    Abstract:
    This paper examines various aspects of distance learning (DL) for medical students in the spring semester of 2020. Provides general data on the peculiarities of the educational process of medical students, as well as on the experience of introducing an electronic educational environment – «moodle» into it. This environment is constantly being improved and modified. Over the years of use, it has become a kind of assistant for university teachers, complementing the educational process: allowing students to gain knowledge of the subject, remotely monitor the material they have passed, make an appointment for a consultation with a teacher, etc. A real «test» for «moodle» was the transition of students to preschool education, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection. The aim of the work was an attempt to study some aspects of DL in this new and difficult period for the university. The objects of research were 200 students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko: 100 students of the 2nd year of dental and 100 students of the 3rd year of medical faculties, who were divided into 2 subgroups, depending on gender. The study was based on a questionnaire survey of students on a number of aspects of DL. The online activity of students was studied, followed by an assessment of their progress; determined the very attitude of respondents to the moodle system and DL in general; identified the main negative points (according to students) associated with this form of education. Most of the respondents were, on the whole, satisfied with the educational process at the university and the introduction of the electronic educational environment into the complex learning process. However, many recognized the «moodle» as somewhat «not ready» for the full transition to DL. Also, the most frequent reasons for «absence» of classes by students were identified and the most significant negative aspects of DL were identified. Based on the results, the educational process at a number of departments of the university was corrected in a timely manner. The data obtained are of interest to employees of various departments of medical universities.

    Представленная автором программа направлена на повышение психологической компетентности педагогических работников в коммуникативной сфере и, как следствие, повышение уровня безопасности психического развития обучающихся. Ожидаемый результат достигается через повышение уровня психологической культуры педагогов, развитие навыков эффективного общения и сотрудничества со всеми участниками образовательного процесса, овладение способами разрешения конфликтов и навыков эмоциональной саморегуляции. Основными используемыми в рамках освоения программы формами работы с учителями являются психопросвещение, психопрофилактика, тренинги и психологические практикумы релаксации, групповая и индивидуальная работа, психоконсультирование. Успешное освоение программы педагогами определяется результатами психодиагностических проб основных психологических профессионально значимых показателей психологической компетентности, а также посредством мониторинга психологической безопасности образовательной среды.

Автор приходит к выводу об эффективности применения технических возможностей MOODLE в условиях дистанционного обучения в период пандемии, однако считает его недостаточным и неспособным полностью заменить работу по выработке англоязычной коммуникативной компетенции в учебной аудитории.

    В статье рассмотрено значение анализа бизнес-среды организации, ее состав. Анализ бизнес-среды проведен на примере торговой организации. В качестве основы для проведения исследования использовались аналитический метод, методы эмпирического исследования и ситуационного анализа. Исследование основных показателей бизнес-среды позволило выявить сильные и слабые стороны субъекта малого бизнеса и определить основные угрозы и возможности дальнейшего развития. С помощью SWOT-анализа сформулированы основные направления развития организации, связанные с открытием новой торговой точки, расширением клиентской базы за счет активизации рекламной деятельности.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается тема формирования профессионала в изменившихся условиях современности. Четвертая промышленная революция, в которую вступило человечество, стремительно меняет мир вокруг нас: невиданные прежде разработки и достижения – искусственный интеллект, робототехника, большие данные и Интернет вещей, – несомненно, будут влиять на экономику и человеческий труд. При этом интеллектуальный труд в XXI веке подвергнется не меньшему воздействию, чем ручной труд, который навсегда изменился в результате промышленной революции XIX века. Да и сама система высшего образования за последние двадцать лет подвергается кардинальным изменениям – бóльшим, чем за предыдущее тысячелетие, ведь, если в парадигмах образования 1.0, 2.0 и даже в значительной степени 3.0 студенты были в основном потребителями информационных ресурсов, которые предоставлялись им для поглощения и присвоения в виде знаний, новая образовательная парадигма 4.0 основывается на активной роли студентов в процессе обучения и формировании их новой функции – со-трудников, со-зидателей нового знания. То есть их профессиональные личности должны формироваться не только и не столько преподавателями, сколько в процессе совместной учебной деятельности высококвалифицированных профессионалов сегодняшних и высокомотивированных профессионалов завтрашних. Новый мир, основанный на эффективной межкультурной коммуникации в цифровой среде, нуждается в профессионалах нового типа, и вузам всего мира нужно срочно понять, как именно можно этого добиться.

