  • Retention of the partner network as a priority of the marketing strategy of a direct selling company (the case of APL GO)

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of partner network retention in the marketing strategy of a direct selling company. In such a company the partner is at the same time a buyer of the products, their seller and a channel for recruiting new members, so the loss of a partner means not only lower sales but also a weaker distribution system. Based on the internal sales statistics of the international company APL GO for 2022–2025, an index and structural analysis of paid sales was carried out for the company as a whole and for the Russian market. It was found that after the peak of 2023 sales have been declining, the decline in Russia being much deeper than in other countries, and that most sales come from repeat (secondary) purchases of existing partners. It is concluded that the retention and activation of the existing network should become a priority of the company’s marketing strategy. Directions of a retention strategy and a set of indicators for assessing its performance are proposed.

    Abstract:
    The article demonstrates the possibilities of partial literary reconstruction for multidimensional art-analysis of texts with plot-forming tasks-inserts. Using the example of N. Nosov's short story "Fed's task", the structure and content of a series of lesson sessions based on partial reconstruction are designed. The proposed methodology is aimed at teachers who are able not only to see the unique form of organization of the educational process, but also to understand the deep content of the proposed approach, adapt it and effectively use it in pedagogical practice.

    Abstract:
    The child’s psyche is a fundamental element of the child’s overall health, deter-mining the success of their adaptation to changing environmental conditions, cognitive activity, emotional regulation, and social interaction. However, its key features include increased vulnerability to external and internal stress factors, as well as a tendency to rapid exhaustion in the absence of timely prevention and support. In the context of the modern world, characterized by high information and academic loads, the widespread use of digital technologies, and a decline in the share of free, spontaneous activity, the issue of preserving children’s mental health is becoming particularly acute. In this regard, the search for accessible, economically unburdensome, and at the same time highly effective methods aimed at comprehensive work with the child becomes particularly relevant. The priority tasks are: a set of musical activities aimed at strengthening the adaptive mechanisms not only of the child’s physical but also of their mental well-being.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the independent work of law students in modern conditions. The authors point out that students often lack the necessary skills for organizing independent learning activities and sufficient motivation to engage in them. At the same time, they note the widespread use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process by students to carry out various types of independent work, which leads to its transformation and the loss of its key feature — independence. Based on the study, the authors conclude that the most important factor in increasing the effectiveness of independent work in modern conditions is the development of students’ cognitive independence.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots as an additional tool for learning English by students. The relevance of the topic is due to the spread of generative AI and the availability of dialogue systems. The purpose of the work is to determine the possibilities of using AI chatbots in independent language practice and to evaluate the advantages and limitations of this approach. The analysis and generalization of scientific literature, including systematic reviews, were used. It is shown that chatbots allow conducting a dialogue in English, receiving feedback, creating exercises adapted to the learner's level, and reduce anxiety when speaking. Risks are highlighted: inaccuracy of answers, lack of live communication, reliance on ready-made answers, and data protection. It is concluded that AI chatbots complement but do not replace the teacher.

    Abstract:
    The chapter substantiates the use of the projective technique «The Man in the Rain» (E.S. Romanova, T.I. Sytko) for the diagnosis and correction of the emotional state of children from families of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO) within the framework of psychological and pedagogical support. The relevance is driven by the difficult life situation of these children: prolonged separation from a parent, anxiety for his life, and the risk of chronic stress and double deprivation. The limited effectiveness of verbal methods and the value of drawing tests, which make it possible to bypass defense mechanisms, are noted. The procedure of the technique and the specifics of its interpretation for the target group are described (the absence of means of protection, dark clouds, a diminished figure, avoidant strategies, additional supports, and a change in the character's gender). Based on practical experience with children aged 10–14, five typical response patterns are identified: «resourceful adaptation», «defensive isolation», «defenselessness and depression», «aggressive confrontation», and «fantasy compensation». The corrective potential of the technique is revealed: therapeutic conversation, serial drawing, modified versions, integration with art therapy, and work with the family. A five-stage program of corrective work is proposed (diagnostic, stabilizing, corrective, consolidating, and supporting stages). Limitations and prospects for further research are outlined.

