    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the main provisions of the psychological and pedagogical concept of the world-famous teacher Maria Montessori. The core of her method was feelings. Therefore, she criticized traditional educational practice for starting with ideas and intellect. «Often a scientist who has grasped an idea encounters great difficulties in doing the work we give him, because we have omitted from his education a factor of primary importance, namely, the cultivation of feelings." The mental development of a child occurs spontaneously. Education is not something that a teacher gives. It is a natural and spontaneous process carried out by the child himself. The essence of the Montessori method is what is now called innovative education – the creation of an environment in which children could learn and grow independently of adults, be free to do things on their own and learn at their own pace. In a Montessori classroom, the learning process is controlled not by the interpersonal relationship between a teacher and a child, but by didactic materials. Each element of this equipment was assessed on a pragmatic basis: does the child's competence grow from contact with the material. No tricks were used to attract the child's attention. The didactic materials were designed to be initially interesting and in such a way that the child could correct himself without the help of the teacher.

    In the article, the authors actualize the modern problem of mentoring. Interest in mentoring in education has resurfaced in the last decade. Researchers pay attention to the historical aspects of mentoring. Considering the problem of the role of mentoring in the development of preschoolers, using the context of spiritual and moral education. Mentoring is a universal pedagogical technology. Her role is not only to transfer experience, knowledge and the formation of diverse skills, but also to influence moral and spiritual values through communication and mutual trust. Spiritual and moral development is a gradual expansion of the value-semantic sphere of a personality under the influence of the processes of upbringing and socialization. The authors briefly comment on the features of this process in pre-school conditions.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to consider the teachers’ aging. The factors influencing it are marked, using the example of Alatyr in the Chuvash Republic. In the chapter reveals the local features of secondary school staffing based on the empirical research analysis conducted in the period of 2021 – 2023. To understand the dynamic of changes in teachers’ aging, statistics was calculated. To visualize the results of the study a graphical method was used. The trend towards the aging of teachers in the school system of Alatyr, Chuvash Republic is obvious. It is also proved by the results of the research in pools of primary school, English and Maths teachers in 2021 and 2023. Current data may enable local education authorities to take a long-term approach to establishing a systematic set of strategies to build a more solid ground of the profession. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained data, indicating a low level of renewal of the teaching staff, can be used to improve the situation with the aging of teachers. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that previously the teachers’ aging problem was not directly associated with local features of secondary school staffing. The data can be used by specialists to clarify the system of actions to stimulate the recruitment and retention of new teachers in the school system of a small town considering the local features.

  • Realization of innovative project «The teacher-man – leader and mentor» in the Republic of Tyva

    Abstract:
    The article highlights the results of the implementation of the innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" in the general education system of the Republic of Tuva from 2014 to 2019. The purpose of this work is to review and summarize the regional experience of implementing the project to attract men to teaching. The study addresses the following objectives: studying the gender composition of the teaching staff in Tuvan general education schools; generalizing the methods of ethnopedagogical education used by male teachers in the educational process and popularizing them; assessing the effectiveness of the innovative project based on the analysis of the obtained monitoring data. The author used the methods of content analysis, generalization and systematization of statistical information to identify the gender composition of the teaching staff of Tuva and the prospects for the inclusion of male teachers in the educational and upbringing space of the republic, taking into account the ethnocultural characteristics of traditional education. The innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" is aimed at preventing offenses among students, mainly difficult teenagers, using the traditional culture of Tuvans. The implementation of the project has shown a decrease in the number of offenses, a decrease in the number of children under supervision in those schools where men hold the positions of deputy directors for educational work, teacher-organizers or mentors.

    The epistolary legacy of the outstanding educator Ivan Yakovlevich Yakovlev (1848-1930) is a unique phenomenon in the culture of the Chuvash people. It expresses in a certain way the image of the multifaceted personality of I.Ya. Yakovlev, who worked tirelessly in the field of education and school education of his compatriots for more than half a century. This is evidenced by the results of scientific research by famous scientists G.N. Volkov, V.D. Dimitriev, N.G. Krasnov, G.N. Plechov, I.V. Pavlov, etc. Of particular research interest among the many letters of I. Ya. Yakovlev are lines related to the life of his own family. The study of the epistolary heritage of I. Ya. Yakovlev showed that the family was of great importance in his life. He has always sought to create and maintain an atmosphere of human relations in the family, based primarily on spiritual and moral virtues.

  • Stress resistance of teaching psychologists and pediatrics students

    Abstract:
    The importance of the problem under study is due to the identification of the specifics of stress resistance of students of professions in the “person-to-person” group using the example of future educational psychologists and pediatric students. The purpose of the study was to identify differences in the stress tolerance of students of helping professions, using the example of pediatric students and students of educational psychologists. The hypothesis was that the manifestations of stress tolerance among students of pedagogical psychologists and students of pediatrics are due to differences in the organization and content of professional training and the commonality of future professions in the field of "human-to-human" and aimed at interacting with children. Test methods were used for the study. The study involved 257 students of medical and pedagogical universities. Analysis of the results showed that the majority of students' level of resistance to stress is within the average range; significant differences were found in lack of time. The results of the study are useful for the development of pedagogical technologies for the professional training of stress-resistant specialists in helping professions.

    The study was carried out at the expense of the 2024 state assignment №073-03-2024-051/8 dated 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to carry out research work on the topic «Designing an integrative model of personalized trajectories and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of the adviser to the Director for education and interaction with children's public associations in mentoring conditions». The materials present an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented research on the problem field, which actualizes, within the framework of the modern socio-cultural situation, the design and implementation of personalized professional development trajectories for the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations as a mentor. The authors consider the process of designing a personalized professional development trajectory for the Director of education, including a number of stages and mechanisms of his activity, identify the range of role positions of the adviser, the conditions for implementing personalized professional development trajectories for the Director of education, the mechanisms for designing and implementing a personalized professional development trajectory, and provide technological maps reflecting the sequence of self-movement of a specialist in professional development. Based on the research analysis, the authors determined the essence of the educational practice of the adviser to the Director of education, outlined its characteristics, proposed a classification of educational practices, and provided examples of educational practices implemented in the Russian Federation.

The paper presents the results of a study on the impact of a teacher training program on classroom teaching practices. The study found that the professional development program has a statistically significant and positive impact on planning, implementation, and evaluation practices.     Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.     The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.
