- Abstract:
- This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources. Systems, activity-based, and resource-based approaches were employed to synthesize theoretical data into a unified structural and functional model. Particular attention is given to the method of theoretical synthesis for classifying family resources: material, human, social, temporal, information-digital, and

- The article theoretically substantiates and describes a model of pedagogical consulting for parents aimed at forming patriotic values and a sense of statehood in children aged 5–7 years through the integration of resources from municipal cultural institutions. The model is constructed as a continuous educational line from the reflection of a child’s cultural experience (the «Cultural Diary of a Preschooler») to family value-based search (parental workbook and modular consulting program). The methodological basis includes cultural-historical, activity-based and systematic approaches. The empirical base consists of the results of the regional innovative project implemented in 2021–2023 at MBDOU №. 8 in Leningradskaya stanitsa, and 2023 monitoring (parent questionnaires, analysis of performance results, observation). - Abstract:
- The article examines approaches to organizing support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at the municipal level and analyzes the practical implementation of support measures using the city of Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) as a case study, updated for 2025–2026. The methodological basis of the research includes an analysis of municipal regulatory legal acts and program documents, as well as an examination of mechanisms for providing financial and property support and the operation of the “My Business” support infrastructure. The study shows that municipal support in Salekhard in 2025–2026 is built on a combination of program-based management (municipal programs for 2022–2026), administrative regulations for granting subsidies (including to social enterprises), property support mechanisms (lists of municipal property for preferential access), and the use of regional support infrastructure with digital application channels. Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:

- Work direction:
- Глава 2
- Abstract:
- The authors underline that issues of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are gaining particular importance in Russian society. Large companies actively support education, healthcare, charity, occupational safety, and reduction of environmental damage, which strengthens their brand, partnerships, and talent pool. Despite external economic and geopolitical challenges, the implementation of social projects faces limitations in funding and weak government support. The purpose of the study is to analyze the evolution of corporate social responsibility in Russia. Methods of analyzing theoretical sources, statistics, and comparative analysis of indicators over several years were applied. Key problems were identified: a decrease in the share of social spending in the revenue of large companies, and a decline in the indices "Responsibility and Openness" and "Vector of Sustainable Development" in the electric power, transport, logistics, and telecommunications sectors. To advance CSR, it is proposed to develop a national standard for non-financial reporting, strengthen government support, and foster intersectoral collaboration on global environmental and social challenges.

A society made visible: on the cultural sociology of Pierre Bourdieu
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 16
- Abstract:
- This chapter reviews and discusses the cultural sociology of Pierre Bourdieu, one of the most eminent French sociologists. The author underlines that originally a structuralist anthropologist, Bourdieu developed a critical sociology of cultural forms. His methodological perspective is simultaneously anti-functionalist, anti-empirical, and anti-subjectivist. The cultural forms of everyday life practices cannot be reduced to the needs of the individual, nor to the functional imperatives of the collective. They take the form of irreducible symbolic expressions whose meaning is not directly apparent to subjects. However, subjects are not determined by collective institutions in their practices. The central concept, habitus, aims to bring together subjective and culturally determined collective elements in these practices. The essential problematic of Bourdieu's sociology is to show how cultural forms are expressions of the structure of domination in society. The aim of this chapter is to define both Bourdieu's methodology and his interpretation of cultural forms in the French intellectual scene, as well as in the context of the sociology of culture in general.

- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The formation of social readiness for school at the present stage is becoming one of the central tasks of preschool pedagogy and psychology. This issue is of particular importance in relation to children with sensory impairments. The purpose of the study is to identify the conditions for the formation of social readiness for school in children with sensory impairments. Objectives: to identify the features of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and hearing impairments in comparison with their normatively developing peers; to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and auditory impairments, to assess the degree of their effectiveness. The hypothesis of the study: the process of forming social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and auditory impairments will be effective if the following psychological and pedagogical conditions are met: reliance on joint play and creative activities that enhance the child's subjective position and the formation of skills of cooperation with peers; the inclusion in the content of the work of a set of measures that ensure the formation of a positive attitude towards school, the child's acceptance of the positions of “teacher” and “student”. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific materials on the research problem, formative experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained, methods of their interpretation. Research results: children with sensory impairments are characterized by a low level of social readiness for school. The introduction of a specially developed system of formative influences that implements the conditions outlined in the research hypothesis contributes to the effectiveness of the formation of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with sensory impairments (vision and hearing). At the same time, there is an increase in the indicators of communication and cooperation skills among children with disabilities with their peers, a transition to more complex forms of communication between the child and adults, and a sufficient level of formation of contextual communication with them.

