    Abstract:
    This article explores the life and work of Cecilia Ivanovna Depner, a key figure in the history of private education for girls in the Voronezh province. It examines Depner's biography, the circumstances of the founding and operation of her boarding school (1829–1870), its curriculum, and educational system. It also examines the school's place among other private educational institutions for girls in Voronezh from the 1820s to the 1850s, and analyzes the reasons for its longevity and high reputation. It concludes that Ts.I. Depner's boarding school became a significant phenomenon in the region's system of girls' education, largely compensating for the lack of state-run girls' gymnasiums in the first half of the 19th century and creating an educational environment in demand by several generations of Voronezh families.

    The chapter addresses the pressing issue of popularizing creative activity. It examines the place and role of design promotion for an author’s brand. The object of the study is the project work of a graphic designer. The significance of promoting an author’s clothing brand is substantiated. A logo is developed to enhance the memorability of the brand’s packaging. The goal of the study is to identify the specifics of the collaboration between the project work and the graphic support for the brand. The following tasks are set for the study: to review and analyze existing lines of graphic solutions for brands; to identify the features of the connection between the collection concept and the brand’s logo. As a result of the study, a graphical visualization of various graphic design objects was created to promote the clothing brand.

    The paper investigates the problem of overcoming the gap between the declared continuity of career guidance work and the actual fragmentation of managerial impacts at the level of educational organizations. The necessity of transitioning to a transfunctional model of supporting youth career choices to provide personnel for the engineering and technological sector of the economy is substantiated. The methodological basis comprises the anthropological principle, the age-normative model of development, and the subjective approach, synthesized within the framework of the situational-positional paradigm. Based on the research results, a reproducible pedagogical support technology is designed, relying on a cycle of managerial tasks: from diagnostics and scenario planning to monitoring and correction. The mechanisms for constructing educational situations in the micro-environment of specialized classes and colleges that contribute to the formation of a student's subjective position are revealed. Tools for building a personal vector of professional development and organizing mentoring that integrate institutional resources and the demands of the real sector of the economy are proposed.

    Статья посвящена анализу проблем правового регулирования служебных произведений, создаваемых преподавателями в процессе онлайн-обучения. Актуальность темы обусловлена массовым переходом образовательных организаций на дистанционные форматы, что порождает неопределенность в вопросах принадлежности исключительных прав на видеолекции, презентации, онлайн-курсы и иные цифровые учебные материалы. Цель работы – выявить ключевые коллизии между нормами Гражданского кодекса РФ о служебных произведениях и практикой их применения в образовательной сфере, а также предложить пути совершенствования законодательства. Исследование проведено на основе анализа нормативно-правовых актов, судебной практики и доктринальных источников с применением формально-юридического и системного методов.

В статье представлена сравнительная характеристика российских и открытых зарубежных программ-конструкторов образовательных курсов. Рассмотрены возможности Moodle, Genially, а также отечественные разработки iSpring Suite, Stepik, Course Editor. Особое внимание уделено функциональным инструментам создания интерактивного технического контента, поддержке инженерных дисциплин, совместимости с системами дистанционного обучения и оценке перспектив использования в образовательном процессе аграрного вуза. Обоснована целесообразность применения отечественных решений как альтернативы ушедшим с российского рынка зарубежным продуктам.

    В статье кратко обрисованы важные и нужные качества для профессиональной подготовки молодого певца, которые формируются в процессе грамотного и скрупулезного изучения и исполнения основных прыжковых элементов в разделе аllegro в программе «Классический танец». Иногда молодые педагоги-хореографы, увлечённые партерной гимнастикой современных танцевальных течений, считают, что трудные «pas» классического тренажа не важны в карьере певца оперных и музыкальных театров и ограничиваются условным показом движений у станка, тем самым лишая студентов и полноценного понимания предмета, и полного актёрского образования.

