    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    Abstract:
    В работе рассматриваются актуальные проблемы правового регулирования договора коммерческой концессии в российском законодательстве. Исследуется противоречие между действующими положениями главы 54 Гражданского кодекса РФ и современными экономическими реалиями, связанными с цифровизацией бизнеса и развитием франчайзинговых сетей. Проведён анализ основных трудностей применения норм о концессии: неопределённость состава исключительных прав, избыточная формализация процедуры регистрации, сложности разграничения с лицензионными договорами, пробелы в регулировании последствий расторжения и налогообложения концессионных платежей. Сделан акцент на необходимости модернизации правового регулирования с учётом международного опыта и внедрения гибких механизмов защиты интересов участников франчайзинговых отношений. Представлены авторские предложения по корректировке законодательства в целях повышения устойчивости и прозрачности концессионных сделок.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     В статье представлена авторская концепция интегральной трансформации в адаптивной физической культуре, ориентированная на системное преобразование образовательной среды. Разработана и апробирована трехуровневая модель интеграции, сочетающая кинезиологический, социокультурный и личностно-ориентированный компоненты. Эмпирически доказана эффективность технологии «адаптивного ротационного модуля», позволяющей гибко корректировать содержание занятий в реальном времени. Результаты показывают статистически значимое улучшение интегральных показателей физического здоровья (на 34%), социальной включенности (на 41%) и академической успеваемости (на 18%) у обучающихся с ОВЗ.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using gamification methods in the correctional and developmental education of primary school students with intellectual disabilities. In the context of implementing the principles of inclusive education, pedagogical technologies that can compensate for cognitive deficits and activate cognitive activity become particularly relevant. Based on the analysis of the works of L. S. Vygotsky, D. B. Elkonin, J. Piaget, and A. R. Luria, as well as modern empirical studies (N. A. Kotelevtseva, N. L. Karavaeva, and others), the article examines the mechanisms of the influence of game elements, such as point systems, level complexity, and immediate feedback, on the development of attention, memory, self-regulation, and social skills in this category of students. The article emphasizes the need for a thorough adaptation of gamified methods to the specific psychophysical characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the fundamental role of the apparatus of discrete mathematics, in particular set theory and mathematical logic, in the design and development of intelligent educational environments (IEDs). The key tasks of IEDs are analyzed, such as knowledge formalization, adaptive planning of learning trajectories, gap diagnosis and generation of personalized tasks, the solution of which is based on operations on sets, Boolean algebra, logical rules and predicate calculus. It is proved that the use of these formal methods makes it possible to move from intuitive design of educational content to a precise, algorithmically controlled process, which is a critical factor in improving the quality and accessibility of education. The work highlights promising areas of integration of these disciplines into modern EdTech solutions.

    В статье рассматривается проблема потенциала совместной игровой деятельности как способа восполнения личностных ресурсов родителей подростков. На основе эмпирического исследования с использованием методик «Самочувствие, активность, настроение» В.А. Доскина, «Социальный интеллект» Дж. Гилфорда и методики «Социальный интеллект Холла» Г.В. Резапкиной доказывается, что комплексное влияние игрового взаимодействия в диаде «родитель-ребенок» способствует значимому прогрессу в таких компонентах социального интеллекта, как самосознание, эмпатия, коммуникабельность, а также в способности прогнозировать и классифицировать поведение. В свою очередь, результаты подтверждают значимое улучшение психоэмоционального состояния родителей, что способствует восстановлению их психологических ресурсов. Таким образом, настольная игра создает уникальную среду для рефлексии и приобретения нового социального опыта, выступая эффективным ресурсом личностного роста взрослых.
