    Abstract:
    Наступивший спад в развитии туристической отрасли ставит вопрос о поиске скрытых ресурсных возможностей для возвращения отрасли на прежний уровень с опорой на перспективно-ориентированный анализ трансформаций в потребностях туристов. Особенно чутко на изменения в сфере туризма реагирует молодежь. Исследование, проведенное с участием 470 респондентов, подтвердило, что инновационные формы туризма, разработанные с опорой на психологические запросы молодежи, имеют высокий потенциал и могут выступать как фактор резильентности туристской отрасли в условиях вызовов и угроз.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена «экспансии» экономической теории в психологию. В качестве методологической основы использованы такие методы, как анализ, синтез, индукция, сравнение, обобщение. В статье проанализированы следующие психологические проблемы экономического поведения на рынке труда: неправильный трудовой идеал в виде стремления прилагать минимальное количество усилий для получения заработной платы, наличие в некоторых трудовых коллективах моббинга. Кроме того, по мнению автора, одной из проблем на рынке труда выступает также отсутствие в качестве обязательного требования наличия основного высшего психологического образования для оказания психологической помощи. Рассматриваются варианты решения указанных проблем.

    Abstract:
    Данная статья посвящена психологическому насилию со стороны работодателя или других работников. В качестве методологической основы использованы такие методы, как анализ, синтез, индукция, сравнение, обобщение. Рассмотрены признаки и разновидности моббинга. В статье сделан вывод о том, что по целевому критерию в качестве основных форм моббинга можно выделить «токсичную» трудовую конкуренцию, гедонистический моббинг, «офисную дедовщину». Также проанализированы наиболее действенные меры по преодолению моббинга.

    Статья посвящена изучению степени выраженности механизмов психологической защиты личности у испытуемых. В работе рассматривается значение психологических защит как способов снижения внутреннего напряжения, сохранения эмоциональной устойчивости и адаптации личности к стрессовым ситуациям. В эмпирической части представлены результаты психодиагностического исследования, проведённого с использованием опросника, направленного на выявление доминирующих механизмов психологической защиты. На основе полученных данных проведён анализ выраженности таких защитных механизмов, как отрицание, вытеснение, регрессия, компенсация, проекция, замещение, интеллектуализация и реактивное образование.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются психолого-педагогические условия формирования понятийного мышления у подростков в процессе обучения математике. Актуальность исследования связана с необходимостью перехода от репродуктивного усвоения учебного материала к его осмысленному понятийному освоению. Цель статьи состоит в теоретическом обосновании и описании совокупности условий, способствующих развитию понятийного мышления подростков. Показано, что продуктивными условиями выступают систематическая работа с определениями, задания на классификацию и сравнение, выявление закономерностей, анализ ошибок, организация рефлексии и использование визуально-интерактивных форм работы. Сделан вывод о том, что реализация данных условий обеспечивает развитие понятийного мышления подростков в соответствии с возрастными особенностями и задачами математического образования.

    Abstract. The article is devoted to an empirical study of the creative potential of young managers as a key resource for effective management under conditions of environmental uncertainty. Based on a sample of 100 managers aged 23–35 (61 women, 39 men), a comprehensive diagnosis of verbal, figural, and managerial creativity was conducted using the Remote Associates Test (RAT) developed by S. Mednick, as adapted by A.N. Voronin, the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking, and an author-developed questionnaire, "Creative Potential of a Manager." It was established that the integral index of creative potential among female managers statistically significantly exceeds that of male managers across all three diagnostic instruments, with the largest differences recorded in the verbal creativity component. It is shown that age, within the 23-35 range, has no substantial effect on the level of creative potential, which confirms the priority role of personal and professional determinants of manageri

