    The concept of “musical talent” is considered, as well as the main musical and performance abilities and skills of students-pianists. The features of teachers’ modern teaching approach in piano lessons with gifted children are characterized. The distinctive features of the manifestation of the basic musical talent of gifted children in the piano lessons are analyzed. The importance of enlightening the teacher to the individual characteristics of a gifted child is emphasized.

    Abstract:
    A scientific analysis on the problem of children's giftedness is presented in the article. The individual approach is thoroughly characterized as a methodological component of modern humanistic education, based on the laws of human individuality and taking into account unique features of each pupil, their aptitudes and needs. Age and psychological features of gifted first-graders are revealed. The authors give a meaningful description of pedagogical work and problems with gifted first-graders. In the course of the research, the authors carried out a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem. It is concluded that one of the main conditions for the implementation of an individual approach in domestic education is pedagogical activity with gifted children.

    In the modern educational process, a significant role should be given to psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children, because in the school environment, their self-esteem often becomes inadequate. Creating a psychologically safe environment, pedagogical conditions, and the correct relationship between teachers and pupils is the task of the school team to maintain normal self-esteem of gifted pupils. The problem is particularly evident in primary school age when moving to a new social environment, so the work of teachers and psychologists at this age stage should be particularly detailed.

    Abstract:
    The possibilities of using non-traditional approaches in organizing the educational process of gifted children in the Republic of Tajikistan are considered in the article. Interest in the problem is due to social transformations that have served as a trigger for creating new conditions and prospects in the field of education in the Republic of Tajikistan, including work with gifted children. An example of the organization of the most interesting and well-established forms of conducting reading lessons is given. Lessons built as lessons-discussions, conferences, concerts, dramatizations, competitions, courts, talk shows allow each child to choose the most interesting and acceptable format for participation, show creativity, and reveal their potential.

    The article is devoted to the issue of possible prospects for personality development of gifted children. The author’s approach is based on the results of research made by American psychologist L. Terman. Analyzing the subject, the author pays special attention to acceleration in personality development of the gifted children as one the educational strategies. The author is also touching upon the issue of establishing a special school for gifted children. The general conclusion made in the article is that various manifestations of giftedness and a child’s advances in various fields at an early age regretfully cannot guarantee success in his future path of self-realization.

    The Belarusian work experience of the teaching staff with gifted children is presented in the article. This teaching staff was led by the author of the article in the 1990s. They are distinguished by tireless curiosity, the desire to constantly load themselves with cognitive and search tasks, etc. The target function of the national education system of Belarus is to create conditions for the development of talents, personal abilities and their use for the benefit of society and themselves.

The course program "Intellectual Labor Techniques" provides psychodiagnostics and further development of cognitive abilities, taking into account the interests, aptitudes and personal characteristics of gifted children and youth.     The article is devoted to the relevance of socio-cultural practices. The purpose of the study is to consider socio-cultural practices as a means of forming the social success of adolescents. Methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization, synthesis, interpretation, and summary. As a result, the concept of socio-cultural practices as a type of independent activity is clarified in the unique intersection of perspective and current interests of a growing individual who acquires his life experience for successful socialization. The value of a variety of socio-cultural practices is revealed from the point of view of understanding the semantic, transformative, and integration capabilities of the children's international center as the optimal base for the formation of social success of adolescents. The role of competent tutoring in the support of socio-cultural practices in the framework of the "Good school" project is revealed.

    Social design is considered as the basis for professional growth of a social work graduate. In this article, the importance of project activities in the current standard as a universal competence of a social work specialist is demonstrated. Based on the specifics of social work, a project is defined as an author’s version of solving a social issue. The topics of students’ projects based on the results of social diagnostics in an evolving society are presented. The features of social modeling in social design are considered. On the example of the Moscow region, the possibilities of forming an innovative education strategy in which design acts as a tool for social development are shown.
