    Abstract:
    The choice of the research topic is due to the steady growth of public interest in mixed martial arts (MMA), the development of the fitness industry, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation. A comprehensive and economically sound business model has been developed for the “Molot MMA” martial arts club in Krasnodar. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of business planning in the field of physical culture and sports, examines approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, and explores their financial, economic, and legal aspects. The regional sports services market was analyzed, the competitive environment, advantages, and potential growth points of the “Molot MMA” club were assessed. A marketing plan was developed, including positioning, pricing, promotion tools, and customer loyalty measures. A financial plan was created, including initial investments, revenue and expense projections, profitability indicators, and the project's payback period. The project's risks were analyzed, and measures were proposed to minimize them.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines physical culture and sport as a specific sector of the national economy, possessing a dual nature – socially oriented and commercially significant. The need for a transition from a sectoral understanding of physical culture to its interpretation as a multifunctional sector generating direct and indirect economic benefits is substantiated. The objective of the study is to systematize the criteria for the effectiveness of the physical culture sphere and to reveal the mechanisms of the multiplier effect arising from the implementation of sports programs and projects. As a result of the work, the author’s system of performance assessment indicators, differentiated by management levels (federal, regional, local) is proposed. A structural and logical model of the multiplier effect has been developed, reflecting the relationship between investments in physical culture and the growth of related industries: tourism, construction, the entertainment industry, the production of sporting goods, as well as social effects (reduced morbidity, increased labor productivity, improved demographic indicators). Key factors limiting the realization of multiplier potential are identified, and areas for improving management decisions are proposed. The chapter's materials can be used by government agencies in developing strategies for the development of physical education and sports, as well as in research and educational activities.

    This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources.     The article theoretically substantiates and describes a model of pedagogical consulting for parents aimed at forming patriotic values and a sense of statehood in children aged 5–7 years through the integration of resources from municipal cultural institutions. The model is constructed as a continuous educational line from the reflection of a child’s cultural experience (the «Cultural Diary of a Preschooler») to family value-based search (parental workbook and modular consulting program). The methodological basis includes cultural-historical, activity-based and systematic approaches.     The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

The proposed games allow teachers, instructors and parents to diversify physical activity, developing in school-age children not only strength and dexterity, but also skills of self-regulation, respect for the opponent and the ability to act according to the rules. The materials of the chapter are adapted to work both in general education groups and with children with disabilities. Depending on the purpose of the lesson, games can be used as a warm-up element, the main part of the lesson, or included in the sports section program.

    In this article, the authors concluded that every employee must know the legal basis for using combat techniques in any given situation. A survey showed that not only police officers, but also martial artists and even coaches, do not know the content of the articles on the legal basis for using these techniques. Based on this, in order to prevent employees from committing illegal acts, it is necessary to study the content of Articles 37, 38, and 39 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as Articles 18, 19, and 20 of the Law on the Police, and to follow them in the course of operational and service activities.

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

    In the context of digital transformation in education, the development of critical thinking among future teachers has become increasingly urgent due to widespread integration of generative artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning processes. This paper presents a systematic review of empirical studies (2019–2025) that examine the pedagogical potential of generative language models for fostering critical thinking among students in teacher education programs. This work constitutes a secondary analysis; it synthesizes findings from ten peer-reviewed empirical and theory-informed empirical studies conducted in Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. The literature analysis reveals that effective use of neural network-based AI tools can support the development of core critical thinking operations provided that specific pedagogical strategies are employed. At the same time, the review systematically identifies key risks associated with AI integration: cognitive laziness, academic dishonesty, and the unreliability of generated information. The paper emphasizes the necessity of cultivating students’ digital and critical literacy as a prerequisite for mindful engagement with AI-generated content, as well as the transformation of the teacher’s role from a knowledge transmitter to a facilitator of a reflective-discursive learning environment. This systematic review contributes to the theory of digital pedagogy by proposing an approach to integrating generative AI models into the professional training of language teachers.

  • The Use of Digital Technologies in Teaching Mathematics: From "Black Box" Systems to Intelligent Pedagogical Environments

    Abstract:
    This article is dedicated to analyzing the impact of digital technologies on the process of learning mathematics. Based on the author's proposed four-component typology of digital tools – Black Box systems, Digital Workbooks, Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS), and AI-based Systems – their pedagogical effects and associated cognitive risks are examined. It is shown that digital tools effectively develop procedural and algorithmic skills, provide rapid feedback, and support individualized learning. However, their uncontrolled application can lead to the displacement of analytical and creative components of mathematical thinking, the formation of superficial, instrumental motivation, and dependence on automated solutions. Particular attention is paid to the risks associated with AI systems, which, while possessing the potential for dialogic support and analysis of reasoning, can simultaneously foster the passive assimilation of ready-made solutions and diminish student autonomy. The article emphasizes the necessity of thoughtful didactic integration of digital technologies into the educational process, where they serve not as a replacement but as a means of enhancing intellectual activity, thereby ensuring the development of full-fledged mathematical thinking, encompassing the capacity for analysis, reasoning, and creative inquiry.

    The chapter is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of a state contract for the provision of medical services in the public procurement system, which is a unique legal phenomenon with a dual nature. The article argues that a state contract for the provision of medical services occupies a borderline position at the intersection of several branches of law: administrative law, which regulates the procedure for concluding a contract, civil law, which defines the content of contractual obligations, medical law, which establishes special requirements for subjects and standards of medical care quality, and budgetary law, which regulates the financial basis for the execution of a contract. The article examines in detail the public law elements of the contract, which manifest themselves at the stage of its conclusion through the mandatory provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. The article analyzes the special role of medical law through the establishment of mandatory requirements for licensing, material and technical base, and personnel qualifications.

This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.