Л.В. Козак сыграла значительную роль в развитии методики преподавания химии воды в ДВГУПС, была инициатором и ответственным исполнителем по переоснащению кафедральных лабораторий. Цель предлагаемой юбилейной статьи – познакомить с опытом педагогической работы Л.В. Козак и ее коллег в области сорбционной очистки воды. Высказаны рекомендации, описаны технические приемы и даны примеры, которые недостаточно освещены в методической литературе по химии воды.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется и исследуется педагогическая компетентность родителей детей дошкольного возраста, но не в традиционном ключе (знания о развитии ребенка), а в аспекте их готовности и способности к самообразованию в неформальной среде дошкольной образовательной организации (ДОО). На основе эмпирического исследования (n = 186 родителей, 2024–2025 гг.) выявлено, что ключевым барьером является не когнитивный дефицит, а андрагогическая некомпетентность – неумение учиться во взрослом возрасте. Как продемонстрировали результаты исследований, современные родители сталкиваются с трудностями в формулировке запроса, критической оценке информации, переносе знаний в практику и рефлексии результата. Доказано, что традиционные лекционные формы повышают только декларативный уровень, тогда как рост реальной компетентности обеспечивается тьюторским сопровождением образовательного выбора родителя. При исследовании барьеров родителей в сфере неформального образования была использована авторская методика (анкетирование). Результаты эмпирического исследования позволили определить барьеры, препятствующие развитию родительской компетентности в области неформального образования информационный и мотивационный.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности организации спортивной игры «футбол» с детьми старшего дошкольного возраста с задержкой психического развития (ЗПР). Раскрывается воспитательно-образовательное и коррекционное значение подвижных игр, обосновывается целесообразность использования футбола как средства развития физических качеств (ловкости, быстроты, координации движений) и социально-коммуникативных навыков (взаимопомощи, коллективизма, эмпатии). Представлена методика поэтапного обучения элементам футбольной техники с учётом принципов доступности и индивидуального подхода. Особое внимание уделено диагностике координационных способностей и моторной сферы детей с ЗПР: описаны тестовые задания по методике М.А. Руновой («Челночный бег», «Статическое равновесие», «Удар по мячу в ворота»), приведены результаты обследования группы воспитанников, демонстрирующие преобладание среднего и низкого уровней сформированности координационных навыков. На основании полученных данных обоснована необходимость разработки и апробации специализированного плана по формированию первичных футбольных умений у детей с ЗПР.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the psychophysiological mechanisms of developing speed endurance in academic rowers of the 2nd sports rank at a distance of 1000 meters on a Concept2 ergometer. The results of a 6-week pedagogical experiment with the participation of 30 athletes are presented. The effectiveness of integrating ideomotor training (IMT) and stress resistance methods into the traditional training process is substantiated. A training plan (4 workouts per week) aimed at optimizing motor programs and overcoming "central fatigue" has been developed and tested. It is proven that targeted psychological training contributes to a more effective realization of speed potential under conditions of severe lactate stress.

В работе рассматриваются ключевые принципы дифференцированного и личностно-ориентированного подходов. Предложены конкретные практические приемы, направленные на оптимизацию образовательного процесса. Особое внимание уделено технологии взаимного обучения и внедрению системы разноуровневых заданий к единому текстовому контенту. Сделан вывод о том, что дифференцированный подход позволяет превратить гетерогенность группы в эффективный лингводидактический ресурс.

    The chapter examines the Unified Tax Account (UTA) as a factor in the structural restructuring of an organization's settlement process with the budget and as an example of regulation-driven business process reengineering. The transition from individual tax payments to a single balance and a legislatively established procedure for distributing funds affects tax and accounting, treasury planning, information exchange, and reconciliation procedures. The new architecture limits an organization's allocational autonomy in conditions of insufficient liquidity. The concept of reengineering reconciliation debt is proposed as an adaptation gap between an organization's internal data and the UTA balance, requiring resources to identify and resolve discrepancies. The UTA is considered as a mandatory level of the Federal Tax Service's digital ecosystem, with tax monitoring representing a deeper level of digital integration. The conclusion is drawn that regulatory reengineering is iterative in nature, in which changes to the external architecture of tax administration necessitate subsequent adaptation of an organization's internal business processes and information systems.

  • The labor market as the foundation of the new economic ecosystem of the Russian Federation: an empirical assessment of the transformation cycle

    The study, covering the period from 2010 to 2025, analyzes the transformation of the Russian labor market in the context of four fundamental shifts (recovery from the global crisis, sanctions adaptation, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transition to technological sovereignty). Using a comprehensive econometric toolkit (testing time series for stationarity, correlation and cointegration analysis, principal component analysis, and autoregressive models), the study establishes that the labor market has ceased to serve as a passive shock absorber during crises and has become a core load-bearing element of the new economic ecosystem. Systemic contradictions are identified: an anomalous relationship between key rate increases and nominal wage growth, rising structural unemployment due to a mismatch between worker qualifications and employer demands, an acute shortage of engineers, and job creation predominantly in traditional heavy industry, which runs counter to environmental objectives. Principal component analysis reveals that 70% of the system's variability is captured by a single latent factor (employment, wages, and the key rate); a pro-cyclical pattern of monetary policy is identified. A significant negative correlation is found between environmental pressure and unemployment. An autoregressive model incorporating the macroeconomic overheating index, environmental factors, and innovation is identified as optimal. The key driver of qualitative growth is the rate of human capital renewal rather than its absolute volume. Institutional conditions for the transition to intensive labor resource management are formulated.