    В исследовательскую задачу автором включены проблемы делового общения студентов в группе и субъектно-объектной активности в звеньях «личность – группа», «личность – личность», «студент – образовательный процесс». Статья посвящена анализу представлений об эффективном коллективе и условий конструктивного взаимодействия студентов. Предметом изучения являются типы взаимоотношений и деловой активности студентов, показатели, характеризующие неразвитость группы. Автором поставлена и решена цель обоснования условий, факторов и кредо активности студентов и моделей поведения и творческого отношения к учёбе. В статье затронуты аспекты построения модели студенческой синергии в учёбе и в деловых отношениях. Уделено внимание проявлению адаптивного состояния внутренних норм образовательной среды. Предложены к рассмотрению выводы о влияющей возможности обучающих образовательных методик и методологических подходов на стремление студентов к индивидуальному развитию.

    Abstract:
    The article covers significance of cultural and educational events for development of the bilingual environment; gives definitions of the terms “bilingualism”, “bilingual educational environment” and “indigenous / small peoples”. The relevance of studying this issue is in changing approaches from 2017 in teaching national languages in bilingual and multilingual regions of the country, in changing the number of hours in teaching in native (national) languages in a secondary school, in taking into account the national-regional component in the education system of a multinational state. The subject of the research is rapidly disappearing ethnic groups and their languages according to the classification of languages of UNESCO. The article emphasizes the importance of preserving and promoting national languages and cultures for establishing intercultural dialogue and peaceful coexistence of ethnic groups in a multinational state. The purpose of the article is to identify and draw attention to the problem of disappearance of national languages and cultures through a set of measures in the field of culture, science, education. Research methods: study of literature on the research topic, analysis of educational programs and curricula, a comparative analysis method for describing the status of the languages. Results. In the study, we came to the conclusion that the availability of bilingual textbooks and teaching aids with assignments built on national-Russian bilingualism, the organization of various kinds of bilingual events and their popularization in the media will help to maintain a viable level of national languages and cultures of indigenous peoples in the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The chapter analyzes the needs of the modern labour market for highly qualified professionals with a highly developed professional communicative personality, and the possibility of forming the professional personality based on at least two communicative competencies developed on the basis of the native and foreign languages. Based on the study, the author has identified significant characteristics of the digital environment in relation to the goals of heterogeneous and autonomous learning, relevant for both distance and open learning, their positive impact on the effectiveness of the educational process and its results, coming to a conclusion of the importance of the digital environment for the gradual transformation of “pedagogy of teaching” into “pedagogy of opportunity” (R. Arnold, 1993). Based on the conducted analysis of previous definitions, the author offers and justifies her own definition of “professional personality” and sets out her own concept of the linguistic personality, which combines the concept of a linguistic personality developed by Yury Karaulov and the concept of a secondary linguistic personality developed by Irina Khaleyeva, as well as the hypothesis proposed by Lyubov Yarotskaya. The work emphasizes the importance of introducing ICTs and hypermedia into foreign language teaching programmes for an effective formation of communicative competencies and the importance of the hypertext environment as a whole for solving urgent educational problems in the new educational paradigm.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the text as a multifaceted concept that a pupil is faced with both when perceiving the educational content and producing his / her own oral and written answers. The emphasis in the article is made on the two most frequent types of speech used in various school subjects, that is description and reasoning. The purpose of the work is to systemize the philological knowledge about the text, its kinds and methods of its creation, since it is necessary to know for organizing the environment for language development. During the study the following methods were used: comparative method, generalization, comparison, systemization, theoretical analysis of research and methodological literature on text theory, stylistics, genre studies and methods of teaching Russian. As a conclusion specific features for describing an object and a portrait of a person are presented; the main types of classification are introduced and principles of their building-up are formulated. A special attention in regard to the essays is paid to the laws of logic. Various examples from school text books are given. It is concluded that taking into account all the achievements accumulated in the theory of text, stylistics, genre studies, as well as methods of teaching Russian for creating an environment for language development, will allow teachers to improve the perception of tasks by students and will contribute to the formation of skills for creating written and oral answers.

    Abstract:
    The authors outline that the main trend in modern education, both in Russia and in the world as a whole, is the digitalization and informatization of the educational process. This leads to disagreements in understanding the potential of this phenomenon, as the main factor, affecting the comprehensive and systematic development and self-development of a modern student’s personality. In turn, this is due to the diverse interpretations of the terms, included in this area of the knowledge, by other sciences without taking into account the specifics of the educational process, which prompted the authors to undertake the study. The purpose of the article is to review the basic concepts, related to the informatization of modern education in Russia, as well as to describe the trends in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, their role in the formation of the information and educational environment of an educational institution. Methods. The main research method is the analysis of literary sources and regulations, related to the field of information technologies application in education, on the basis of which the authors consider and generalize different concepts. Results. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the importance of information and communication technologies and the information and educational environment as the main factors in the modernization of the educational process. However, the importance of combining the traditional teaching methods with methods, based on the use of innovative technologies without a fundamental change in the educational paradigm was emphasized.
