a system of innovative social and pedagogical technologies for organizing work with gifted children is presented in the article. Special attention is paid to the techniques of organizing dialogue, games, and stimulating social activity of pupils. The results of the social and pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the described techniques in the conditions of social development of modern youth.

The authors identify three main approaches to explaining the nature and structure of giftedness, consider three higher levels of development from the standpoint of classical modern psychology, as well as other aspects necessary in the study of the theory of giftedness.

Результаты проведенного социально-педагогического эксперимента в работе с учащимися 6–8 классов показали повышение эффективности социализации, повышение показателей учебы, мотивации на обучение.

в статье рассмотрена проблема значимости развития навыков soft skils для формирования и развития личности, а также педагогические методики, способствующие развитию данных навыков.