    The study examines the current conditions for the development of industrial ecosystems within the context of the economy's digital transformation. The research is driven by the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which spans a wide range of industrial and economic sectors. The aim of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and to develop a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy, taking into account available resources. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study relies on both empirical methods (expert assessments, analysis of industrial experience) and theoretical methods (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making). The chapter describes the tools that enable the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and presents examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, the study formulates principles, outlines development strategies, and proposes a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy for an industrial ecosystem, considering available resources.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the specifics of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the judicial system of the Russian Federation in the context of building an artificial intelligence economy. It is argued that the economy of artificial intelligence represents an emerging sphere of social relations in which AI acts simultaneously as a technology, a new factor of production, and a catalyst for the structural transformation of economic and institutional systems. The main directions for the implementation of AI technologies in the civilizational process have been examined and systematized. It has been concluded that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation is a complex, multi-stage, and internally contradictory process: on the one hand, it opens up significant opportunities to improve the efficiency of justice; on the other hand, it is associated with serious legal and ethical risks.

    The text examines the role of chemical elements (including rare earth elements) in the human body and the importance of their balance for health and life expectancy. It describes a method for early diagnosis and risk assessment of serious diseases (primarily cardiovascular and oncological diseases) – the YUVS method (patent RU No. 2567336), developed by scientists at the “Spectrum” laboratory. In the course of the study, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS), the elemental composition of the blood of more than 3,000 people (67 chemical elements) was analyzed. Two groups of indicator elements were identified: group B1 (europium, terbium, erbium, thulium, lutetium, and chromium) – their content in the blood is higher in healthy individuals and decreases in the presence of diseases; group B2 (vanadium, barium, palladium) – conversely, their concentration increases in the presence of pathologies. Based on the B1/B2 ratio, the YUVS coefficient has been calculated, which allows assessing the health status and assigning a person to one of three risk groups. The results show a link between the balance of indicator elements and the body’s resistance to diseases and potential life expectancy (more than 90 years in individuals with a favourable profile). The potential of studying the elemental composition of blood for early diagnosis, risk assessment, disease prevention, and personalization of medical care is emphasised.

    The article treats an initial public offering not as the conclusion of a company's success story but as the beginning of a far stricter, continuous test of governance quality. Drawing on the Russian IT IPO market in 2023–2026 – primarily the case of Astra Group, alongside comparable post-IPO performance of Diasoft, Arenadata Group, Whoosh, Softline, Positive Technologies and Delimobil – the author shows that the market's repricing of Russian public IT companies is systemic rather than isolated. As a contrasting international case, the article examines SpaceX's record-breaking IPO (June 2026, valuation of roughly $1.75 trillion) as an extreme instance of deliberately disclosed control concentration through a dual-class share structure. Separate attention is given to the additional risk layer created by a controlling shareholder's ownership structure, and to a new factor – the use of artificial intelligence in corporate decision-making. The author offers practical recommendations for the legal and compliance function of companies preparing to go public or already operating as public issuers.

    This chapter examines trends and specific aspects of improving the personnel training system for Russia's defense-industrial complex (DIC), taking into account the current conditions of defense-industrial policy implementation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is based on empirical and theoretical methods. The study proposes a practice-oriented approach to personnel training for organizations within the Russian defense industry, envisioning comprehensive interaction between all entities involved in staffing organizations, from educational institutions to departments within the DIC, where the knowledge and competencies of graduates are put into practice. As a result of the conducted research, an integrated model for training professional management personnel for organizations of the Russian defense industry was proposed, which allows for the provision of practice-oriented training (retraining, advanced training) of specialists who will possess the necessary set of organizational and professional competencies to solve a wide range of management, production and engineering tasks facing organizations of the defense industry.