    В статье проводится комплексный анализ правовой защиты работников от моббинга – систематического психологического преследования в сфере трудовых отношений. Российское законодательство закрепляет право работника на защиту достоинства, однако не содержит легального определения моббинга, специальных обязанностей работодателя по его предупреждению и адаптированных правил доказывания. Цель – выявление пробелов правового регулирования и формулирование предложений по его совершенствованию с учётом международных стандартов и зарубежного опыта. На основе формально-юридического, сравнительно-правового и системного методов исследуются понятие и признаки моббинга, его отличие от конфликта, буллинга и дискриминации, нормы Конституции РФ, ТК РФ, смежного законодательства, а также положения Конвенции МОТ №190. Особое внимание уделено проблемам доказывания: латентный характер действий, зависимое положение работника, сложность установления системности и причинно-следственной связи. Обоснована необходимость введения легального определения моббинга, закрепления обязанности работодателя управлять психосоциальными рисками, изменения распределения бремени доказывания и использования судебно-психологической экспертизы.

    The relevance of this study is driven by the growing number of international students from politically unstable regions in Russian universities and the insufficient development of a comprehensive approach integrating linguistic, social, cultural, and psychological aspects of adaptation. The aim of this work is to provide a theoretical substantiation and empirical verification of a psychological and pedagogical support model aimed at the linguosociocultural adaptation of preparatory faculty students from Mashriq countries. The article examines linguosociocultural adaptation as the inseparability of linguistic, social, and cultural components within the international educational environment. The materials comprise data from theoretical analysis of literature in educational psychology, intercultural communication, and andragogy, as well as empirical findings obtained from a sample of 120 preparatory students from Egypt, Libya, and Syria (2022–2025). Methods included questionnaires (Sociocultural Adaptation Scale, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and the authors' Academic Motivation Questionnaire), in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a pedagogical experiment. The ascertaining phase identified the leading factors of maladaptation: language barrier, culture shock, consequences of psychologically traumatic experience, and insufficient secondary school preparation. The developed support program integrated language training, individual psychological counseling, tutoring, and a series of intercultural events. The post-implementation assessment demonstrated a statistically significant increase in sociocultural adaptation indicators by 35%, an improvement in academic performance by 28%, and a significant reduction in anxiety levels. It is concluded that linguosociocultural adaptation requires simultaneous pedagogical and psychological support; the proposed model has proven its effectiveness and can be recommended for scaling to other categories of students from unstable regions.

  • Educational and Professional Motives of First‑Year Psychology Students in Modern Conditions

    This work is devoted to the study of the educational and professional motives of first‑year students majoring in Psychology who live and study in different sociocultural environments. This research is driven by the need to study the influence of external conditions on the formation of educational and professional motives in first‑year students, since this process is of key importance for training qualified specialists prepared for the challenges of the labor market and of modernity. According to self‑determination theory, the factors influencing the transformation of professional aspirations are social relatedness, the academic environment, and work experience. The methodological framework of the research comprises the theories of motives developed by E. P. Ilyin and A. N. Leontiev, J. Atkinson's achievement motivation theory, A. Maslow's motivation theory, and the results of contemporary scholarly work. The study, aimed at examining the motives of first‑year students, involved 88 students from Mariupol and 76 students from Saint Petersburg. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to process the research results, in particular, the calculation of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov coefficient and the Mann-Whitney U test. Statistically significant differences in the motives for academic activity were found among first‑year psychology students studying in different regions. In the Mariupol sample, the motive of creative self‑realization, along with the professional motive, was found to occupy a leading position, while the prestige motive was absent; in the Saint Petersburg sample, by contrast, professional and social motives for learning ranked first and second, with no pronounced motives for creative self‑realization or learning‑cognitive activity as such. The conducted pilot study demonstrated the need for further research. This will subsequently allow for the development of recommendations for higher education teachers on organizing the educational process in order to foster the educational and professional motivation of future specialists and to take it into account when designing curriculum content and supporting the educational process.

