    Abstract:
    Авторы исследуют понятия «лингвистическая компетенция» и «языковая компетенция», указывая на некоторые особенности их трактовки в лингвистике. Описываются возможности по формированию языковой компетенции, имеющиеся в арсенале учителя при изучении имени существительного. В статье в качестве наиболее эффективного средства для этого рассматривается проблемное обучение с элементами моделирования и с опорой на личный опыт учащихся. Особая роль в формировании языковой компетенции принадлежит речевым играм разной степени сложности. А в связи с тем, что имена существительные являются самой многочисленной группой среди других категорий, грамотное употребление в речи различных их форм позволяет учащимся уверенно чувствовать себя в разнообразных речевых ситуациях.

The author analyses the following causes of the inconsistency of the results of current and final control: forgetting of a certain part of the material studied at the beginning of the module, the specificity of the final control, lack of motivation among the students.

Author gives his own point of view on the creation of conditions for preservation and development of Russian people’s native languages.     Латинский язык, хоть и является мертвым языком, не используется в современном мире в разговорной речи ни в одной стране, является важным и необходимым в изучении медицины в высшем учебном заведении. Значение анатомических терминов сложно переоценить в медицинской профессии. Студенты начинают изучение латинского языка уже с первого курса обучения в медицинском университете, изучая его одновременно на профильной кафедре и на кафедре нормальной анатомии человека. В нашей работе мы рассмотрели становление международной анатомической номенклатуры от ее истоков до настоящего времени.

    This article highlights the main principles that should be the basis of learning the Chuvash language in educational institutions with a multinational composition of students in accordance with Federal state educational standards. Special attention is paid to the linguocultural principle of teaching the Chuvash language. Under linguistic and cultural learning refers to the students master the basics of the national culture, the ability to analyze texts containing linguistic and cultural material, the absorption value of vocabulary. The author comes to the conclusion that language teaching is unthinkable without familiarizing students with the history and culture of the Chuvash people.

    В статье рассмотрены основные принципы и направления деятельности Коммунистической партии большевиков по реализации национальной политики в регионах страны, показаны успехи и неудачи в осуществлении коммунистической идеологии. Автором статьи указано, что руководство государства понимало, что успеха в строительстве нового мира можно достичь только благодаря подъему культуры представителей национальных меньшинств до уровня жителей русских регионов. Эти цели оно и преследовало, выстраивая политику в сфере национально-государственного строительства. Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования толерантных идей в межнациональных отношениях на примере развития молодежного движения в Чувашской автономной области в начале 1920-х гг. На основе анализа итоговых материалов IV комсомольской конференции Чебоксарского уезда показаны усилия партийного аппарата по пропаганде идей толерантности в молодежной среде. Доказана важность этого вопроса для государства, внимание к нему высших органов партии. Отмечено, что реальные действия по распространению дружбы, взаимопомощи, национального согласия в советской стране постепенно достигали намеченных целей.

    Статья посвящена актуальному на сегодняшний день вопросу – использованию современных информационных технологий на уроках иностранного языка в школе. Основное содержание исследования составляет детальный анализ научной литературы по данной теме. На основании изученных информационных ресурсов и собственного педагогического опыта авторы выделяют основные функции и задачи использования компьютерных технологий на уроке иностранного языка. Кроме того, в статье описываются главные преимущества использования компьютера в рамках школьной программы. Объектом исследования является процесс обучения, а предметом – эффективная методика применения средств ИКТ в школе. Результаты данного исследования могут представлять большую научную и практическую значимость для методистов и преподавателей иностранных языков. Полученные в ходе научной работы данные позволяют сделать вывод о том, что повышение уровня эффективности обучения ИЯ при помощи компьютера может быть достигнуто только в случае использования педагогом эффективных методов и приемов.

    The given article deals with some issues of foreign student’s educational process organization in teaching professionally-oriented English to university students of non-foreign language faculties taking into consideration their peculiarities as well as certain factors influencing upon the educational process efficiency. The article points out the difficulties that foreign students might experience when studying at the Russian Institution of higher education. As a means of solving the problem it is suggested to employ the most relevant methods of teaching in the educational process and to operate at three working languages: English, Russian and Arabic.
