    В статье рассмотрено применение графовых нейронных сетей для анализа структурных зависимостей в цифровых двойниках промышленных предприятий. Производственный процесс формализован как ориентированный гетерогенный граф; архитектура Graph Attention Network предсказывает вероятность каскадных отказов. На реальном датасете UCI AI4I 2020 показано преимущество подхода: F1 = 0,891, упреждение 2,4 производственного цикла, снижение ложных срабатываний на 16,3%. Обосновано влияние метода на социально-экономическую эффективность предприятий: сокращение незапланированных простоев, оптимизация ремонтов, устойчивость занятости.

    Abstract:
    The scientific study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing entrance test programs for the direction 03/54.01 Design in the fields of «Graphic Design» and «Costume Design» at leading universities in Russia. Two main models of applicant selection have been identified: traditional, focused on academic skills, and modern, focusing on project training. It is established that the current competitive selection system requires modernization due to general trends in higher education and society as a whole. Research has shown the need to shift the focus from assessing the professional skills developed to identifying the adaptive potential and conceptual thinking of applicants. A model for the modernization of the entrance test program is proposed, integrating traditional methods of assessing artistic literacy with modern diagnostic tools for project competencies. The developed concept aims to attract a contingent of students who meet the requirements of modern design education, and provides an objective approach to evaluating work, taking into account the diverse training of applicants and their professional self-determination.

    The chapter addresses the pressing issue of popularizing creative activity. It examines the place and role of design promotion for an author’s brand. The object of the study is the project work of a graphic designer. The significance of promoting an author’s clothing brand is substantiated. A logo is developed to enhance the memorability of the brand’s packaging. The goal of the study is to identify the specifics of the collaboration between the project work and the graphic support for the brand. The following tasks are set for the study: to review and analyze existing lines of graphic solutions for brands; to identify the features of the connection between the collection concept and the brand’s logo. As a result of the study, a graphical visualization of various graphic design objects was created to promote the clothing brand.

  • Features of preparing layouts for printing on fabrics

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines modern technologies for applying images to fabric in the context of graphic design, corporate identity, and merchandising. The key printing and decorating methods are analysed – silkscreen printing, machine embroidery, sublimation printing, and DTF printing. For each method, an assessment is provided of its technological features, economic feasibility, limitations, and areas of application – from mass production to individual art objects. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of pre‑press layout preparation: resolution requirements, color models, minimum element sizes, file types, and typical mistakes made by novice designers. The final part formulates the criteria for choosing a technology depending on the type of fabric, print run, budget, and design task. A designer with a deep understanding of printing technologies has a clearer idea of the final result of their work and can offer the client higher‑quality and more innovative solutions. Knowledge of printing processes helps students navigate the rapidly changing graphic industry and keep track of new trends and technical innovations. This gives an advantage – the ability to stay ahead of the curve and introduce fresh ideas and methods into projects, which is an important factor for a successful career in graphic design.

    The chapter analyzes the process of developing variable and parametric typography from the perspective of a cultural‑ecological approach. Modern font classification systems are examined, and the need to revise them in light of the emergence of complex display and parametric forms is substantiated. A methodology for designing dynamic identity is proposed, which includes the stages of pre‑project research, form generation, automation, and adaptation of fonts for various media. The practice of applying this methodology in teaching design students is described, and the results of project activities are presented. The conclusion is drawn regarding the importance of integrating variable and parametric typography into the educational process to develop competencies in the field of adaptive design and algorithmic thinking.

    Обосновывается перенос методологии графовых нейронных сетей (ГНС), апробированной на датасете UCI AI4I 2020 для предиктивного обслуживания промышленных линий, на задачу анализа академических рисков обучающихся. Производственная линия формализуется как ориентированный гетерогенный граф, а Graph Attention Network (GAT) прогнозирует вероятность «каскадных сбоев» с F1 = 0,891 и упреждением в 2,4 цикла. Проводится педагогическая интерпретация результатов: узлы графа соответствуют образовательным модулям, а рёбра – логическим и мотивационным зависимостям, что создаёт основу для индивидуализации сопровождения.

Л.В. Козак сыграла значительную роль в развитии методики преподавания химии воды в ДВГУПС, была инициатором и ответственным исполнителем по переоснащению кафедральных лабораторий. Цель предлагаемой юбилейной статьи – познакомить с опытом педагогической работы Л.В. Козак и ее коллег в области сорбционной очистки воды. Высказаны рекомендации, описаны технические приемы и даны примеры, которые недостаточно освещены в методической литературе по химии воды.

На основе анализа научной литературы классифицированы типы специфических ошибок, обусловленных нарушением фонемного распознавания. Сделан вывод о первичности сенсорно-перцептивного дефицита в структуре артикуляторно-акустической дисграфии.

    This work provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of institutionalization of a specialist's personal brand in the field of choreographic art as a strategic resource that determines the trajectory of professional development in the modern cultural economy. The author explores the transformation of this phenomenon from a peripheral element of self-presentation to a system-forming imperative, which is driven by a combination of factors: the high density of the cultural services market, which requires the differentiation of actors through the construction of unique identities; the fundamental shift in audience expectations towards building an emotional and meaningful connection with the creator; and the expansion of digital communication channels, which democratize access to audiences and impose new requirements on the authenticity of content. The central thesis of the study is the formation of a qualitatively new model of professional subjectivity that emerges at the intersection of artistic creativity and symbolic economics. Within this model, artistic value ceases to exist in isolation from its market and media dimensions, seamlessly integrating into the brand structure and becoming the core of a convertible intangible asset. The study explores the mechanisms by which reputation capital is transformed into tangible economic and social benefits, including investment attraction, contractual agreements, and the creation of loyal audiences. Thus, the text substantiates the dual navigation of a modern professional in the field of choreographic art, who is forced to synthesize artistic meanings and aesthetic innovations with the skills of effective self-representation in order to achieve sustainable success.

