

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of preventing emotional burnout among faculty members of technical universities. The relevance of the study is determined by the high intensity of professional activity of engineering and pedagogical staff, who combine teaching, methodological, research and administrative work under conditions of constant updating of educational standards and technological infrastructure. Based on the analysis of Russian publications over the past decade, the main risk factors are identified: multitasking, bureaucratic load, dissatisfaction with remuneration, and lack of recovery time. The necessity of taking into account the cognitive specificity of technical discipline teachers (predominance of logical loads, orientation towards algorithms, restraint in emotional expression) when developing preventive measures is substantiated. A comprehensive prevention model is proposed, combining individual strategies (self-regulation, time management, physical activity) and organizational solutions (reduction of bureaucratic load, fair distribution of responsibilities, group professional support, state monitoring). Practical recommendations adapted to the working conditions of engineering faculty members are formulated. It is concluded that effective burnout prevention is possible only through a systematic approach that unites the efforts of the teacher, the department, and the university administration.

    In this paper, educational video blogging is considered as a pedagogical technology that requires a specialized set of competencies from the teacher. The typology of educational video blogging is revealed. The key competencies of the teacher are identified, effectively transfer knowledge in video format, structure content taking into account cognitive load and achieve planned educational results. Modern infrastructural constraints are taken into account: a focus on domestic video hosting is proposed to ensure the sustainability of the educational process. The necessity of systematic development of the teacher training infrastructure is shown through a combination of self-education and additional professional education programs.

    Статья посвящена вопросу изучения особенностей поэтапного становления личности будущего педагога-психолога в процессе практической подготовки. Актуальность исследования связана с тем, что практическая подготовка выступает ключевым механизмом перевода теоретических знаний в реальные профессиональные действия, а личностные изменения студентов на разных этапах обучения остаются недостаточно изученными. В ходе эмпирического исследования была выявлена закономерная трансформация социально-психологических установок: у студентов младших курсов доминируют ориентация на процесс и альтруизм, а у старших курсов ориентация на результат и здоровый эгоизм, что подтверждает поэтапный характер профессионального становления.

    В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты реализации компетентностного подхода при обучении математике в системе среднего профессионального образования (СПО). Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью приведения содержания математической подготовки в соответствие с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и запросами современного рынка труда, ориентированного на практико-ориентированных специалистов. На основе анализа научной литературы и педагогического опыта раскрывается сущность понятия «математическая компетенция» и её структура применительно к условиям СПО. Особое внимание уделяется средствам реализации компетентностного подхода, среди которых ключевыми выступают профессионально-ориентированные задачи, компетентностно-ориентированные задания, проектное обучение и цифровые технологии. В статье обосновывается целесообразность интеграции мобильных технологий как системообразующего компонента модели развития математической компетенции. Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований, подтверждающих эффективность предложенных методических решений. Делается вывод о том, что компетентностный подход в преподавании математики способствует не только формированию предметных знаний, но и развитию общих и профессиональных компетенций, обеспечивая подготовку конкурентоспособных выпускников системы СПО.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to improving the training of dairy industry technologists (specialty 19.03.03) in the context of technological development of the industry, with a focus on integrating professional, technological, and socio-pedagogical components. The article uses theoretical, systemic, and competence-based approaches, as well as a comparative analysis of training models. The empirical base is the experience of the Vologda State Agricultural Academy in implementing seamless education (schools, agricultural classes, secondary vocational education, and universities). The effectiveness of the model has been confirmed: the sequence of the 19.02.12 and 19.03.03 СПО and вуза programs has been ensured, and the conditions for seamlessness (continuity, adaptability to the labor market, and integration) have been identified. The model contributes to the formation of a set of competencies for graduates and their adaptation to production.

Методы исследования: анализ психолого-педагогической литературы, опыта профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры в вузе. В достижении цели повышения эффективности процесса формирования дидактической готовности студентов-бакалавров, результативность и успешность данного процесса определяется совокупностью реализуемых в учебном процессе спортивно-педагогических дисциплин организационно-педагогических условий, обеспечивающих подготовку учителей, способных самостоятельно принимать решения, обладающих интеллектуальным и творческим потенциалом.

    В статье анализируется проблематика формирования сущности профессиональной мобильности у студентов вузов средствами цифровых технологий, с учетом возникающих вызовов и угроз процесса цифровизации в образовательной деятельности. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена тем, в настоящее время происходят необратимые процессы глобальной информационно-цифровой трансформации, где цифровые технологии искусственного интеллекта находятся в открытом доступе, и они используются студентами и преподавателями высших учебных заведений в учебной деятельности. Цифровые технологии искусственного интеллекта по своему содержанию представляют собой методику применения взаимосвязанных способов и средств киберкоммуникации, которая предполагает увеличение эффективности взаимодеятельности, но необходимо рассмотрение вызовов и угроз процесса цифровизации в области образования, где изменяется сущность профессиональной мобильности студентов вуза при использовании указанных технологий. В работе анализируется процесс формирования сущности профессиональной мобильности у студентов вуза средствами информационных технологий. Исследование особенностей формирования данной сущности именно у студентов вуза средствами цифровых технологий в научно-педагогическом аспекте обусловлено проблематикой преобладания цифровых технологий для студентов и возникновением деформированных особенностей сущности профессиональной мобильности.
