    В статье на основе теоретического анализа психолого-педагогической литературы и нормативных документов обосновывается важность развития коммуникативных умений у педагогов в процессе самообразования. Определен состав и структура данных умений, описаны ключевые компоненты самообразовательной деятельности. По результатам пилотного исследования выявлены основные дефициты в коммуникативной компетентности педагогов. На основе этого анализа предложены и обоснованы педагогические условия, способствующие более эффективному развитию коммуникативных умений в рамках профессионального самосовершенствования.

    Abstract:
    Работа в коррекционной школе сопровождается высокими нагрузками и рисками профессионального выгорания, которое отражается не только на качестве образовательного процесса, но и на психологическом благополучии детей. Целью исследования стало выявление доминирующих симптомов и организационных факторов профессионального выгорания у педагогов, работающих с обучающимися с ОВЗ. В исследовании приняли участие 30 педагогов ГОУ ТО «Тульский областной центр образования». Применялись методики МВІ К. Маслач, опросник В.В. Бойко, авторская анкета для анализа организационной среды и методика А.Н. Лутошкина. Результаты показали высокий уровень эмоционального истощения, деперсонализации и редукции достижений, обусловленных в первую очередь организационными факторами. Результаты исследования позволяют предположить, что высокий уровень выгорания педагогов является существенным фактором риска, способным негативно влиять на учебную мотивацию, повышать тревожность и тормозить социализацию обучающихся с ОВЗ. Сделан вывод о необходимости разработки и внедрения комплексных программ управленческой профилактики выгорания как условия качества коррекционного образования.

    Abstract:
    With the rapid development of technology and its integration into various spheres of life, including education, the issue of digital competence is becoming particularly relevant. Teachers of preschool educational organizations, as key figures in the formation of the foundations of knowledge and skills in children, must have modern digital competencies in order to effectively use new tools and methods in the educational process. The relevance of the article is due to the need for the educational process to meet modern standards and the need to develop competence in the field of digital technology use. Today, teachers are required to master not only basic knowledge, but also the ability to apply it in practice. In addition, there has been a significant increase in interest in digital technologies in education in recent years. Thus, this article examines the aspects of improving key digital competencies in the system of additional professional education necessary for successful work in preschool education, and also reveals the main issues of implementing advanced training courses aimed at the need to introduce practical orientation and the use of successful practices in the application of information and communication technologies in educational institutions.

    Abstract:
    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

  • Emotional Intelligence and Assertiveness: Aspects of the Relationship in Helping Professions Students

    Abstract:
    In the contemporary world, characterized by high uncertainty and increasing demands on specialists, especially in helping professions, the development of key personal competencies becomes critically important. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationship between emotional intelligence and assertiveness in students preparing for helping professions. The study involved 100 students (aged 17–18) studying psychology and pedagogy. Emotional intelligence was assessed using methods by D. V. Lyusin, M. A. Manoylova, and N. Shutte. The level of assertiveness was measured using the V. P. Sheinov questionnaire. Statistical data processing was performed using Pearson's correlation analysis. The results revealed statistically significant positive correlations between all studied indicators of emotional intelligence and the level of assertiveness. The strongest relationships were found between assertiveness and intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence (Lyusin's method), the integral emotional intelligence indicator and the ability to manage one's own feelings (Manoylova's method), and the overall emotional intelligence score (Shutte's method). The data confirms the hypothesis of a close interrelationship between these constructs and emphasizes the need for targeted development of emotional intelligence and assertiveness during the professional training of future helping professionals. This will contribute to enhancing their professional effectiveness.

    The chapter considers the competence-based approach in the system of higher pedagogical education as an important factor in the formation of pedagogical tolerance in students. The structure of pedagogical tolerance as a component of professional competence of a future teacher is analyzed, the importance of interpersonal and value attitudes in the educational process is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the integration of tolerance attitudes into academic disciplines, pedagogical practice and interaction in the educational environment. Substantiates the need for systematic work on the development of tolerance through competence-oriented teaching technologies. The directions of the university's work on the formation of students' ability for constructive dialogue and respectful interaction in pedagogical activity are presented.

