- Abstract:
- This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

- Abstract:
- This article reviews recent evidence on how artificial intelligence (AI) affects English language learning among university students. Based on systematic reviews, meta-analyses, empirical studies, and UNESCO guidance, the paper shows that AI can support vocabulary, writing, reading, speaking practice, and self-regulated learning. At the same time, it can weaken learning when students rely on it uncritically or use it without ethical boundaries. The article argues that AI is most effective as a supplementary tool within teacher-guided instruction and proposes conditions for responsible classroom integration.

Physical culture as a special socio-economic sphere: criteria of effectiveness and multiplicative effect
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Ekaterina G. Saiganova
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines physical culture and sport as a specific sector of the national economy, possessing a dual nature – socially oriented and commercially significant. The need for a transition from a sectoral understanding of physical culture to its interpretation as a multifunctional sector generating direct and indirect economic benefits is substantiated. The objective of the study is to systematize the criteria for the effectiveness of the physical culture sphere and to reveal the mechanisms of the multiplier effect arising from the implementation of sports programs and projects. As a result of the work, the author’s system of performance assessment indicators, differentiated by management levels (federal, regional, local) is proposed. A structural and logical model of the multiplier effect has been developed, reflecting the relationship between investments in physical culture and the growth of related industries: tourism, construction, the entertainment industry, the production of sporting goods, as well as social effects (reduced morbidity, increased labor productivity, improved demographic indicators). Key factors limiting the realization of multiplier potential are identified, and areas for improving management decisions are proposed. The chapter's materials can be used by government agencies in developing strategies for the development of physical education and sports, as well as in research and educational activities.

- Abstract:
- The choice of the research topic is due to the steady growth of public interest in mixed martial arts (MMA), the development of the fitness industry, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation. A comprehensive and economically sound business model has been developed for the “Molot MMA” martial arts club in Krasnodar. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of business planning in the field of physical culture and sports, examines approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, and explores their financial, economic, and legal aspects. The regional sports services market was analyzed, the competitive environment, advantages, and potential growth points of the “Molot MMA” club were assessed. A marketing plan was developed, including positioning, pricing, promotion tools, and customer loyalty measures. A financial plan was created, including initial investments, revenue and expense projections, profitability indicators, and the project's payback period. The project's risks were analyzed, and measures were proposed to minimize them.

- Abstract:
- The article examines the potential of Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) systems in foreign language teaching within the context of digital transformation in education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of AWE implementation, their functional capabilities, and their pedagogical value in developing learners’ writing competence. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of automated feedback, including immediacy, increased learner autonomy, and enhanced motivation. The study includes a comparative analysis of students’ written work before and after the use of an AWE system, revealing a reduction in language errors and an overall improvement in writing quality. At the same time, certain limitations are identified, such as insufficient accuracy in assessing semantic content and the risk of superficial error correction. The study concludes that AWE systems are most effective when integrated into the educational process in combination with teacher guidance.

- The use of artificial intelligence in psychological practice has elicited mixed reactions from professionals, ranging from full integration into their professional activities to rejection and distrust. The question remains open as to the conditions under which neural networks can serve as effective assistants for psychologists, without replacing professional empathy and clinical thinking, and without being perceived by professionals as a competitor that threatens their position in the job market. This article explores one of the conditions for the effective collaboration between psychologists and neural networks: the "art of precise requests," which involves the ability of a professional to formulate tasks for AI in a manner that is appropriate for their professional context.