    This chapter presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of two classes of digital educational tools used in teaching higher mathematics at the university level: neural network-based applications – generative language models and adaptive AI platforms – versus classical algorithmic products, including task databases, computer simulators, and mind maps. Drawing on an analysis of contemporary scientific research (2019–2026) and pedagogical practice, the study identifies the strengths and limitations inherent to each approach. It is established that neural networks possess considerable transformative potential for personalizing instruction and generating learning materials, yet fall short of algorithmic systems in terms of reliability, accuracy, and the capacity to foster robust computational skills. The findings substantiate the need for a hybrid strategy that integrates both types of tools, complemented by the active role of the instructor as a filter and moderator of AI-generated outputs.

    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    This work provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of institutionalization of a specialist's personal brand in the field of choreographic art as a strategic resource that determines the trajectory of professional development in the modern cultural economy. The author explores the transformation of this phenomenon from a peripheral element of self-presentation to a system-forming imperative, which is driven by a combination of factors: the high density of the cultural services market, which requires the differentiation of actors through the construction of unique identities; the fundamental shift in audience expectations towards building an emotional and meaningful connection with the creator; and the expansion of digital communication channels, which democratize access to audiences and impose new requirements on the authenticity of content. The central thesis of the study is the formation of a qualitatively new model of professional subjectivity that emerges at the intersection of artistic creativity and symbolic economics. Within this model, artistic value ceases to exist in isolation from its market and media dimensions, seamlessly integrating into the brand structure and becoming the core of a convertible intangible asset. The study explores the mechanisms by which reputation capital is transformed into tangible economic and social benefits, including investment attraction, contractual agreements, and the creation of loyal audiences. Thus, the text substantiates the dual navigation of a modern professional in the field of choreographic art, who is forced to synthesize artistic meanings and aesthetic innovations with the skills of effective self-representation in order to achieve sustainable success.

    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The article analyses criminal liability for knowingly false reports of an act of terrorism in the context of rapid digitalisation. The study is relevant due to the growing number of such crimes committed via social networks, instant messengers and anonymous online platforms - they significantly increase destabilisation, provoke panic and cause substantial economic damage. The key problems relate to qualifying the offence under Article 207 of the Russian Criminal Code: it is difficult to prove the element of «knowingness», identify anonymous users and collect digital evidence. The research relies on formal‑legal, comparative‑legal and statistical methods. It proposes measures to improve Article 207, including differentiated liability for mass dissemination of false information, enhanced cooperation between law enforcement agencies and IT companies, and the use of preventive digital tools. The author stresses the need to balance anti‑terrorist security and freedom of speech.

  • Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Professional and Pedagogical Education: Students' Attitudes, Risks, and Cognitive Propaedeutics

    Abstract:
    The authors analyze the risks of introducing AI into the educational process and identify the main difficulties in fostering students' cognitive engagement in solving learning tasks. To overcome them, they propose introducing a separate area of propaedeutics, designated by the researchers as "cognitive propaedeutics." The article provides this definition, reveals the main elements of its content, and outlines the general provisions of its methodology for implementation in the educational process. At the same time, the authors note that the concept of cognitive propaedeutics is still under development, and its approbation and experimental verification will become the subject of subsequent publications. This work is exploratory in nature and opens a discussion on the need for a new didactic direction. To fully examine the risk categories, the authors conducted two independent studies: one for junior and one for senior students. They studied first-year students' readiness to work with AI (a survey) and conducted participant observation of third-year students during the preparation of didactic and methodological support. On this basis, students' attitudes toward AI technologies were identified, and the risks of using AI in the educational process were noted. The study confirms the growing influence of AI on the educational process, emphasizes the need for further study of this trend, and proposes ways to reduce the risks of using AI in educational practice, while raising for discussion the necessity of creating a new direction for the development of the conscious use of this technology.