    The chapter is devoted to the application of a set of psychological and pedagogical techniques in experimental biology teaching. The analysis has shown that psychological and pedagogical techniques are an important means of improving the quality of biology education and contribute to the creation of a favorable emotional atmosphere. The chapter notes that the learning process is not a passive consumption of information, but a dynamic formation of knowledge in a social context. Students do not just receive information from the teacher, but independently participate in the educational process – they ask questions, engage in discussions, analyze tasks together with their peers, or perform project work. Collective activity becomes the basis. The teacher only organizes a space for information search, helps to structure students' thoughts and develop the ability to solve problems independently. When using these approaches, students become the authors of their own educational path: they master information analysis skills, develop critical thinking, gain experience in teamwork and social communication. Active participation helps to increase motivation to study due to personal involvement in joint activities with peers. This training format meets the requirements of modern society for the universal skills of school graduates.

For experimental work, the study was conducted with the introduction of professiographic monitoring in the educational process of vocational training of naval university cadets in a blended learning environment. Professiographic monitoring is a little-studied technology; the result of the work is the definition of its functions, criteria for assessing the level of the motivational component of professional competence.

    The chapter discusses the mathematical apparatus of statistical analysis used in pedagogical research on physical culture and sports. A software solution for estimating the deviation of the empirical distribution of experimental data from the normal distribution based on the Scilab software package is presented. The technology in question implements the GOST R ISO 5479–2002 for checking the deviation of the probability distribution from the normal distribution based on the graphical method and using the criteria of moments: skewness and kurtosis. The paper presents the implementation of the results of computational experiments that solve the research goal.

    In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training. When preparing the chapter of the collective monograph, the results of the scientific and creative activity of the author of this work were used together with the graduate of the Krasnodar branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, A.E. Bondarenko, who carried out the completion and configuration of computer programs of the automated system «Smart House» [2].

    The chapter discusses the issues of improving balance skills and balancing in group acrobatics. An analysis of specialized literature on the biomechanical and physiological aspects of the athlete's body balance and the peculiarities of performing group balance elements has been conducted. Based on the analysis of competitive programs, pedagogical observations, and surveys of coaches in paired-group acrobatics, trends in the changing requirements for competitive programs have been identified, including an increase in the complexity of static and dynamic elements, which underlines the importance of developing stability and balancing skills. The results of pedagogical observations indicate a lack of systematization in the methodologies for developing the function of balance and balancing skills in the training process. A survey of coaches revealed disagreements regarding the significance of vestibular stability, balancing skills, and muscle strength. A reorganization of the training process has been proposed, including targeted functional training and the teaching method of the «Mexican Pyramid». The research results provide practical recommendations for coaches and athletes aimed at improving the quality of performing group balance elements and enhancing sports performance.

    В статье исследуется российско-китайское образовательное и научное сотрудничество в контексте построения суверенной системы образования в РФ. Показано, что в России успешно осуществляется построение суверенной системы образования. Построение такой системы требует, с одной стороны, усиления роли традиционных ценностей в процессе преподавания и укрепления гуманитарного, в т. ч. педагогического, образования, с другой стороны, активизации международного сотрудничества в научно-образовательной сфере с другими суверенными системами образования. Одним из направлений такого сотрудничества является взаимодействие с Китаем, которому уделяется значительное внимание в т. ч. в Благовещенском государственном педагогическом университете (научно и административно).

    The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

    Статья посвящена анализу теоретических и методологических аспектов формирования навыков конструктивного поведения в конфликтах у воспитанников довузовских учреждений Минобороны России. Рассматривается педагогическое сопровождение как особый вид взаимодействия с обучающимся, ориентированный на создание благоприятных условий для его развития и принятия взвешенных решений. Подчеркивается важность раскрытия потенциала субъекта, его права на самостоятельный выбор и ответственности. Образовательная среда должна предоставлять вариативность, а сопровождение рассматривается как помощь в сложных ситуациях. Предлагается методологический подход, учитывающий возрастные особенности, психологические характеристики и специфику военно-образовательной среды.