    The chapter presents the results of theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between the structural components of self-concept and the features of communication in adolescence. The relevance of the study is driven by the need for an in-depth examination of the mechanisms of self-awareness formation in the context of digital socialization and the transformation of traditional educational institutions. The theoretical analysis includes a review of psychological approaches to self-concept (humanistic, cognitive, and social-constructivist paradigms), its structural components (cognitive, affective, and behavioral), as well as the psychological characteristics of adolescence and the specifics of the communicative sphere. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 60 adolescents aged 11–16 using the following instruments: V.V. Stolin and S.R. Pantileev's Self-Attitude Questionnaire, M. Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale, V.I. Morosanova's Self-Regulation Styles Questionnaire, V.F. Ryakhovsky's Sociability Assessment Method, and the COS-2 Test (Communication Skills Test). Statistically significant correlations were found between the emotional-evaluative components of self-concept (self-respect and self-sympathy) and communicative tendencies, with self-regulation identified as a mediating factor. The findings can be used in the development of psychological and pedagogical support programs for adolescents.

  • Between shame and autonomy: two faces of adolescent vulnerability in the educational environment

    The chapter is devoted to constructing a differentiated analytical model of age-related vulnerability in adolescents within the educational environment for two ontogenetically distinct cohorts: ages 10–13 and 14–18. The author proceeds from the position that a unified interpretation of adolescence is methodologically untenable, since identical behavioral manifestations (irritability, withdrawal, conflict behavior, declining academic performance) may be generated by fundamentally different psychological mechanisms and therefore require differentiated diagnostics. For early adolescence, the concept of «three pillars of stability» is proposed: self-perceived competence, self-regulation, and social status within the peer group, the weakening of which explains typical forms of school maladaptation. For late adolescence, the leading challenge is considered to be the existential task of identity and autonomy formation, intensified by the digital environment of social comparison and cyberbullying. Based on the analysis of Russian and international empirical data (WHO, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, HSE University, VCIOM), a three-level «risk map» of the educational environment has been operationalized, encompassing structural, social, and personal-psychological levels. Current diagnostic practice is also described (ongoing observation, annual screening, in-depth diagnostics), along with the «school ambassador» institution as a mechanism for early identification and referral of adolescents at psychological risk. The study shows that the structural level of the school environment plays a foundational role: the concentration of up to 70% of bullying cases within a limited circle of educational institutions points to the institutional, rather than purely individual-psychological, nature of most risks. The proposed model provides a basis for schools to shift from reactive intervention toward systematic, age-differentiated prevention.

    The chapter addresses the problem of diagnosing mental development in adolescents with uneven academic performance, whose grade point average does not reflect the actual structure of their intelligence. Using a seventh-grade student as a case study, the School Mental Development Test (SMDT) was administered. A distinctly uneven intellectual profile was revealed, which correlated with the student's real-life academic difficulties. The potential of the test for developing targeted remedial recommendations that take into account the strengths and weaknesses of individual students is substantiated.

  • The strategy of using color in advertising helplines

    Helplines play a vital role in providing psychological support in crisis situations, especially for those unable to seek professional support in person. Effective advertising for these services, including posters and banners, promotes recognition and increases the likelihood of contact. The use of color, a powerful tool for influencing the human psyche by evoking specific emotions and associations, is an important aspect of attracting attention. The study analyzed the role of color and emotional responses in creating stimulus materials for helpline advertising. Particular attention was paid to identifying the relationships between color perception, the level of victimization, and the social role of respondents. The results showed that men exhibited an inverse relationship between the level of victimization and color perception in the first advertisement: the higher the victimization, the lower the receptivity to certain color schemes. Similarly, the second advertisement revealed a direct relationship between the level of victimization, the social role of the victim, and the emotional response to color. These findings confirm the importance of using color psychology in developing advertising campaigns for helplines and highlight the need for further research on larger samples. The practical significance of this study lies in providing new insights into the target audience, which could contribute to improving the communication strategies of helplines and law enforcement agencies.

