  • The impact of geopolitical factors on company value

    Abstract:
    In order to understand the influence of geopolitical factors on the value of the company the value of PJSC Sberbank will be estimated using dividend discount model and earning multiplier and after that compared with values of JPMorgan Chase and HSBC banks which will be calculated using same methods in order to estimate the discount that Russian bank will have in comparison with American and British banks that are supposed to have zero discount since those countries are considered as the most stable and economically developed in the world thus it makes sense to calculate discount rate based on their prices. Also, a regression model which will analyze factors that can affect the price of stocks of those banks will be considered, and if the results for Russian and Western banks are too different, it becomes possible to estimate the error (discount) which is applied when pricing Russian assets.

    Abstract:
    The article describes bankruptcy issues and information on conducting an assessment of the probability of assessing the bankruptcy of companies. Based on the data from the accounting statements of the oil and gas company PJSC Lukoil, the probability of bankruptcy of the company was assessed using four bankruptcy forecasting models. The article presents the conclusions of the analysis, evaluates the success of the introduction of the financial policy of the company.

    В статье автор обосновывает мысль о том, что вводимые США, странами Запада и иными государствами санкции в отношении России, ее граждан и российских юридических лиц представляют угрозу экономической безопасности нашей страны, так как влекут ощутимые потери для многих секторов нашей экономики, с которыми, однако, во многих случаях удается справляться. Противостоять санкциям Российская Федерация пытается разными способами, в том числе устанавливая меры уголовной и административной ответственности за призывы к введению мер ограничительного характера в отношении Российской Федерации, граждан РФ или российских юридических лиц. Анализу правовых норм, установивших запреты на такое поведение, практики их применения и посвящена данная работа.

В работе на основе анализа российского законодательства определены основные меры, необходимые для совершенствования регулирования вопросов осуществления международных и внешнеэкономических связей органов местного самоуправления.     Abstract:
    At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Experts named the immediate «builders of the country's technological sovereignty»: to achieve it, experts in artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics will be needed.

    Abstract:
    The chapter deals with the problem of preparing children for school, understood as a vector of development of a preschool child involved in a certain learning situation. The content of the educational program is presented. The authors use data from empirical studies obtained using standardized methods [7; 19], which made it possible to determine the level of readiness of older preschool children to study at school. The results of the implementation of the author's program of the teacher of additional education are analyzed. The importance of the development of arbitrary behavior of children, arbitrary attention, cognitive interest in the beginning of school has been established. The importance of the game – the leading activity of a preschooler – in the process of developing classes is shown. The importance of creative activities in the development of the child is noted.

    The emergence of new public policy priorities in the field of education changes the role of lifelong education in the system of socialization of the individual, as well as the nature of interaction between various subjects within the educational process and beyond. To increase competitiveness in the labor market, students of higher educational institutions need to be prepared to quickly master new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of professional activity in the labor market. One of the forms of obtaining specific knowledge and skills for students in parallel with higher education is additional education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general professional competencies among bachelors of pedagogical education using additional education programs. Materials and methods of research. The research materials are the methodologically based on a scientific review of research approaches developed in domestic pedagogy in the field of improving the system of training generalist specialists in the development of additional education programs. The research methods are the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literary sources, as well as questioning of students. Research results. At the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev Center for Continuing Education. To determine the possibility of additional professional education, a study was conducted among students of this university in order to identify their awareness of the possibilities of mastering additional education programs. The results of the survey, according to which many students plan to undergo additional education in standard programs, 20% plan to receive certificates or certificates in a whole range of programs. Conclusions. The system of additional education adapts future teachers to the specifics of modern socio-economic conditions, high demands from the labor market and, ultimately, forms a highly qualified specialist with a wide profile, capable of a continuous process of self-improvement in the process of professional activity.
