    The results of an empiric study of the characteristics of interpersonal relationships in an inclusive environment in primary school children with normal and impaired development are presented in the article. The authors describe the features of the correctional development work, the methods and techniques used; features of theatrical and design activities application to optimize interpersonal relationships in an inclusive environment are considered. Based on the results of the study, the recommendations for teachers on the studied issues are proposed by the authors.

    The relevance of the development of the concept of orphaned children’s civic education is justified in the article. The concept is based on the provision on the possibility of forming the subject citizenship of orphaned children in the museum environment. The main content of the concept is disclosed: the description of methodological approaches on which the concept is based is presented. A number of patterns of the process of orphaned children’s civic education have been identified, principles of civic education have been defined and revealed, conditions and rules for their implementation have been described.

    This work is aimed at identifying the features of attention stability in older preschool children with different levels of speech development, which occurs in the form of experimental actions. The project will include problem definition, the search for its solution via conducting techniques, analysis of documents, observation, reading psychological and pedagogical literature. The proposed forms of work are relevant, since early diagnostics at the stage of preschool and school education are aimed at identifying children who belong to a low level of attention development (its properties). This level of attention development affects the child's successful acquisition of educational skills and learning material at the initial stage of training. Conducted independent research allows you to answer problematic questions.

  • Rehabilitation Resources of the Novgorod Counting-Out Rhyme in the Speech Therapy Correction of Motor Alalia

    Abstract:
    A brief essential characteristic of motor alalia is described in the article. The purpose of the article is to show the possibilities of using small folklore forms as a means of correction and rehabilitation of motor alalia. The research data of specialists in speech therapy who have used Novgorod children's folklore as a means of rehabilitation for preschoolers with severe speech impairment in the conditions of the “Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities” in Veliky Novgorod is presented. Methods. The criteria analysis of linguistic, speech therapy, pedagogical and ethnographic literature, as well as summative and formative assessment within the framework of empirical research were main research methods. The hypothesis on effective means of correcting alalia in preschoolers in the structure of the complex method that can be used in small folklore forms was tested. Results. Small folklore forms are considered as productive cognitive and semantic categories, which, in properly built correctional work with preschoolers with motor alalia, can contribute to the formation of their language competence. The problems and significant rehabilitation resources of children's folklore in the speech therapy correction of motor alalia in preschoolers are structured. The difficulties of using children's folklore as speech material in the process of speech therapy correction are presented. And also, significant rehabilitation resources of small folklore forms are pointed out. A clinical event of a five-year-old girl's successful getting rid of motor alalia by using of counting-out rhyme was analyzed. It is concluded that small folklore forms can be used as an effective means of correcting motor alalia in preschoolers in the structure of comprehensive rehabilitation.

    The relevance of the study of the topic “Electromagnetic phenomena” lies in the widespread implementation of this scientific direction in various spheres of human activity. A content analysis of the various authors’ textbooks, historical background, theoretical and practical components necessary for studying electromagnetic phenomena in physics by pupils of 8–9 grades are defined. The possibilities of education material for formation of scientific worldview and development of physical thinking in schoolchildren are considered.   • Determining the Total Number of Endocrine Disorders Among Children With Speech Disorders: Social and Dispatching Work

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to determining the total number of endocrine disorders of the thyroid gland among children with speech disorders based on medical ultrasound data. The author of the article outlines that due to the fact that the prevalence of speech disorders is 100% among children with hypothyroidism, the following question deserves attention: “How many endocrine disorders can occur in children with speech disorders?”. Methods of research. Within the framework of the social and dispatching work of specialists of the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission, the referral of children with speech disorders to a medical ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland was organized. At the same time, none of the children had previously been examined by an endocrinologist or received appropriate treatment. The first group of children attended speech therapy classes at the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction in Nizhneudinsk in the 2013-2014 academic year. The second group of children attended preschool educational institution №208 in the 2016-2017 academic year. The study allowed to draw the following key conclusions: in children with speech disorders in 40% of cases do have previously undetected endocrine disorders that deserve close attention and study by medical professionals, both of primary health care institution (Institute of Pediatrics) and pediatric endocrinologists; 29% of children with speech disorders potentially need the help of an endocrinologist. The algorithm for sending parents of children with speech disorders to consult medical specialists, whose help the child may need is presented in the article. The results of the study may be of interest to a wide range of medical and pedagogical specialists working in the system of school psychological and pedagogical councils, central and territorial psychological and medical and pedagogical commissions in the current conditions of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) implementation.

  • Moral Education of Primary School Children in the Process of Studying Works of Art

    The purpose of the article is to consider the features and conditions of primary school children’s moral education, to interpret the value of native literature in the national culture to primary school children, as well as to form their own value orientations. Research methods. The following methods were applied: comparative and theoretical analysis of various textbooks on literary reading for primary classes, pedagogical materials; generalization, comparison, systematization. It is noted that following three main areas: cognitive, emotional and value-based, and behavioral can improve the effectiveness of work with primary school children. The selection of content, the organization of the educational process, the use of appropriate methods, techniques, and forms of organization of children's activities are the main conditions of moral education in the literary reading lessons. The results of the study. With the help of specially selected stories by the authors, primary school children were introduced to situations where they needed to show their moral education. In the course of using stories, children received an idea of honesty and justice, benevolence and self-control, modesty and a sense of self-esteem, as well as the manifestation of negative character traits. It is concluded that based on the study of V.A. Oseeva's stories, the main directions for primary school children’ moral development are implemented.

    A scientific analysis on the problem of children's giftedness is presented in the article. The individual approach is thoroughly characterized as a methodological component of modern humanistic education, based on the laws of human individuality and taking into account unique features of each pupil, their aptitudes and needs. Age and psychological features of gifted first-graders are revealed. The authors give a meaningful description of pedagogical work and problems with gifted first-graders. In the course of the research, the authors carried out a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem.     The possibilities of using non-traditional approaches in organizing the educational process of gifted children in the Republic of Tajikistan are considered in the article. Interest in the problem is due to social transformations that have served as a trigger for creating new conditions and prospects in the field of education in the Republic of Tajikistan, including work with gifted children. An example of the organization of the most interesting and well-established forms of conducting reading lessons is given.
