This study offers a comprehensive analysis of artificial intelligence's impact on international Chinese teachers, encompassing teaching methodologies, educational resources, and the evolving roles of educators. Based on these findings, the research proposes specific pathways for the training and professional development of international Chinese teachers. These recommendations address teacher education curriculum design, enhancement of training systems, development of practical platforms, and fostering international collaboration to meet the evolving needs of international Chinese education in the artificial intelligence era.

- Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As a result of the study, the main vectors of the state educational policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation were identified.

- Abstract:
- The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.

- The work reveals to the study of the students’ main problems coming by using multimedia resources to learn a foreign language. the research actuality is determined by the requirements of modern educational standards for foreign language proficiency as an integral part of successful professional activity in modern society. the article analyzes the works reflecting the most relevant topics and problems related to the use of multimedia in teaching foreign languages. they are important for generalizing existing pedagogical experience. the method of questioning and correlation analysis of the obtained data was used in the study. the author adheres to a communicative approach and pays special attention to the development of foreign language communicative competence of non-linguistic faculties students of the universities. the article presents the results of a survey of students ‒ future teachers studying at the yakovlev’s university. the content of the special course program on the use of multimedia resources for learning a foreign language is proved and it should include thematic blocks aimed at increasing motivation, solving language problems and improving skills in working with multimedia resources.

Features of the relationship of adolescents’ self-esteem and their attitude to the teacher

- The article discusses the problem of the relationship between self-esteem of adolescents and their attitude towards the school teacher. The self-esteem of adolescents is connected with the formation of their active cognitive activity, which serves as a motive for developing their life position. This issue is not new in psychological and pedagogical science, but requires a deep reconsideration in connection with the introduction of the new generation of educational standards. The experimental study was conducted at the municipal autonomous educational institution "Secondary School No. 12 in Yelts named after V.A. Dorokhin" with the participation of 40 children aged 13–15 years. The study examined the characteristics of self-esteem of adolescents and their relationship with the teacher. The research used the self-esteem methodology of S.A. Budassi and the method of repertory grid by J. Kelly, allowing to determine the opinion of adolescents about their school teachers. The main method of studying the relationship of adolescents with the teacher was the methodology of A.A. Ryabov "Teacher through the eyes of the student". The conducted experimental research allowed to conclude that there is a direct relationship between the self-esteem of adolescents and their attitude towards the teacher, particularly adequate or lowered self-esteem contributes to predominantly positive attitudes towards the teacher by adolescents, while an inflated level of self-esteem leads to a negative type of relationship with the teacher.

- The article considers the organisational and pedagogical conditions of formation of general professional competences of a future teacher in the process of mastering additional educational programmes. The author reveals the essence and content of the conditions through the formation of motivational interest in students, ensuring the integration of basic and additional educational programmes, early involvement of students in pedagogical activities. The solution of the problem of formation of general professional competences of the future teacher is considered possible within the framework of implementation of quasi-professional approach in training, which is integrated in the educational environment of the university as a set of methods and techniques of training, forms, means aimed at the formation of pre-professional mobility of students. This approach is possible through the integration of additional courses (electives, studios, creative workshops, clubs, etc.), the introduction of interactive methods, group training and research activities, practices with different purposes as a foundation for laying the basic general professional competences of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions are a necessary component of the process of professional training of students. They should be taken into account in the organisation of the pedagogical process, which will further ensure a high level of adaptation to professional activity.

The Relationship between High School Students' Entrepreneurship Needs and the Frequency of Entrepreneurship Consulting Activities by Teachers in Vietnam

- Under the impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0, promoting entrepreneurship among students is an important direction to contribute to the economic and social development of Vietnam in the current period. The study was conducted to determine the characteristics of high school students' needs for entrepreneurship, the frequency of entrepreneurial consulting activities of teachers and the relationship between them, like the basic foundation for the effective organization of entrepreneurial consulting activities for high school students. Questionnaire is the main method using in this study. The questionnaire includes 35 items, which were tested for reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The research subjects include 3185 Vietnamese high school students. Statistical data is processed by using SPSS version 20.0. Research results show that, the need for entrepreneurship is popular among high school students, but is not yet clear. Entrepreneurial consulting activities are implemented in schools, but the frequency is not high, conducted by teachers in the form of group classes. There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between students' need for entrepreneurship and the frequency of counseling activities for them. The research data is scientific basis for establishing the model of entrepreneurship counseling and building measures to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship counseling activities for Vietnamese high school students.

One of the features of the socio-political development of the Russian education system today is the qualitative renewal of the federal structure of our state. Modernization and reform of the educational system in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is justified by the increased responsibility of the regions for the quality of education and the need for integration into the educational space of the state. The regional education system of the various republics of the Russian Federation, having certain general invariant characteristics, always remains conditioned by geographical, economic, sociocultural, national-ethnic, and confessional specifics. BANI World: a New Reality and Educational Meanings

- The article examines the influence of external factors on education due to the peculiarities of the current reality of the BANI world. The signs of this world are understood in the context of changes in education as answers to the challenges of the new reality. The relationship of changes of the modern era in the form of challenges for education, pedagogical practice of training and upbringing, the need for personal development of students is disclosed. The specifics of modern practice meeting the requirements of the new reality were noted. The meanings of changes in the formation of a new reality are indicated: the model of «four-dimensional education» in the 21st century, the development of the personal potential of the student as a subject of the educational process, the use of pedagogical tools for the development of personal potential and the creation of a personal-developing educational environment. These meanings also include: the embodiment of the ideas of personalized training, a new model of the teacher's professionalism in changing conditions, developing management in educational organizations and his tools. The contribution of scientists to the development of scientific and theoretical responses to new challenges of our time to the education system, the pedagogical process of education and training, the process of personal development of a person is outlined. - At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Experts named the immediate «builders of the country's technological sovereignty»: to achieve it, experts in artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics will be needed.