    The article considers a model of the process of forming family values in orphaned children and children left without parental care, raised in a substitute family. The paper analyzes the specific conditions of substitute parenthood (custody, foster family), which act as an environment for compensating for deprivation disorders of personality development. The author identifies the main components of the family values system and describes the stages of their formation: from the initial acquaintance with the lifestyle of a new family to the deep internalization (appropriation) of these attitudes as their own life guidelines. Special attention is paid to the need for pedagogical support for substitute parents themselves in order to prevent secondary abandonment of parenting and to harmonize child-parent relations

    Статья посвящена вопросу изучения особенностей поэтапного становления личности будущего педагога-психолога в процессе практической подготовки. Актуальность исследования связана с тем, что практическая подготовка выступает ключевым механизмом перевода теоретических знаний в реальные профессиональные действия, а личностные изменения студентов на разных этапах обучения остаются недостаточно изученными. В ходе эмпирического исследования была выявлена закономерная трансформация социально-психологических установок: у студентов младших курсов доминируют ориентация на процесс и альтруизм, а у старших курсов ориентация на результат и здоровый эгоизм, что подтверждает поэтапный характер профессионального становления.

Анализируются теоретические подходы отечественных и зарубежных ученых к проблеме становления воображения в онтогенезе. Особое внимание уделяется роли познавательной деятельности в развитии воображения дошкольников, а также взаимосвязи воображения с другими познавательными процессами – восприятием, мышлением и памятью. Обосновывается значение различных видов детской деятельности (игровой, изобразительной, конструктивной) для формирования творческого воображения. Представлены возрастные особенности развития воображения у детей младшего, среднего и старшего дошкольного возраста. Определены психолого-педагогические условия, способствующие эффективному развитию воображения в познавательной деятельности дошкольников.

Представлены конкретные диагностические инструменты и игровые методики, направленные на развитие различных характеристик внимания.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема сенсорного развития детей дошкольного возраста с тяжёлыми нарушениями речи (ТНР) и обосновывается эффективность использования дидактических игр как коррекционно-развивающего средства, а также анализируются теоретические основы сенсорного воспитания, показывается взаимосвязь между развитием сенсорных систем и речевым развитием, а также представляется практический опыт применения дидактических игр, направленных на развитие тактильных, зрительных, слуховых и двигательных ощущений. В работе обобщены результаты многолетнего наблюдения за динамикой сенсорного и речевого развития дошкольников в условиях систематического использования игровых технологий.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, посвященного изучению особенностей понимания литературных текстов младшими школьниками с задержкой психического развития (ЗПР) церебрально-органического генеза. В исследовании приняли участие 8 обучающихся вторых классов. Описана разработанная авторами комплексная диагностическая методика оценки навыков работы с текстом, основанная на теоретических положениях В.С. Воробьёвой и построенная по принципу «от простого к сложному». Методика включает четыре последовательных блока: 1) понимание текста на буквальном уровне; 2) понимание основного содержания; 3) понимание детальной информации; 4) эмоционально-оценочный уровень восприятия. Представлен количественный и качественный анализ полученных данных, согласно которым у большинства обследованных детей выявлен низкий уровень сформированности навыка понимания прочитанного. Результаты обосновывают необходимость целенаправленной коррекционно-развивающей работы, дифференцированной с учетом индивидуальных трудностей каждого ребенка.

    В статье обосновываются три когнитивных механизма памяти, а именно активное извлечение (тестовый эффект), интервальное (распределённое) повторение и чередование (интерливинг), рассматриваемые в приложении к освоению иероглифики и тоновой системы русскоязычными учащимися. Проблема исследования вытекает из противоречия между высокой когнитивной нагрузкой начального этапа обучения китайскому языку и нехваткой доказательно обоснованных приёмов её регуляции. Проверка проведена на материале формирующего эксперимента (N = 35) по квазиэкспериментальной схеме со статистическим контролем исходных различий. Установлено, что систематическое включение названных механизмов даёт экспериментальной группе значимое преимущество по когнитивному критерию (точность распознавания иероглифов d = 1,38; когнитивный контроль d = 1,26), причём достигнутый эффект сохраняется и на отсроченном срезе. Полученные результаты объясняются положениями теории когнитивной нагрузки и модели рабочей памяти.
