In the context of interactive, situational and communicative approach, some stages and features of the development of intercultural business communication are specified. The advantage of a communicative task from a methodological point of view as a stimulus for speech activity and a means of managing the student's speech behavior in a specific situation of intercultural business communication are noted. A business game is characterized as the most effective stage of teaching a foreign language in the field of intercultural business communication; recommendations are given for the use of business games in the educational process of a non-linguistic university. The conceptual foundations of gaming technologies are described and the methodology of their use within the framework of interactive and communicative approaches is substantiated.

В статье Г.И. Воловник представлен и как талантливый лектор, постоянно работавший над доступностью изложения методов очистки воды, и как плодовитый автор учебных пособий, предложивший новые методические подходы к изложению специальных дисциплин профиля «Водоснабжение и водоотведение» и описавший оригинальные методики в области эксплуатации и реконструкции инженерных сооружений. На конкретных примерах показано, как печатные труды Г.И. Воловника сыграли большую роль в практике преподавания и в дальнейшем развитии методической работы кафедры «Гидравлика и водоснабжение» ДВГУПС.

    Due to the aggravation of sanctions by unfriendly states towards the Russian Federation, our country is closely facing the need for total import substitution and the introduction of an innovation management system. One of its key tools today is the implementation of priority national projects in business entities. Project management is becoming a priority area of activity in almost all sectors of both production and non-production structures. The direction of culture in the previously planned economy at the state level was often financed according to the system of the «residual principle», which could not but affect the final results. In the system of new approaches and values, the situation is beginning to change. The Culture project is among the leading national projects. The author examines its program-targeted (as well as financial and rating) support on the example of the institutional system of the Tula region. Statistical and monographic data, the legislative base of the federal and regional levels are taken as the basis of the research. From the point of view of the system. A multifactorial analysis of the promotion of the priority national project «Culture» in the Tula region is given for complex, process and situational approaches.     Abstract:
    The methodology of teaching Latin has undergone significant changes in recent years, and traditional approaches do not produce high-quality results. Therefore, the search for new effective methods of teaching this discipline becomes relevant. The teaching of the ancient language at a non-linguistic university should form competencies among students related not only to the expansion of their philological horizons, but also those that will be useful in the future profession. The current methodology for teaching the ancient language is based on the traditional structural approach and does not correspond to the new tasks of learning. Students do not understand the importance of this discipline in the formation of non-linguistic competencies. The main general scientific methods of this research are analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative method. The practical part was carried out using the survey method. As a result of the study, the authors believe that the emphasis in teaching should be shifted to the wider use of algorithms, exercises, trainings in order to make the learning process more active. A new textbook that meets the requirements of time and psychological characteristics of students must also comply with the new methodology focused on a competency approach in higher education.

    The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). The study revealed a number of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to successfully form moral stability in adolescents.
