    Abstract:
    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    This article discusses topical issues of theoretical and practical nature of one of the main principles of contract in civil law - freedom of contract. The new understanding of the category of "contract" in civil law has once again played a leading role in the economy, and today it is no exaggeration to say that the regulatory function of the civil law contract has become one of the main factors determining the development of the economic system of the state. This system is based on civil law transactions and, above all, on contracts, which by their nature are characterized by freedom, which has rightfully risen to the level of the basic principles of civil law. To date, contractual freedom has acquired a fundamentally different and dominant importance in the contractual regulation of relations between subjects of civil law.

    The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of digitalization of language education of the indigenous peoples of the North in the context of preserving the linguistic diversity of Russia. The article considers the theoretical, regulatory, legal and methodological foundations for the introduction of digital technologies in the field of teaching native languages to the indigenous peoples of the North. Based on the analysis of the existing infrastructure (electronic dictionaries, mobile applications, educational platforms, systems using artificial intelligence), key factors for the success of digital projects are identified, critical problems and barriers to development are identified.

    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     The article examines horse riding, a traditional martial art of the nomadic peoples of the Great Steppe, which has gone through a centuries–old path to modern sports. Special attention is paid to the causes and mechanisms of the revival of horse riding in modern Russia since 2005. The author reveals the multifaceted potential of horse riding as a tool for patriotic education and socialization of young people: strengthening physical health; familiarization with Cossack culture and historical traditions; development of teamwork skills, responsibility and quick decision-making; the formation of empathy and skills of interaction with a living being. It is concluded that riding is not only a sports field, but also an effective mechanism for preserving cultural heritage, transferring national traditions and forming vital competencies among the younger generation.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given.     The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning.     In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training. When preparing the chapter of the collective monograph, the results of the scientific and creative activity of the author of this work were used together with the graduate of the Krasnodar branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, A.E. Bondarenko, who carried out the completion and configuration of computer programs of the automated system «Smart House» [2].

    Abstract:
    This chapter attempts to philosophically and ethically understand modern technologies that are rapidly transforming the education system in the digital age. The educational approach is not only a complex of instrumental methods for transferring knowledge, but also a space for the formation of values, meanings and the personality of the student. Analyzes the philosophical foundations of the concepts of «education» and «technology», as well as the ethical challenges that arise in the process of developing digital platforms, artificial intelligence and distance learning. Particular attention is paid to issues of international justice, confidentiality, alienation, as well as preserving the humanistic potential of education in a technologized environment. In conclusion, proposals are put forward for the ethical and philosophical support of educational practices and an emphasis is placed on the need to humanize digital technologies.
