    Abstract:
    The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children showed a positive result.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter of the monograph justifies the need to use a regionally oriented e-course as a means of additional education in teaching the Russian language in a multi-ethnic environment. Based on the results of the survey of teachers working in polynational classes, the problems of teaching the Russian language of Inophone children in schools in the Murmansk region were identified. A brief overview of Internet resources allowing to improve knowledge and skills in the Russian language is presented. The structure and content of the author's regionally oriented e-course are described, which includes materials that can demonstrate the specifics of the Kola North, its linguistic and cultural characteristics. It is argued that such a course will not only allow developing the linguistic and linguoculturalist competence of Inophone children, but will also contribute to a more successful socio-language adaptation of students.

    The problem of writing disorders is a very relevant topic of research in elementary school. Therefore, the importance of psychological and pedagogical support of children with a violation of written speech in an educational school is increasing. The authors of the article consider the psychological and pedagogical support of children with a violation of written speech in the framework of the implementation of the social project «Gramoteyka».     Abstract:
    The relevance of the chapter topic is due to the fact that very little attention is paid to the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech when teaching in general educational institutions. Recent studies have shown a large percentage of first graders who have speech impairments, in particular oral, when they enter school. Speech disorders affect not only the child's communication skills and learning outcomes in the disciplines «Russian language» and «Literature». The cognitive sphere of a child is a world of close interconnections, where a violation or underdevelopment of one of the structures slows down or disrupts the development of another. Deviations in speech development impede the formation of verbal-logical thinking, operations of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and classification, which leads not only to difficulties in mastering the program material of individual disciplines, but also generally negatively affects the cognitive development of the child. We see the search for effective approaches to solving this problem in STEAM education, an ever-growing direction, implying an approach in which several subject areas are integrated into interdisciplinary project and research activities. Having studied the existing developments in the framework of special education, we see a real possibility and need to develop a methodological manual based on the STEAM approach in order to form the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech.

  • About the Implementation of the «School Cooperation» Project in the Republic of Tatarstan

    The article focuses on the need for career guidance in rural schools, the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship, the results of the «school cooperation» project in the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that today modern youth does not see the possibility of self-realization and a decent lifestyle in rural areas, in their small homeland. The development and promotion of the «school cooperation» project provides an opportunity for young people, students of rural schools to realize the possibilities of doing business in rural areas (and/or in cities) by engaging in cooperative entrepreneurship. Using the method of descriptive analysis of the data set and numerous surveys of rural schools, district administrations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other regions of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that modern youth does not seek to stay in rural areas. The monitoring made it possible to come to the conclusion that in many regions of the republic there is a personnel shortage of individual specialists. Results. Based on the data obtained, the directions of cooperation and the possibility of implementing the «Accelerator of School Cooperatives» project were proposed, which was highly appreciated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, corresponds to the goals of national projects and subprojects. Popularization and development of cooperation will make it possible to create a full-cycle cooperation in the future. The materials of the article will be useful to the heads of district administrations, heads of secondary schools for the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship and the organization of student cooperatives in the regions.

  • Models and Concepts of the Supernatural in Cases of Children’s Perception: The Experience of an Internet Survey

    The study is devoted to analyzing the reports of childhood experiences with the supernatural. The source base is formed from the results of Internet survey conducted by the author. The author carried out a typologization of the sample from the survey data and proposed an interpretation that correlates the survey responds both with traditional folklore imagery and the psychological reasons underlying the event described by the respondent. The author comes to the conclusion that a kind of hypertext in the picture of such cases represented by the respondents is formed, which includes both references to traditional folklore and borrowings from mass culture. At the same time, in a number of cases the author raises the question that a psychological interpretation of the above descriptions as cases of mixing sleep and reality or phantom memories is possible.

    The study presents the result of a pedagogical experiment conducted on the basis of a school and the analysis of empirical data obtained during its implementation. During the pedagogical experiment, the testing method was used – this is a psychological verbal-communicative method in which a specially designed list of questions test is used as a means to collect information from the respondent. The paper presents the result of mathematical processing of empirical data obtained during the pedagogical experiment using the Mann-Whitney U-test. Separately, it is noted that the relevance of information socialization of youth is determined by the complexity of the modern Russian social situation.
