    Abstract:
    The analysis of literature sources on the theory of systems and the system of physical culture and recreation activities in the conditions of a general education school is carried out. It is revealed that this system is a multi-component type of activity, including the staffing of specialists of physical culture and health and medical profile, namely, physical education teachers and medical personnel. Of great importance for the existence and development of the system is the material and technical base of the sports and recreation profile, the development of extracurricular activities with a sufficient set of sports sections and the conduct of extracurricular activities and sports competitions. The development of the human potential of the younger generation in terms of physical education should be based on taking into account the individual typological characteristics of schoolchildren. It is shown that half of the national projects directly contribute to the development of the human potential of the younger generation and their implementation through the introduction of a system of physical culture and recreation work in secondary schools will help to preserve and strengthen the health of children and adolescents, both at present and in later adulthood.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the need for an approach to the organization of teaching elements of combinatorics at school, aimed at the formation of cognitive ECD. Based on the study of scientific, psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature, the process of formation of cognitive universal educational actions in mathematics lessons has been studied. The content-methodological aspects of teaching combinatorics to junior schoolchildren are revealed, three interrelated directions of the teacher's work are considered, the stages of teaching the solution of combinatorial problems are highlighted depending on the methods of calculating the number of combinations. Each of the stages serves as a foundation for the formation of the UUD of the next stages.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to provide a methodological basis for the development and application of an innovative general pedagogical technology (called by the authors SRH-technology) of organizing the pedagogical process at a university, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of teaching bachelors through the use of innovative forms – research studies, networking with the work of students in reading groups, hackathon and foresight sessions aimed at developing hard-skills and soft-skills among undergraduate students. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of an innovative general pedagogical technology for teaching undergraduate students (called by the authors SRH-technology), based on a combination of personality-oriented, activity-based and systemic approaches. As a result, the effectiveness of the use of SRH technology in the educational process has been proved, and the main recommendations for the effective organization of work with students in the framework of the listed forms of classes are given.

The positive and negative sides of the «distance» are revealed. Specific examples show that distance learning in the preparation of future teachers of chemistry and biology can be just one of the issues of the disciplines «Theory and methodology of teaching biology» and «Theory and methodology of teaching chemistry» as an innovative technology of teaching methods. Distance learning should not completely replace the traditional one.

    The paper considers the methodology of individualization of training based on adaptive testing of network electronic educational and methodological complexes in two closely interrelated levels – the methodology of designing, developing adaptive tools and the methodology of their application in teaching university students. The design of an adaptive network electronic educational and methodological complex – a universal educational resource that is able to support the learning process at all its stages-contains three consecutive stages (levels) – didactic, logical and physical, each of which has a content component of the developer's activity that determines the requirements for the structure and content of the created course. The methodological approaches to the use of an adaptive network course in the educational process are different for teachers and students. As criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of learning content assimilation in the information and communication educational environment of the university, the following are defined: transient process time response, which a student spends for learning of fixed stream of input information until prepared for the testing (E.A. Solodova's adaptive learning mathematical model); the level of assimilation of the information received, defined in tests and evaluated in a 100-point scale (as the condition of completeness of the educational process, according to V.P. Bespalko).

    The article considers the need of educational institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (on the example of the cities of Kogalym and Langepas) to teach ethnocultural subjects. This problem is also relevant for the region under consideration, where the indigenous small peoples of the North of Khanty, Mansi and Forest Nenets live. The purpose of this work is to study the state of studying the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, the request of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The tasks of the work are to identify the state of study of the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions and to determine the need of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The object of the study was the parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North living in the cities of the Autonomous Okrug. The main method of our research is questionnaire. Results: just over half of respondents (50.9%) believe that teaching their native language and subjects with ethnocultural content will to some extent help preserve the traditional culture of the indigenous minorities peoples of the North. Among the respondents in Langepas, pessimistic assessments prevail; in Kogalym (68.9%), the majority of respondents believe in the role of teaching ethnocultural subjects. Only 36.8% of respondents want their children to study ethnocultural subjects at school.

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors. Discussion and Conclusion. Why does the mentor of a targeted digital educational intensive have a psychological advantage? Can everyone become a mentor in network communication for the rest, and what are the digital education mentor’s competencies? What contribution can everyone make to the training of the others? The discussion these issues in the context of management strategies for the development of international education, and the implementation of the European plan for the quality of digital education will be useful to for heads of educational organizations, departments of continuing professional education and academic mobility of educators.

  • Fundamentally Important Ideas of Socio-Integrative Approach in University Education

    The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.

  • The Future of Distance Education: Challenges and Opportunities

    The article discusses the problems encountered during the transition to the distance learning format due to the introduction of quarantine measures for Covid-19. At the same time, it was the mass transition to a remote learning format that allowed us to determine the advantages and feel all the disadvantages of distance learning. Research methods. In this paper, we conducted sociological research in the form of a survey among parents of school leavers in Moscow. Students and teachers of the university of Ryazan on their satisfaction with the organization of distance learning, on the change in the level of academic load and on the possible consequences for the quality of education due to the transition to a remote learning format. According to the results of the study, problems of distance learning of a technical and organizational nature were identified, among which are: interruptions in the operation of online platforms due to overload; the lack of proper software for students, as well as the lack of direct face-to-face contact between students and the teacher; the requirement of strict self-discipline, motivation. The study made it possible to draw the conclusion that the distance form of education in its current implementation leads to a decrease in the quality of training of students of higher educational institutions and school students. To improve the effectiveness of distance education, it is necessary to intensify work on the development of new educational standards, on the application of new methods and tools of teaching.

    The article deals with the problem of the influence of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. The use of modern information and communication technologies has led to the creation of a new educational environment, which, as part of the training, has provided students with the opportunity to independently acquire knowledge in the context of constantly updated information. The discipline «Physical Education» is one of the main practical classes in the university program, and in order to assess how the new proposed training conditions will affect the quality of physical fitness of students, we will conduct a study within the framework of physical education classes. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. Objectives of the study: to consider the content of distance learning, to analyze the passing of the standard running 100 m., to conduct an experiment and check the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The research methods are the generalization of scientific and methodological literature, the method of mathematical statistics, and the pedagogical experiment. Organization and results of the study. The study was conducted with students of the 1st year of full-time study at the Perm State Technical University. As a result of the experiment, it was revealed that during distance learning, the theoretical part of the students mastered better, and in the practical part (running 100 m.), the results deteriorated, since most of the physical culture program was presented in the form of theoretical and methodological-practical sections, and there was no possibility of active and systematic running, mastering technical and tactical training techniques and improving them.

    The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

    The rapid development of digital technologies certainly contributes to positive changes in any industry, certainly covering the field of education. This transition was called the "digital revolution". This is, first of all, the transition of mass education to high-quality education, which is conditioned by the formulation and solution of new tasks in the educational sphere. The article examines the process of integrating digital technologies into the educational process, the transition to a new stage of the digital age, defines some concepts and forecasts the prospects for the development of media education.