- The chapter discusses the concept of a systematic analysis of social development, which acts as a unifying platform for various methodological approaches. The civilizational and formational development takes place within the framework of the historically formed geopolitical space. Culture is the spiritual basis, and geopolitics is the territorial and spatial foundation that forms ethnic groups and feeds them with its landscape energy. The cultural and historical traditions of any nation are complemented by ethnic history, traditions, and corresponding civilizational patterns of behavior. As a result, a real dynamics of the civilizational process is being formed, based on the ethnic, formational, civilizational and geopolitical dynamics of social development.

Issues of education and psychology- Author:

- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated. On this basis, a multi-level model for limiting the blocks of the identity crisis is developed, including the development of metacognitive skills ("digital surveillance"), the practice of conscious consumption of content, methods of narrative implement.

- Abstract:
- The article compares the conditions for the formation of social causality in older preschool children in two fundamentally different environments: family and boarding school. Social causality is considered as a key cognitive ability that allows children to analyze cause-and-effect relationships in interpersonal relationships, predict the behavior of others, and adapt to society. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data, the article reveals the deprivation mechanisms that hinder the successful development of this phenomenon in institutional settings. The article substantiates the thesis that a family environment rich in emotional connections and stable interactions creates unique prerequisites for the development of a child's social intelligence that cannot be replicated in an orphanage.

- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- At the end of the 9th grade, in most regions of the Russian Federation, students must pass four exams: two mandatory (Russian language and Mathematics) and two optional, one of which is often the Main State Exam in Social Studies; however, approximately 7% of students fail to pass it each year. This article explores preparation in mini-groups for this exam, aiming to analyze the possibilities and results of using such a group format. The research aims are: 1) to analyze the theoretical aspects of preparing students for the Main State Exam in Social Studies; 2) to describe, structure, and evaluate the author's model for organizing preparation in the format of micro-groups. To achieve these aims, the author analyzed scientific and methodological materials and summarized the results of his own teaching activities, including systematic testing of methods. The testing of this proposed system has demonstrated its didactic effectiveness, as it combines remote and in-person learning, personalized work in small groups, an interactive approach involving subject-subject interaction, and multi-level monitoring. This strategy not only promotes the systematic mastery of subject content but also focuses on developing students' meta-subject competencies and psychological readiness for the final examination process.

Festivals as a Practice of Representing the Ethnic Culture of Tuvans
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 7 No 4- Author:
- Choduraa K. Irgit
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the study of festivals as a form of ethnic activism in the context of modern digital reality. They are considered as one of the varieties of social practices that contribute to the representation of the traditional culture of Tuvans. The work is based on materials collected by the author during visits to festivals in the Republic of Tuva, monitoring the activities of the participants — Tuvan craftsmen as active actors in ethnosocial processes to revive the traditional culture of Tuvans and subjects of ethnic entrepreneurship. Internet resources as platforms for expressing ethnic identity of Tuvans have also been studied, and scientific literature has been analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that in the context of a changing socio-cultural paradigm, Tuvans as carriers of ethnic culture are changing the ways of transmitting and broadcasting their identity and cultural heritage. Observations show that the number of organized festivals is increasing every year. They differ in their focus on actualizing one or another lost aspect of traditional culture. Some of them acquire interregional or international status with the expansion of the geography of participants. During these festivals, ethnicity is reproduced through its playing on “stages”, as well as manifested at competitions and symposiums during the festivals. They represent elements, images, symbols, forms, and knowledge about Tuvan tradition. In the context of changing socio-cultural space, Tuvans are mastering new, mass ways of communication, expanding horizons and ways of forming and broadcasting their ethnic identity.
