Однако эти проблемы «заигрываются» на практике через непонятную терминологию, используемую при обозначении активных методов обучения через новые «траектории обучения» или их увязку с использованием на занятии компьютерной техники. К сожалению, забывается старый отечественный опыт в этой сфере, который нужно и в современных условиях использовать с учетом новых возможностей, даваемых современными компьютерными технологиями.

- В данной статье говорится об индивидуальном подходе к обучению, целью которого становится овладение учеником различных компетентностей. Цель обучения при таком подходе ценностная. Выделяются главные принципы, чтобы учение проходило успешно. Дается ответ на вопрос: «Как заинтересовать ребенка, как сделать обучение в школе увлекательным?» Предлагаются пути повышения эффективности процесса обучения учащихся в ходе обучения на уроках русского языка. Одним из которых является привлечение элементов НЛП – нейролингвистического программирования, что решает проблему индивидуализации в обучении и ценностного подхода к формированию орфографической грамотности как показателя культуры человека, коммуникативной компетенции ученика. Даются необходимы сведения о НЛП, в частности разговор идет о визуалах, кинестетиках и аудиалах.

- The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined. The assumption was formulated, according to which the formation of research competences of the student's personality has paradigmatic characteristics, because the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by interactivity and integrative.

- The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized. On the other hand, the importance of involving students in the process of interaction of the university with local educational organizations to form the readiness of future teachers to use a regional approach in their professional activities is pointed out.

- Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

The practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry

- The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

Features of education quality evaluation of technical universities graduates

- The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.