    The chapter examines the systemic imbalances of Russia's national innovation system (NIS) in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty. Based on an analysis of time series data for 2000–2024 using cointegration analysis and vector autoregressions, it is established that the NIS operates asymmetrically: there is no statistically significant impact of the created infrastructure on the generation of intellectual property, nor is there feedback – patents do not stimulate the immediate creation of new institutions. The only sustainable driver of inventive activity is high-level human capital – researchers with advanced degrees. Expanding staff numbers is the main trigger for the bureaucratic growth in the number of legal entities in the R&D sector. The scientific novelty lies in the econometric substantiation of the concept of “institutional lag,” demonstrating the absence of cointegration between scientific outputs and infrastructure; quantitatively differentiating the determinant factors of the two NIS circuits (elite quality vs. physical labor volume); and showing the ineffectiveness of relative budget indicators for forecasting micro-shocks in the innovation process. The conclusion is drawn that a paradigm shift in governance is necessary: a transition from directive construction of research institutes to targeted support for degree-holding research teams and the creation of flexible legal mechanisms.

    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    В статье рассматривается проблема диагностики риска потери ликвидности у субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) в контексте обеспечения их экономической безопасности. Обосновано, что традиционные коэффициентные методы оценки ликвидности, разработанные для крупных компаний, не учитывают отраслевые и масштабные особенности МСП, а также не интегрированы с системой индикаторов экономической безопасности. Для преодоления указанных ограничений предложен авторский набор из пяти диагностических показателей (коэффициенты текущей и срочной ликвидности, доля просроченной дебиторской задолженности, длительность финансового цикла, обеспеченность собственными оборотными средствами), скорректированы их пороговые значения. Разработан алгоритм расчёта интегрального индекса риска ликвидности, позволяющий классифицировать предприятия по четырём уровням угрозы (от низкого до критического). Методика доступна для применения на основе стандартной бухгалтерской отчётности и не требует привлечения сторонних экспертов, что делает её эффективным инструментом регулярного мониторинга для МСП.

    Abstract. The article is devoted to an empirical study of the creative potential of young managers as a key resource for effective management under conditions of environmental uncertainty. Based on a sample of 100 managers aged 23–35 (61 women, 39 men), a comprehensive diagnosis of verbal, figural, and managerial creativity was conducted using the Remote Associates Test (RAT) developed by S. Mednick, as adapted by A.N. Voronin, the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking, and an author-developed questionnaire, "Creative Potential of a Manager." It was established that the integral index of creative potential among female managers statistically significantly exceeds that of male managers across all three diagnostic instruments, with the largest differences recorded in the verbal creativity component. It is shown that age, within the 23-35 range, has no substantial effect on the level of creative potential, which confirms the priority role of personal and professional determinants of manageri

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена обоснованию маркетинговых инструментов продвижения малых городов и сельских территорий как самостоятельных туристских направлений. Раскрываются принципы территориального позиционирования, сегментации аудитории, цифровой коммуникации и формирования партнёрских сетей. Предлагается матрица инструментов, связывающая каналы продвижения с содержанием туристского предложения и ожидаемыми эффектами. Сделан вывод о необходимости перехода от эпизодической рекламы к системному маркетингу места, основанному на локальной идентичности и качестве гостевого опыта.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются методические подходы к оценке финансовой устойчивости строительных компаний как ключевого индикатора их экономической безопасности. Обоснована необходимость учёта отраслевой специфики (длительность производственного цикла, высокая капиталоёмкость, зависимость от внешнего финансирования, сезонность, особенности расчётов с заказчиками и субподрядчиками) при разработке оценочного инструментария. Систематизированы существующие методические подходы, включая традиционный коэффициентный анализ, индикативный подход, балльно-рейтинговые методы, модели на основе теории нечётких множеств и интегральные модели оценки. Предложена авторская классификация методических подходов с выделением их преимуществ и ограничений применительно к строительной отрасли. Сделан вывод о целесообразности комплексного применения различных методических подходов для получения достоверной оценки финансовой устойчивости как индикатора экономической безопасности строительной компании.
