  • Using digital systems in road freight transport management

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of a state contract for the provision of medical services in the public procurement system, which is a unique legal phenomenon with a dual nature. The article argues that a state contract for the provision of medical services occupies a borderline position at the intersection of several branches of law: administrative law, which regulates the procedure for concluding a contract, civil law, which defines the content of contractual obligations, medical law, which establishes special requirements for subjects and standards of medical care quality, and budgetary law, which regulates the financial basis for the execution of a contract. The article examines in detail the public law elements of the contract, which manifest themselves at the stage of its conclusion through the mandatory provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. The article analyzes the special role of medical law through the establishment of mandatory requirements for licensing, material and technical base, and personnel qualifications.

    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms. The new understanding of the category of "contract" in civil law has once again played a leading role in the economy, and today it is no exaggeration to say that the regulatory function of the civil law contract has become one of the main factors determining the development of the economic system of the state. This system is based on civil law transactions and, above all, on contracts, which by their nature are characterized by freedom, which has rightfully risen to the level of the basic principles of civil law.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education. In parallel, the main challenges are explored, such as the problem of the digital divide, cybersecurity and personal data protection, and the risk of digital fatigue. The methodological basis of the work was the analysis of current scientific publications, a review of existing technological solutions and platforms. The conclusion is made about the need for a balanced approach in which technological tools serve to expand the capabilities of traditional pedagogy, and not its complete replacement.

    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality.     The article examines horse riding, a traditional martial art of the nomadic peoples of the Great Steppe, which has gone through a centuries–old path to modern sports. Special attention is paid to the causes and mechanisms of the revival of horse riding in modern Russia since 2005. The author reveals the multifaceted potential of horse riding as a tool for patriotic education and socialization of young people: strengthening physical health; familiarization with Cossack culture and historical traditions; development of teamwork skills, responsibility and quick decision-making; the formation of empathy and skills of interaction with a living being. It is concluded that riding is not only a sports field, but also an effective mechanism for preserving cultural heritage, transferring national traditions and forming vital competencies among the younger generation.

It also discusses the nature and causes of deviant behavior in adolescents. The «Program for Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Students at Risk (Registered with Juvenile Affairs Departments and on Intraschool Registers)» by E. V. Kostyukovich is reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for educational psychologists working with deviant behavior in general education schools.

  • Participation in IT Startups as a Tool for Forming Soft Skills in IT Bachelor’s Degree Students

    In modern society, it is essential for any specialist to develop not only professional but also universal, so-called soft skills. These skills enhance professional competency (hard skills) by complementing it. For most employers in IT and technology companies, "soft" competencies are equally or even more important than professional ones. This leads to the conclusion that fostering soft skills in IT undergraduate students is necessary already at the university stage. This article explores the potential of participation in IT startups as a tool for developing soft skills in IT bachelor's students. It analyzes the concept and classification of soft skills, as well as key employer requirements for the soft skills of candidates at various IT position levels. The paper describes the experience of a group of IT bachelor's students participating in an acceleration program, during which the team completed an IT project to develop a low-code constructor for MiniApps. The stages of the project work are outlined, detailing the goals and content of activities at each stage, along with the associated opportunities for soft skills development. The results of the theoretical study indicated the high potential of student participation in such projects for soft skills formation, which was confirmed by a pedagogical experiment showing positive progress in student skill development.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

The chapter is the result of theoretical analysis of studies by domestic and foreign scientists on the development of students' motivation for learning. The purpose of the study is to systematize scientific research on the phenomenon of students' motivation to gain knowledge in an educational organization. The approaches of scientists to understanding motivation for learning, various types of classifications of this phenomenon, the causes and mechanisms of its development are considered. And also the role of integrating artificial intelligence into the educational process as a modern method of increasing the level of motivation for learning in students is highlighted.