Through a multifactorial analysis, new threats and opportunities for further development are identified, and recommendations for growth dynamics are provided for the medium and long term.     Abstract:
    Статья посвящена комплексному анализу применения электронной подписи (ЭП) в договорной практике предпринимательского сектора Российской Федерации. Автор исходит из того, что формальная легализация ЭП (Федеральные законы №63-ФЗ и №476-ФЗ) не устранила разрыва между нормативным регулированием и реальными потребностями бизнеса. Исследуется проблема дифференцированной юридической силы простой (ПЭП), усиленной неквалифицированной (УНЭП) и усиленной квалифицированной (УКЭП) подписей применительно к договорам поставки, аренды, оказания услуг. Установлено, что подмена УКЭП на ПЭП без прямого соглашения сторон влечёт ничтожность сделки. Рассмотрены технологические и организационные риски: компрометация ключей, сбои удостоверяющих центров, реестровая уязвимость. Особое внимание уделено доказыванию факта подписания конкретным лицом. На основе анализа судебной практики и ст. 434, 160 ГК РФ предложены способы снижения рисков: аудиты безопасности, описание порядка фиксации времени, страхование ответственности удостоверяющих центров.

    В статье проводится комплексный анализ вызовов, с которыми сталкивается правовая система защиты авторских прав в условиях цифровизации. Рассматриваются противоречия между традиционными механизмами охраны и новыми технологическими реалиями (глобальный интернет, социальные сети, генеративный искусственный интеллект). Особое внимание уделяется системным проблемам: анонимности нарушителей, трансграничному пиратству, технологическому отставанию законодательства. Анализируются пробелы в российском гражданском законодательстве, неэффективность досудебной блокировки против эволюции пиратских сервисов, риски использования голоса и изображений без согласия, неопределённость авторства AI-генерируемого контента. Предложена концепция цифровизации права интеллектуальной собственности: создание государственных цифровых реестров прав, внедрение технологических инструментов защиты (цифровые водяные знаки, криптография), адаптация правовых норм к виртуальной реальности.

The key element of the model is reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks, where the visual clarity of pictographs helps the student not to keep a difficult situation in mind, but to constantly perceive it figuratively. The potential of this approach for enhancing reflection, visual representation of pedagogical situations and integration of theoretical knowledge into professional skills is substantiated. The chapter analyzes the features of the development and application of visual task models, their role in the transformation of educational and professional activities into quasi-professional ones.

    В статье рассматривается современное состояние и ключевые аспекты развития объединения БРИКС, которое в настоящее время охватывает порядка 45–46 % мирового населения и контролирует значительную долю глобальных стратегических ресурсов, включая углеводороды и продовольствие. Вдоль макрорегионального коридора «Латинская Америка – Африка – Ближний Восток – Азия» формируется транснациональная зона развития, сопровождающаяся созданием новых логистических узлов (ОАЭ, Суэцкий канал). В складывающихся условиях фиксируется трансформация глобальных товарных и финансовых потоков: отмечается интенсификация взаимной торговли между странами-участницами, а также расширение практики расчётов в национальных валютах. Вместе с тем сохраняется ряд системных противоречий, среди которых – структурные дисбалансы между государствами-членами, внутриблоковая конкуренция и усиление внешнего санкционного давления.

    В статье рассматривается влияние демографической ямы на рынок труда Российской Федерации. На основе актуальных данных Росстата, Банка России, Минтруда России и утвержденных документов демографической политики показано, что российский рынок труда одновременно сталкивается с рекордно низкой безработицей, ограниченным притоком молодых работников, ростом демографической нагрузки и усилением конкуренции работодателей за квалифицированные кадры. Сделан вывод о том, что демографический фактор уже перешел из разряда долгосрочных социальных рисков в число текущих ограничений экономического роста. При этом снижение напряженности на рынке труда возможно только при сочетании мер демографической политики, повышения производительности труда, расширения занятости отдельных групп населения, развития профессионального образования и управляемой трудовой миграции.

    В статье исследуется вопрос применения искусственного интеллекта для анализа социально-экономических характеристик сельских поселений на примере двух районов Самарской области. В эксперименте сравниваются нейросетевые модели GigaChat и DeepSeek. Показано, что использование только интернет-поиска может приводить к ошибкам, тогда как загрузка официальных документов (паспортов поселений) значительно повышает достоверность результатов. Делается вывод о необходимости верификации данных, полученных с помощью ИИ, и о перспективности использования нейросетей для оптимизации сельской инфраструктуры.

    This article offers a systematic examination of the principal socioeconomic processes that shape the structure, stability, and evolution of contemporary societies. Moving beyond reductionist economic models, it adopts an interdisciplinary framework integrating sociological theory, political economy, and empirical observation. Key processes analyzed include digitalization and platform capitalism, financialization, demographic transitions, labor market flexibilization, and the socio-economic dimensions of environmental change. The paper argues that these processes are not unfolding in isolation but interact dialectically, producing paradoxical outcomes such as simultaneous wealth concentration and precarity, hyper-connectivity and social fragmentation. Drawing on evidence from post-industrial economies and emerging markets, the article demonstrates how national institutional contexts mediate global pressures. The conclusion outlines policy-relevant strategies for fostering inclusive and sustainable development in an era of systemic uncertainty.
