    Abstract:
    Microfinance institutions are demonstrating a consistently high rate of expansion worldwide. In the Russian Federation, these organizations play a vital role in the financial ecosystem. They provide access to loans for small businesses, and their services are also important for individuals whose income levels do not allow them to qualify for standard banking products. The existing microloan regulation system in Russia requires development, as the microfinance sector is characterized by serious problems, including high interest rates, risky lending terms, and unfair practices by some lenders. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of microloan regulation in Russia. This article utilizes research methods such as theoretical source analysis, statistical data, and comparative analysis. Indicators characterizing the performance of microfinance organizations in the Russian Federation for 2021-2025 were analyzed.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources. Systems, activity-based, and resource-based approaches were employed to synthesize theoretical data into a unified structural and functional model.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of organizing interaction between the family and an educational organization in the formation of self-organization skills in preschool children through the optimization of time planning processes. This process is carried out by expanding the context of play and productive activities in a specialized developmental environment. The authors present a project whose structure corresponds to the algorithm for forming the basics of time management in preschool children and includes four consecutive modules. The project involves the development of a long-term plan for the joint activities of all participants in educational relations. The project's methodological basis is based on a comprehensive approach to the educational process, which aims to help children develop the ability to manage their time effectively, plan their activities consciously, and manage their resources efficiently.

    Abstract:
    The chapter describes the problems of commodity balance management in wholesale non-specialized trade and describes its role in meeting public needs. A special feature of this type of trade is the work with a wide range of heterogeneous goods, which creates specific difficulties in inventory management. The inventory management mechanism highlights systematic inventory accounting and control, constant work with illiquid and slow-turning goods. An analysis of the activities of Constanta Torg LLC (the main activity is wholesale and retail trade in non–specialized stores) revealed operational growth with a systemic decline in profitability. Despite the increase in revenue and gross margin, net profit is declining due to an increase in business expenses for new outlets and warehouses. Key problems have been identified: informal segmentation of the assortment, reactive work with illiquids, lack of differentiated standards, organizational separation of procurement, sales and marketing departments. It is proposed to introduce innovations for the solution.: institute of category managers, operational controlling system with KPI monitoring, digitalization of management based on Big Data. The inventory management mechanism should be integrated into the organization's digital systems to detect deviations in a timely manner. The object of the study was wholesale non-specialized trade (OKVED 46.9), the subject was the management of commodity balances of Constant Torg LLC. General scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and private (observation, comparison, measurement) methods were used.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of self-organization as a key condition for the success of the educational and professional activity of medical college students. Based on a theoretical analysis, the main approaches to understanding this phenomenon are systematized and its structural components are identified. The results of an empirical study conducted among students of the "Nursing" specialty revealed both a positive dynamic in the general level of self-organization by the senior year and persistent problems in the sphere of activity regulation and internal motivation. The work substantiates the didactic potential of simulation practice as a means of targeted formation of self-organization skills in conditions that model future professional reality.

    The article examines the phenomenon of the Ingush tower culture as a holistic phenomenon that integrates architectural achievements, social institutions, legal and ethical norms, as well as religious and mythological beliefs of the Ingush people. Based on an analysis of architectural features, the typology of structures, and ethnographic research data, it is argued that the tower complex is not just a defensive and residential ensemble, but a sacred space that embodies the traditional code of honor of the Ingush people, known as «Ezdel».

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to analyze ways to improve the efficiency of well construction under the conditions of outsourcing. The most popular business model for organizing well construction is the split service. Unlike general contracting and integrated project management, it involves a more detailed division of the production process into business processes performed by specialized organizations. Three key elements of sustainable development of drilling services have been identified as priorities: competitive selection of contractors, the use of an end-to-end quality management system, and compliance assessment. It has been established that the qualification of technological processes as special is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of completed wells. In general, the quality of wells can be represented as a combination of their functionality, reliability, safety, and resource intensity. The quality of wells can be ensured through the use of a quality management system. A retrospective analysis of drilling supervision as an element of the quality management system has revealed that the next stage of its development is analytical drilling supervision.

    Abstract:
    The chapter shows that the main points in the concept of ownership by V.N. Afanasyev are its functioning as a form of combining production factors (individual labor, organizational and legal forms of economic activity, international forms of economic cooperation and the correspondence of the form of ownership to the form of the product (for collective labor – this is a directly social product, for individual labor – a commodity. The author argues the position that both a strictly centralized economy and a chaotic accumulation of forms of ownership are harmful to the economy, which in both cases causes instability of economic development.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the development and substantiation of a pedagogical model of the educational environment that ensures the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking of older preschoolers. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources on the stated problem, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical modeling. The result of the study was the clarification of the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler", on the basis of which a pedagogical model for the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers was substantiated and developed. The theoretical significance consists in clarifying and supplementing the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking" of an older preschooler. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's model of the educational environment, which is described by the following components: value-oriented, content-technological and performance-evaluative. The components of the concept "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler" allowed us to define a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions that model the educational environment for the development of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers. This model can be used depending on the internal and external conditions in which the preschool carries out educational activities.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.
