    The purpose of the article is to consider the views and assessments on the issues of social education of one of the prominent representatives of the Russian scientific and pedagogical community N.N. Iordansky, to trace their connection with the present. Research material. Scientific and pedagogical works of N.N. Iordansky became the material for the research. Research results and conclusions. One of the main directions of scientific and pedagogical activity of N.N. Iordansky was the issues of social education. The ideas and recommendations formulated by him were aimed at preparing a thinking and practically oriented graduate at school, capable and striving to independently acquire knowledge, determine his place in life and who is ready to successfully move along the intended path. They represent not only an important contribution to the history of pedagogical thought, but are also relevant for modern pedagogy.

Under the guidance of the father and mother, the child acquires his own first life experience, simple knowledge about the reality around him, skills and abilities of life in society. Forming the personality of a teenager is the most important task of parents. Adolescence is the time when there is an understanding of oneself in society, knowledge of the generally accepted framework of behavior and communication.     Abstract:
    The analysis of literature sources on the theory of systems and the system of physical culture and recreation activities in the conditions of a general education school is carried out. It is revealed that this system is a multi-component type of activity, including the staffing of specialists of physical culture and health and medical profile, namely, physical education teachers and medical personnel. Of great importance for the existence and development of the system is the material and technical base of the sports and recreation profile, the development of extracurricular activities with a sufficient set of sports sections and the conduct of extracurricular activities and sports competitions. The development of the human potential of the younger generation in terms of physical education should be based on taking into account the individual typological characteristics of schoolchildren. It is shown that half of the national projects directly contribute to the development of the human potential of the younger generation and their implementation through the introduction of a system of physical culture and recreation work in secondary schools will help to preserve and strengthen the health of children and adolescents, both at present and in later adulthood.

    The article examines the issue of sound reproduction of primary school children with functional dyslalia. In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in the number of children with speech disorders. Such disorders have a significant impact on child's mental development, which is reflected in his behavior and activities. Severe speech disorders can affect the child's mental development, i.e. the formation of higher levels of cognitive activity. This is due to the close relationship between speech and thinking which can affect the limits of speech contacts of the child, their knowledge of the surrounding reality.

The influence of the family on the psychological well-being / ill-being of a child with disabilities is noted. An opinion was expressed about the need to provide timely consultative assistance to families raising children with disabilities, which helps to reduce psychoemotional stress in both parents and a child with disabilities, prevents them from developing personality disorders, the development of subdepressive states.
